Abstract

Di era globalisasi saat ini, pendidikan sangat penting untuk melahirkan generasi yang cerdas dan kompetitif serta membentuk karakter masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisi pengetahuan dan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja siswa pada mata pelajaran Project Kreatif Kewirausahaan jurusan Desain Komunikasi Visual di SMK PGRI 2 Pasuruan. Metode pengajaran merupakan cara bagi guru untuk menyampaikan mata pelajaran kepada siswa sehingga siswa dapat memahaminya, sedangkan fasilitas belajar adalah sarana dan prasarana yang menunjang kebutuhan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan statistik deskriptif, menggunakan kuesioner kepada 62 siswa dari populasi 156. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara metode pengajaran dan fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa mapel Project Kreatif Kewirausahaan (PKK) dengan hasil uji thitung > ttabel dan fhitung > ftabel. Pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari metode pengajaran dan fasilitas belajar perlu dijaga dan terus berinovasi untuk mencapai prestasi belajar yang optimal.

Abstract

Program magister (S2) merupakan program studi yang membekali lulusan dengan informasi dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan dan kompetensi pada bidang keilmuan. Pendidikan yang tinggi pada program magister (S2) menjadi bagian penting dalam mengembangkan karir serta memenuhi potensi individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya pendidikan dan kondisi perekonomian orang tua terhadap minat melanjutkan program magister (S2) (studi kasus mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi angkatan 2020 Universitas PGRI Wiranegara Pasuruan) Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 responden. Adapun responden dalam penelitian ini mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi angkatan 2020 Universitas PGRI Wiranegara Pasuruan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan kuisioner (angket). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa: 1) secara parsial biaya pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap minat melanjutkan program magister (S2) yang diperoleh dari t hitung = 42,843 dan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,00 < 0,05. 2) secara parsial kondisi perekonomian orang tua berpengaruh terhadap minat melanjutkan program magister (S2) yang diperoleh dari nilai t hitung =10,874 dan nilai signifikasi 0,00 <0,05. Dan 3) secara simultan biaya pendidikan dan kondisi perekonomian orang tua berpengaruh terhadap minat melanjutkan program magister (S2) dengan nilai signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan biaya pendidikan dan kondisi perekonomian orang tua terhadap minat untuk melanjutkan program magister (S2) pada Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi angkatan 2020 Universitas PGRI Wiranegara Pasuruan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah memunculkan berbagai aplikasi jual beli online, namun di Grati, Kabupaten Pasuruan, aplikasi tersebut belum sepenuhnya menjangkau masyarakat. Untuk mengatasi keterbatasan ini, Mukhammad Khudori menciptakan Dofood.id, aplikasi ojek makanan online yang melayani Grati dan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kepuasan konsumen terhadap Dofood.id dengan fokus pada kecepatan pengiriman, sikap kurir, dan kondisi makanan saat diterima. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik Snowball Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles & Huberman, dengan uji keabsahan data melalui triangulasi waktu. Subjek penelitian adalah 5 pelanggan Dofood.id berusia 17 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsumen merasa cukup puas dengan kecepatan pengiriman serta pelayanan kurir yang sopan dan ramah. Namun, terdapat hambatan seperti keterlambatan pengiriman, kualitas layanan yang kurang baik, masalah pada aplikasi, dan keterbatasan pilihan menu serta diskon. Faktor pendukung kepuasan meliputi kecepatan, efisiensi pengiriman, dan keramahan pelayanan. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun Dofood.id memberikan pelayanan memuaskan di beberapa aspek, peningkatan pada hambatan layanan dapat meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) the influence of parental work on the academic achievement of grade X students of MA Maarif Rejoso (2) the influence of tutoring on the academic grades of students of class X MA Maarif Rejoso (3) the influence of extracurricular activities on the academic grades of students of class X MA Maarif Rejoso (4) the influence of parental work, tutoring and extracurricular on the academic grades of grade X students at MA Maarif Rejoso. The population is 375 students. The sampling technique in this study uses a simple random sampling technique with a sample of 193 students. The data collection method is by questionnaire method. The data analysis in this study uses multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the study partially show that parental work, tutoring and extracurricular partially on the academic achievement of class X MA Maarif Rejoso Pasuruan are known to have a significant value (sig) of 0.000 < 0.05 which means it has a positive influence on academic scores. The tutoring variable has a significant value (sig) of 0.578 > 0.005 which means it does not have a positive influence on academic scores. The extracurricular variables that were followed had a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 which means it had a positive influence on academic scores. The results of the simultaneous study showed that parental work, tutoring and extracurricular activities that were partially followed on the academic score of grade X MA Maarif Rejoso were known to have a significant value of 0.000 <0.005 which means that together they have a positive influence on academic scores. The determination coefficient seen in the R Square is 0.831 which means that academic grades are influenced by parental work, tutoring and extracurricular which are followed by 83.1% while the remaining 16.9% is influenced by other factors that are not mentioned and explained in this study.

Abstract

This study is grounded in the importance of equipping prospective teachers with professional competencies required in the digital era. The Kampus Mengajar program provides students with practical teaching experiences through direct involvement in schools, while mastery of TPACK is essential for designing instruction that aligns with contemporary educational demands. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of participation in the Kampus Mengajar program and TPACK mastery on the teaching readiness of students in the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology at Universitas PGRI Wiranegara. The study adopts the TPACK framework, which integrates content, pedagogy, and technology. Using a quantitative associative design, the research involved 86 respondents from cohorts 5 to 8 of Kampus Mengajar participants. Data were analyzed through multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that participation in the Kampus Mengajar program has a positive and significant effect on teaching readiness (t = 3.132 > t-table 1.989; sig. = 0.002). Likewise, TPACK mastery significantly influences teaching readiness (t = 8.520; sig. = 0.000). Simultaneously, both variables show a significant effect on teaching readiness (F = 103.752 > F-table 3.105; sig. = 0.000). The study concludes that engagement in Kampus Mengajar and TPACK competence, both individually and jointly, contribute to preparing students for the teaching profession. These results highlight the need for higher education institutions to strengthen practical programs and foster the integration of pedagogy and technology in teacher education.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan mental sukses dan meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi siswa melalui program AMT (Achievement Motivation Training) berbasis nilai-nilai Islam di MA As’adiyah Kraton. Latar belakang pengabdian ini dilakukan berangkat dari rendahnya motivasi berprestasi siswa terhadap pentingnya pembentukan karakter sukses yang berimbang antara usaha duniawi dan spiritualitas. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan dua sesi yaitu sesi pertama kegiatan inspirational talk dan sesi kedua kegiatan reflektif dan penyusunan goal setting dengan peserta sebanyak 48 siswa kelas IX. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam aspek motivasi belajar, kepercayaan diri, serta kemampuan siswa dalam menetapkan tujuan hidup secara terarah. Integrasi nilai-nilai Islam seperti ikhtiar, tawakkal, sabar, dan Syukur terbukti memperkuat ketahanan mental siswa dalam menghadapi tantangan akademik maupun personal. Kegiatan AMT ini terbukti efektif tidak hanya sebagai program motivasi, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pembentukan karakter berlandaskan spiritualitas Islam.

Abstract

Tourism has a strategic role in regional development because it can drive economic growth, create jobs, and strengthen local cultural identity. Andonosari Village, Tutur District, Pasuruan Regency, is an area with great natural and cultural tourism potential, but its development has not been optimal so that its contribution to the community's economy is still limited. This study aims to formulate a strategy for developing tourism potential to increase the existence of ecotourism while encouraging the economic growth of village communities. The focus of the research is directed at how the right strategy can link the sustainability of ecotourism with community welfare. The research method uses a qualitative phenomenological approach with subjects of village officials, Pokdarwis, tourism business actors, and community leaders. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed through stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that ecotourism development strategies include five main aspects: strengthening village institutions and Pokdarwis, increasing human resource capacity, sustainable utilization of natural and cultural potential, digital promotion, and collaboration with the government and external stakeholders. The conclusion confirms that this strategy not only strengthens the existence of ecotourism in Andonosari Village, but also improves the community's economy through increasing residents' income, opening new job opportunities, and developing local MSMEs.

Abstract

Post-COVID-19 has increasingly highlighted the strategic role of the real sector, particularly cooperativesand Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), as the keyy drivers of national economic recoveryand inclusion. However, fundamental questions remain regarding the extent of their roles andcontributions, as well as the factors that support their success in driving economic growth amid postpandemicdynamics. This study examines the role of cooperatives in Indonesia's economic growth, examinethe contribution of MSMEs to the national economy, and identify the supporting factors behind theirsuccess. The study employs only a descriptive qualitative method with a literature review approach,examining various scientific sources including books, journals, and relevant articles. The results indicatethat MSMEs contribute approximately 61% to the GDP and absorb nearly 97% of the workforce, whilecooperatives play a role through providing access to capital, business services, and equitable distributionof business surplus to members. Key supporting factors include government policy support, access tofinancing, human resource development, and the adoption of digital technology. This study suggests thatthe synergy between cooperatives and MSMEs, supported by appropriate policy interventions anddigitalization, has the potential to make both sectors inclusive, competitive, and sustainable drivers ofIndonesia's economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of cooperative management and governance in supporting the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pasuruan City. MSMEs play a vital role particularly in the local economy but still face various challenges, such as limited capital, limited managerial capacity, and restricted market access. Cooperatives can provide a solution through sound and professional management. This study employs solely a qualitative descriptive method using a literature review approach, which involves collecting data from relevant journals, books, scientific articles, and official documents related to the research topic. The results indicate that well-managed cooperatives are capable of supporting MSMEs by providing access to capital, business training, marketing development, and business mentoring. However, several challenges remain, such as poor management quality, lack of transparency, and limited human resources. Therefore, improving cooperative governance is essential to support the sustainability and development of MSMEs in Pasuruan City.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has changed the paradigm of the global economy and encouraged cooperatives to adapt in order to remain relevant and competitive. This article aims to formulate cooperative development strategies in the digital era through a technology-based transformation approach using qualitative methods through literature studies. The study results show that cooperative digitalization is a necessity to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency of the organization (Untoro et al., 2024, Parta: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, 4(2), 121–133). In addition, the priority of development strategy lies in the utilization of technology and innovation so that cooperatives can compete with digital-based businesses (Pradana & Husaein, 2023, Jurnal Ilmiah Media Sisfo, 17(1), 106–115). Digital transformation also requires strengthening organizational governance and technology-based internal control systems to minimize the risk of fraud (Mulyaningtyas & Wardana, 2025, Jurnal Ilmiah Akuntansi Indonesia, 10(2)). Thus, the development of cooperatives in the digital era requires the integration of technology utilization, improvement of “human resource (HR)” quality, and the implementation of good governance principles to support the sustainability of cooperatives
