Abstract

CV Sembada Era Perkasa merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang usaha pembuatan komponen otomotif. Perusahaan ini menghasilkan berbagai macam produk seperti clamp, bar, hook side stand, bar komp side stand, wire, guard, hook foot k45 dan sparepart lainnya. Permasalahan Yang Terjadi pada CV Sembada Era Perkasa adalah Mengenai ketidaktersediaan sistem informasi pada bagian produksi dan permintaan persediaan masih dicatat pada form kertas kemudian baru disalin kembali ke buku laporan persediaan oleh bagian gudang, sehingga terkadang mengalami kesulitan dalam perhitungan barang dan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan ketersediaan barang yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui status barang masuk dan barang keluar serta memperoleh sistem informasi manajemen yang baik pada CV Sembada Era Perkasa. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah throwaway prototyping. Pengolahan data barang masuk dan barang keluar yaitu pertama merancang usecase diagram, aktivity diagram dan class diagram menggunakan power designer setelah selesai. Selanjutnya merancang tampilan halaman pada prototipe dengan menggunakan software Justinmind setelah tampilan halaman selesai selanjutnya membuat program prototipe yang berbasis web dengan bahasa pemrograman yaitu html dengan menggunakan software visual studio code. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini yaitu sistem informasi manajemen dalam bentuk prototype dan aplikasi yang didalamnya terdiri dari Login, data customer, data barang, data masuk barang, data keluar barang, dan data status laporan transaksi. Kesimpulan penggunaan metode throwaway prototyping untuk mempermudah dalam mendata stok barang, dan membuat laporan barang keluar dan barang masuk pada bagian produksi. Harapannya perusahaan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi barang, mengurangi biaya, dan kinerja produksi.

Abstract

Islamic education in its development process has advantages because of its comprehensive approach, encouraging students to optimize their potential. The goals include religious and worldly aspects, with an emphasis on employability skills in lifelong education. However, achieving this goal requires effectiveness and balanced proportions in the education system. Investment in human resources, including the quality of educators, is important in facing changes in globalization. The concept of human resources developed because humans not only have quantity, but also quality which is influenced by education, experience and values. With the complexity of educational problems and the need to improve the quality of human resources, it is important to continue to develop alternative solutions through Islamic education. Islamic education has a vital function to create individuals who have moral integrity and a high level of professionalism. However, complex challenges such as globalization and technological advances emphasize the need for Islamic education to continue to adapt and improve the quality of human resources to join it. By harmonizing a comprehensive approach that includes developing skills, knowledge, Islamic values, as well as implementing innovative educational technology, Islamic education has the potential to make a significant contribution in improving the quality of human resources. This research also highlights the urgency of investing in training and development of teaching staff, as well as developing curricula that are relevant and responsive to the demands of the times.

Abstract

This research reviews contemporary leadership concepts in Islamic education through literature reviewmethods. Highlighting the characteristics, challenges and opportunities faced by Islamic education leaders, this research also identifies the principles and best practices that support the achievement of quality and relevant Islamic education goals. Integrating the results of the latest literature review, this journal aims to provide in-depth insight into the role and leadership in improving the quality and relevance of Islamic education in an ever-changing global context. In addition, this article highlights challenges such as the lack of adaptation to changing times, the prevalence of corruption, dishonesty, and the lack of morality and competence of leaders in Islamic education in the millennial era. Proposedsolutions include community-based leadership education, character education, and conflict managementthrough emotional intelligence. It is hoped that by applying these principles, Islamic education leaders can face the challenges of the millennial era and bring positive changes to the society and institutions they lead.

Abstract

Moral issues are always linked to the social problems of society. Morals determine human value in the eyes of other humans. Morals are the soul's ability to give birth to an action spontaneously without any thought or coercion, an action that is born under the impulse of the soul in the form of a praiseworthy or despicable action. Morals are a reflection of a person's spiritual state which is applied in everyday life. According to Al Ikhlas, morals are the crown of humanity. There are two types of morals in Islam, namely akhlak karimah or what is called akhlak mahmudah (praiseworthy morals), namely morals that are good and correct according to Islamic teachings, secondly, madzmumah morals or akhlak (reprehensible) namely morals that are not good and correct according to Islamic teachings.

Abstract

This research is aimed to investigate in this research to know how the implementation of the values of religious tolerance in PAI learning at SD Negri 253 Bangko, The support and inhibiting factors and how the implementation of the values of religious tolerance in learning PAI at the school.  This research is a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection in this research is the observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and triangular. While analyzing data is obtained by the researcher using reduction data, presentation data and verification data. The result of the research shows that the implementation of the values of religious tolerance in PAI learning at SD Negri 253 Bangko is done by 1) Giving an opportunity to all students to follow the teaching of religion based  on their religion, 2) Creating a tolerant climate in each lesson ( learn the different, creating an mutual trust, maintaining an mutual understanding, Revering an mutual love). 3) Make deeper related the material ( values of tolerance). The supporting factors including The government policy that has given the rules about embed the values of tolerance among religions, There is adequate facilities, the establishment of cooperation between the school community in religious activities. As for the inhibiting factors including the level of ability, The students have a different an emotional maturity, the school lacks educators Kristenism, the school lacks facilities (instructional media), limited time in learning. The success of the implementation of the values of religious tolerance in PAI learning is all the students who Moslem able to work together without discriminating against religion. The students have a high faith (religious), the students and teachers can be tolerance for each other, the students and teachers have a democratic character, The creation of harmony and good solidarity.
