Abstract

This research aims to analyze the sequential influence of stimuli in the form of product posts and beauty influencers on social media that influence various organizations, giving rise to responses in the form of intentions to follow beauty influencer accounts, imitate the beauty influencer's lifestyle, and recommend the beauty influencer. Researchers used quantitative data to collect primary data using survey methods and questionnaires filled out by respondents, distributed online using Google Forms. The research results show that brand-influencer compatibility positively influences followers' perceptions of advertising posts, followers' perceptions of influencer credibility and the influencers themselves. Perception of advertising posts also positively influences followers' perceptions of the influencer's credibility and perceptions of followers' behavior towards the influencer. Likewise, the credibility of influencers positively influences followers' behavior towards influencers and followers' intentions to continue following accounts, imitating influencers, and recommending influencers to others. Meanwhile, followers' behavior towards influencers positively affects followers' intentions to continue following accounts, imitating influencers, and recommending influencers to others.

Abstract

Organizational culture encompasses the values, norms, and beliefs shared by organizational members and can play a crucial role in shaping individual behavior and performance. In a competitive business environment, a deep understanding of the relationship between organizational culture, organizational commitment, and employee performance is key to achieving competitive advantage. This study examined organizational culture's effect on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. This study uses quantitative research methods with a survey approach. Research data were collected using a questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then statistically analyzed with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that organizational culture positively and significantly affects employee performance through organizational commitment. Therefore, organizations need to create an organizational culture that supports employee performance.

Abstract

Anemia is a condition where there is a lack of healthy red blood cells. Anemia can be caused by various factors, including deficiencies of iron and vitamin C. The aim of this research is to explore the important role of iron and vitamin C in preventing and treating anemia. This research adopts a qualitative approach in its research methodology. The data collection technique used is literature study. After the data is collected, analysis is carried out in three stages, namely data reduction to identify important information, data presentation to organize relevant information, and conclusion drawing to summarize the findings and their implications. The results showed that iron, protein and vitamin C have important roles in the prevention and treatment of anemia. There is a close relationship between these three components in preventing and treating anemia. Iron deficiency is the root cause of anemia, while vitamin C and protein play a role in increasing iron absorption, thus playing an important role in preventing or treating anemia. Iron is an indispensable mineral for the body to form hemoglobin and myoglobin, which are major components in the transport of oxygen and carbon dioxide. Vitamin C as an antioxidan has a positive effect on immune function and also helps the body absorb iron more easily. So to reduce the risk of anemia, by fulfilling daily protein and then eating foods rich in vitamin C and combining them with iron sources.

Abstract

Strategy and innovation in business are activities that must be consistently carried out so that business people are still able to compete in an increasingly creative and complex industry. The accuracy of business people in understanding interactions within the scope of the market in question is a fundamental part in shaping the idea of strategy and innovation in business. The central role of product innovation strategies in efforts to improve competitiveness and good market orientation planning is the author's motive for conducting a study in the Bandung Regency was to validate the hypotheses regarding the impact of product innovation strategies and market orientation on competitive advantage in business markets. The utilized a qualitative approach and employed a survey research design for investigation. The population and sampling data used were 80 respondents. The findings indicated that the hypothesis regarding the effect of product innovation strategies exerts a substantial influence on improving quality of product competitiveness in the market and providing opportunities for excellence in market competition. While market orientation does not yield a notable impact.

Abstract

Study This aiming for develop product finance inclusive sharia​ use support growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in rural areas. MSMEs play a role important in Indonesian economy, especially in the region’s rural areas. However, access they to service finance sharia Still limited consequence low literacy finance, limitations infrastructure, and perception that cost service sharia taller compared to product conventional. Research This use method survey and interview deep towards MSMEs in several rural areas for identify need as well as obstacles faced. Research results show that the majority of MSMEs in rural areas will consider service finance sharia If product the more easily accessible and affordable. Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Majelengka City face challenges in post-pandemic financial recovery, with access to capital and financial literacy being critical factors. The development of Financial Technology (FinTech) Lending offers alternative financing solutions, but its effectiveness is strongly suspected to be influenced by the level of financial literacy of MSMEs. This study aims to analyze the direct influence of FinTech Lending and financial literacy on MSME financial performance and examine the role of financial literacy as a moderator of the relationship between FinTech Lending and financial performance. This quantitative study used a cross-sectional study design. Data were collected through questionnaires from 400 MSMEs in Majelengka City selected using stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the help of SPSS. The results demonstrate that FinTech Lending and financial literacy positively and significantly influence MSME financial performance. The main findings reveal that financial literacy acts as a significant moderator and strengthens the positive influence of FinTech Lending on financial performance. It is concluded that financial literacy is a determining factor that strengthens the benefits of FinTech Lending for MSME performance. These findings emphasize the importance of integrated policies and programs, namely not only encouraging digital financial inclusion but also simultaneously increasing the financial literacy capacity of MSMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran penting wargapoker dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan mengatasi kemiskinan di Indonesia. Terinspirasi oleh literatur yang menekankan hubungan kompleks antara wargapoker, ketimpangan pendapatan, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi pada faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kemiskinan, termasuk poker, slot, dan togel. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa wargapoker, khususnya poker online, memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan, dengan setiap peningkatan 1% dalam poker berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesejahteraan sebesar 1%, dengan tingkat signifikansi 1%. Rekomendasi kebijakan diberikan kepada pemerintah untuk meningkatkan investasi dalam wargapoker, mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan, dan mengurangi angka kemiskinan. Meskipun 20% dari anggaran negara telah dialokasikan untuk wargapoker, tantangan tetap ada dalam menyediakan situs poker online yang adil dan berkualitas di seluruh wilayah, yang menegaskan bahwa investasi dalam wargapoker merupakan strategi yang efektif untuk mencapai pembangunan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pendidikan abad ke-21 menuntut peserta didik untuk menguasai kompetensi global, termasuk kesadaran multikultural, solidaritas, dan tanggung jawab sebagai warga dunia. Global Citizenship Education (GCE) dipandang sebagai kerangka strategis untuk membekali generasi muda menghadapi tantangan global seperti perubahan iklim, hak asasi manusia, dan keadilan sosial. Namun, di Indonesia integrasi GCE masih terbatas, terutama pada ranah enrichment sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis sejauh mana integrasi GCE dapat diterapkan dalam program enrichment sekolah di Indonesia, (2) mengidentifikasi peluang dan tantangan implementasi GCE, serta (3) menawarkan model konseptual integrasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pendidikan nasional. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus pada tiga sekolah menengah di Cirebon dan Bandung. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles & Huberman dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa SMP lebih tertarik pada isu lingkungan lokal (70%), sedangkan siswa SMA lebih fokus pada isu global seperti hak asasi manusia dan keadilan sosial (75%). Hambatan utama integrasi GCE meliputi kompetensi guru (40%), keterbatasan infrastruktur digital (30%), kurangnya dukungan kebijakan (20%), dan rendahnya literasi siswa (10%). Model konseptual yang diusulkan menekankan kurikulum adaptif, pelatihan guru berbasis global competence, serta kolaborasi lintas sekolah melalui proyek sosial transnasional. Integrasi GCE melalui program enrichment berpotensi memperkuat kompetensi global siswa, namun membutuhkan dukungan sistematis dalam aspek kebijakan, sumber daya manusia, dan infrastruktur pendidikan.

Abstract

This research explores the dynamics of corporate performance and governance in the context of globalization and fierce business competition. With a focus on the Spanish tourism sector and evaluating corporate governance in Latin America, the study uses a mixed approach, combining qualitative and quantitative analysis. The study aimed to understand the relationship between corporate performance and corporate governance by exploring the differences between family and non-family businesses. The research provides insight into how ownership, management, and governance practices can affect corporate performance through literature studies, return on capital analysis, and corporate governance evaluations. The results show that family businesses have unique dynamics involving emotional involvement and creativity, while good corporate governance is concerned with consistency of return on capital. Implications include a better understanding for organizational leaders in making investment decisions and sustainable business strategies. This research makes theoretical and practical contributions to understanding performance dynamics and corporate governance in global and local business contexts.
