Abstract

Written based on the results of pre-research on employees at Harris Resort Barelang Batam on the job satisfaction they get and the purpose of this research is to analyze the job satisfaction of employees at Haris Resort Barelang Batam. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. Quantitative descriptive research with clausal associative method. The population is Pruposive Sampling technique with primary data, job satisfaction at Harris Resort Barelang Batam was in the unfavorable category, amounting to 46.4%, in the range of scores 64-<75.

Abstract

This research was conducted of this research is the work loyalty of Whiz Prime Hotel Padang employees which is influenced by the work environment and organizational culture. The aims of this study: 1) To know the effect of work environment and organizational culture on employee loyalty, 2) to describe work environment, 3) to describe organizational culture, 4) to describe employee loyalty. And the type of research used is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The research was conducted at Whiz Prime Hotel Padang. For the population of this study as many as 62 people. And for the selection of this research sample, namely a saturated sample with a total of 62 people. And the data collection technique used is the Likert Scale which has been tested for its validity and reliability. The analysis technique of this study used multiple linear regression analysis which was processed with the help of the SPSS version 26.00 program. So the results of the study show that 1) There is a significant influence of the work environment and organizational culture on employee loyalty by 55.7%, 2) the work environment is in the fairly good category with an achievement score of 45%, 3) Organizational culture is in the category quite good with an achievement score of 42%, 4) Employee Loyalty is also in the fairly good category with an achievement score of 36%.

Abstract

This research was conducted to present recommendations on the implementation of e-learning courses Entrepreneurship during the Covid-19 pandemic. The evaluation refers to model Kirkpatrick's with Level 1: Satisfaction, Level 2: Learning, Level 3: Behavior, and Level 4: Impact. The research used a quantitative method with data analysis using percentage techniques. The sample was 307 students who had attended Entrepreneurship courses using e-learning. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google form. The results show that the evaluation level 1: student satisfaction in learning, on average of 67% and 33% of the other feeling dissatisfied and less able to accept entrepreneurship learning optimally. Level 2 evaluation: learning outcomes, data cognitive, affective, and psychomotor have an average improvement. Evaluation level 3: there was an average improvement of only 18 points on entrepreneurial behavior. Evaluation level 4: 53% of students respond that e-learning is suitable for sustainable use, 59% give the opinion that e-learning is effective in increasing the ability to be an entrepreneurial, and 52% undertake entrepreneurial activities after participating in e-learning. The recommendation of this study's results is to continue learning by using e-learning by paying attention to process factors and combining it with learning, which refers more to implementing entrepreneurial projects to improve psychomotor competence and entrepreneurial behavior in the future.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the discovery of several facts about the problem of high turnover rates, in the hotel industry in West Sumatra, and there are a lot of employee movement from one hotel to another. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Alternative Job Opportunity moderating the effect of Work engagement and Job satisfaction on Turnover Intention in the hospitality industry in West Sumatra Indonesia. This research is a quantitative type of causal associative approach with a survey method. The population of this study is staff who have worked for more than 1 year in the hospitality industry in West Sumatra. The sample technique used is purposive sampling. Collecting data for this study by distributing questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using moderation regression with smart PLS 3.0 software. research results (1) There is a negative and significant influence between work engagement variables and turnover intention. (2) A negative and significant effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention was found (3) Simultaneously, a significant effect was found between the variables of work engagement and job satisfaction on turnover intention (4) Alternative Job Opportunity is able to moderate the effect of work engagement and job satisfaction on turnover intention significantly.

Abstract

Revitalization is the process of conserving or revitalizing something that was previously less powerful. The goal of this project is to restructure Kilalang tourism management and tackle difficulties that arise at tourist sites. This community service initiative is a cooperation between the Wali Nagari and the Lubuak Batingkok Village people. However, there are various difficulties in carrying out activities, one of which is that Pokdarwis has yet to be developed and executed in line with maximal job tasks and functions. Coordination with the Lubuak Batingkok Village Pokdarwis, shared commitment, mapping the potential and issues of Kilalang tourism, and implementation of the vision, mission, work plan, and regulations will be utilized as the approach method. Promotion, collaboration formation, and monitoring and evaluation are all part of the process.

Abstract

The Kilalang Nagari Lubuak Batingkok tourist attraction is located in Harau District, Limapuluh Kota Regency, West Sumatra Province. The lack of understanding and skills of the community, product and tourism promotion in structuring tourist destinations is an obstacle in the development of tourist objects at Kilalang Nagari Lubuak Batingkok. This community service activity seeks to increase the ability of the community and be able to innovate in overcoming obstacles to tourism development. The existence of assistance, training and technological guidance is expected to increase the community's ability to manage tourism so that later it can provide a better economic influence on the community.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the nagari profile video can support data information from the assets of Nagari Koto Tangah, Tilatang Kamang District. The method used in this article is a qualitative research method by describing according to the data obtained. The data used in this research consists of 2 data, namely sources and data from the Medium Term Development Plan (RPJM) Nagari Koto Tangah. Meanwhile, the data used in taking video profiles from (RPJM) and observations made by the team.
