Abstract

Pango-Pango Forest Area is a hilly area in Tana Toraja Regency, South Sulawesi Province. Currently, the Pango-Pango Forest area is used as a tourist area to enjoy nature and scenery. In addition, the area filled with pine forests is also developed by the surrounding residents as a plantation area, both horticulture, fruit and vegetables, coffee, and enau. But unfortunately, the condition of roads and facilities in this area is not adequate considering the roads in this area have just opened. Therefore, the development of land function in this area must be followed by the development of the condition of public facilities, social, and infrastructure, especially the Pango-Pango Forest tourist area began to be crowded by the public. The existing buildings in the Pango-Pango Forest area are also still very minimal, and are dominated by semi-permanent buildings owned by residents that are used for sales. For future development, this area needs to be regulated so that the emergence of new buildings supporting tourism does not interfere with the existing natural conditions and disrupt the view that is the main attraction of this tourist area. This RTBL activity in addition to organizing tourist areas also organizes areas that can be used by residents as commercial areas. This commercial area is an area where residents sell the produce of this area's plantations

Abstract

The market plays a crucial role in driving the economy and catering to the community’s needs. Pasar Baru Cikarang, located in the Bekasi Regency, serves as a significant market for the Cikarang area. Historically, Pasar Baru Cikarang was an impressive market that underwent construction and renovation in 1992, was completed in 1994, and commenced operations in 1995. However, the occurrence of looting events resulted in many traders resorting to street vending, leading to a decline in the market's appearance, which now appears shabby and untidy. This disrepair negatively impacts the primary area of Bekasi Regency, especially Cikarang, an ASEAN Industrial City. Considering the importance of having an architectural icon for an industrial city, the concept of industrial architecture becomes crucial. Industrial architecture embraces a minimalistic approach to final building finishing, making it an ideal choice for market buildings. Implementing this architectural concept in Pasar Baru Cikarang could revitalize the market's fading image and transform it into an iconic representation of the Industrial City. By emphasizing the industrial architecture concept in the renovation of Pasar Baru Cikarang, it is anticipated that the market's overall appeal will be enhanced, providing a boost to the local economy and reinstating its significance as a vital hub for the Cikarang area. This revitalization project can also contribute to the city's identity, further strengthening its position as an ASEAN Industrial City. Various strategic plans have also been presented and continue to be developed in Bekasi City. These various strategic plans have stimulated the private sector and the state to compete to invest in Bekasi City. In line with the rapid economic growth of Bekasi City as well as the development of new infrastructure and transportation which in the end was able to attract investors to invest their capital. This has an impact on the increasing demand for office space with a strategic location and various ease of access in it. Abstract

Bekasi Regency is one of the industrial areas in West Java. So various kinds of factories produce various kinds of products. With so many factories in Bekasi Regency, it will lead to a higher level of urbanization or population movement from villages to cities in order to earn a living and change their destiny. From the data obtained, from the Bekasi Regency BPS data in 2015 the population was 72,911 people, in 2016 the population was 92,595, in 2017 the population was 95,316, in 2018 the population was 100,714, and in 2019 the population was 103,535. And over time, the need for housing facilities to support their lives in urban areas will increase. And of course, surely the nomads and natives will start building a family and settle in Bekasi Regency. So the need for health facilities will definitely increase, for example, hospitals. In this case, from the data obtained, the number of RSIA facilities in Bekasi Regency is still minimal, especially in Central Cikarang District which does not have any Hospital facilities or Mother and Child Hospital. Therefore, it is necessary to plan for the procurement of RSIA in Central Cikarang District with a behavior architecture approach. This behavior architecture functions as a bridge to change the mood of building users when they are active in it. This concept can be implemented to building elements such as the concept of tread, interior, material and color. By analyzing the behavior, especially the mother and child, it will create an atmosphere of fun play space inside and outside the building so that the healing process can be faster. And the use of open areas as healing gardens in hospitals is also a solution to be applied in Bekasi Regency, if you look at behavioral architecture. With the addition of this green space, in addition to reducing pollution and excessive heat, it can also have an effect on the patient's healing process. Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the preventive maintenance program in the filling line of PT Sinar Sosro Cibitung by applying the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) approach and measuring Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Data were collected through observations, interviews, and maintenance log documentation during September 2024. The analysis focused on three OEE components (availability, performance, and quality) and identification of the Six Big Losses. The results show that the average OEE value of the filling machine reached 92.0% (availability 94.3%; performance 98.5%; quality 99.3%), indicating performance above the world-class standard set by JIPM. The findings suggest strengthening the autonomous maintenance program and controlling production losses to ensure machine performance sustainability.

Abstract

Vocational High Schools (SMK) have an important role in preparing graduates who are ready to work and able to meet industry needs. However, there is still a competency gap between students' abilities and the demands of the world of work, especially in terms of product quality inspection. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to improve SMK students' understanding and skills regarding product quality concepts, quality standards, and manufacturing product inspection techniques through training and practice-based learning. Activities were carried out at one of the SMKs in the Cikarang area and were attended by 20 students. Training included lectures on basic product quality concepts, demonstrations on the use of measuring tools such as rulers and calipers, product inspection practices, as well as discussions and evaluations of inspection results. Results showed a significant improvement in students' understanding of quality concepts and product inspection procedures, with an average post-test score increase of 58%. A total of 85% of participants were able to perform simple product inspections in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP). In addition, this training also contributed to the strengthening of soft skills such as accuracy, discipline, responsibility, cooperation, and critical thinking skills. This program of community service has proven effective in reducing the skill gap between education and industry needs, as well as improving the readiness of vocational school students to face the challenges of modern manufacturing.
