Abstract

This journal aims to analyze the relationship between Islamic leadership and the performance of Sharia Bank employees. This study is a qualitative descriptive study with a literary study method, namely a review of previous research relating to the relationship between Islamic leadership and the performance of Sharia Bank employees. Some data was obtained from research journals and previous scientific articles which were then analyzed by data display and data verification. The results of data analysis show that there are three previous studies which state that Islamic leadership has a positive effect on the performance of Sharia Bank employees. In two other studies, there were results that Islamic leadership did not have a significant positive effect on the performance of Sharia Bank employees. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of short video endorsements and affiliate programs through trust on purchasing decisions for fashion products on the Tiktok platform in Indonesia. The Tiktok platform provides many features such as videos, songs, stickers, live and others so that users can compete with models and styles, from artists to ordinary people who want to share their creativity. The busy Tiktok social media is currently used by business people in marketing their products through Tiktok content. This type of research is a quantitative research with path analysis method. The sample in this study was 132 people who had purchased fashion products on Tiktok. The results of this study indicate that short video endorsements have a significant effect on trust and purchase decisions. Affiliate program has a significant effect on trust and purchasing decisions. However, the trust variable as an intervening agent is not strong enough to mediate the short video endorse and affiliate program variables on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu: 1) Mengembangkan media animasi interaktif menggunakan Adobe Flash CS6 yang berisi materi berupa video animasi dan simulator kamera, 2) Menguji tingkat kevalidan media, 3) Menguji hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan media dan 4) Melihat respon siswa terhadap media. Jenis penelitian berupa penelitian pengembangan atau Reasearch and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan yang adaptasi dari Hannafin and Peck yang meliputi beberapa tahap yaitu analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengembangan dan implementasi, serta menggunakan desain penelitian one shoot case study. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar validasi, angket respon siswa, dan tes hasil belajar psikomotorik siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Multimedia di SMK Negeri 4 Surabaya. Hasil validasi media sebesar 94,6%, hasil validasi respon sebesar 95,27%, sedangkan hasil validasi soal psikomotor sebesar 90%. Hasil respon siswa terhadap media MANTRA sebesar 82,3%. Hasil belajar psikomotor memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 79.03, selain itu hasil ketuntasan belajar klasikal memperoleh jumlah 83,87% dari jumlah siswa yang tuntas dan 16,13% jumlah siswa yang tidak tuntas. Kata Kunci: Animasi Interaktif, Adobe Flash, Media pembelajaran, R&D, simulator kamera.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the internalization of Islamic economic values in QS. Adz-Dzariyat verses 15–19 and its implications for the formation of motivation and economic behavior in Muslim society. Through a literature study approach, this research analyzes the meaning of the verses, which emphasize the balance between spirituality and social responsibility in economic activities. Values such as sincerity, justice, and concern for others serve as the foundation for forming ethical and just economic behavior. The results indicate that the internalization of Islamic economic values can encourage people to behave economically in a sustainable manner, oriented toward blessings, and to avoid economic practices that harm others. Thus, the economic values contained in QS. Adz-Dzariyat verses 15–19 are not only normative but also applicable in building a just and humanistic Islamic economic system.

Abstract

The five-year gubernatorial election is a highly anticipated event for MSMEs that provide visual attributes, as gubernatorial candidates and their campaign teams undertake numerous activities to ensure a smooth campaign. Grati District in Pasuruan Regency is one of the areas with a relatively high concentration of screen-printing MSMEs, both in terms of business activity and their contribution to the local creative economy. This study uses a quantitative approach because its main objective is to analyze the relationship between variables X and Y through numerical measurements and statistical data processing. The subjects of this study were 10 screen printing MSMEs operating before, during, and after the 2024 East Java gubernatorial election. Based on the results of the T test, it can be seen that thitung  The variable of the Gubernatorial Election (X) is 4.755 with a significance level of a = 0.05. At the same time, the table above shows a significance of 0.000, so the regression coefficient result is 0.000 < alpha 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the 2024 East Java Gubernatorial Election Activities on the income of MSMEs in the Screen Printing Services Sector in Grati District, Pasuruan Regency.

Abstract

This community service initiative aims to transform collective behavior in maintaining environmental cleanliness to be more structured and sustainable. The main focus of this activity is to revive the spirit of mutual cooperation through concrete actions, namely the construction of waste disposal infrastructure that separates organic and non-organic waste, as well as the installation of strategic educational signs. The methods applied are participatory in nature, including the dissemination of information on domestic waste management, mass clean-up actions with residents, and the provision of physical sanitation facilities. The results of this program show significant changes in the aesthetics of the environment, which has become tidier, as well as the growth of critical awareness among the community in sorting waste at the source to support the long-term preservation of the local ecosystem.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan implementasi dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dalam bentuk pengabdian masyarakat. Salah satu bentuk pengabdian yang efektif adalah kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui senam massal, edukasi kesehatan, dan gotong royong terpadu. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan, partisipasi warga, manfaat, dan dampak sosial dari program senam massal, edukasi kesehatan, dan gotong royong sebagai model pemberdayaan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan tahapan observasi, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS), peningkatan partisipasi warga dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan, serta terbangunnya kembali solidaritas sosial dan semangat gotong royong. Program ini memberikan dampak jangka panjang berupa terbentuknya Posyandu aktif, komunityas senam ibu sehat, serta kelompok peduli lingkungan.

Abstract

The low public awareness of waste management and the importance of physical activity remains a problem in urban residential areas. In RT 07 RW 03, Penurunan Village, Bengkulu City, household waste management has not been conducted optimally, and residents' participation in health activities is still limited. This community service activity aims to empower residents through education on waste management as well as organizing group exercise as an effort to increase community awareness of the environment and health. The methods used include initial condition observation, waste management counseling, waste sorting practice, and group exercise activities directly involving residents. The results of the activities show an increase in the community's understanding of household waste management, as well as greater participation in joint activities. In addition, group exercise serves as an effective means to strengthen social relationships and improve Awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Thus, environmental education combined with physical activity has been proven to be able to promote the holistic empowerment of the community.
