Abstract

Nail art banyak digandurungi oleh wanita zaman sekarang, banyaknya peminat ini perlunya ada perkembangan dalam dunia nail art. Perkembangan ini memancing untuk bisa lebih kreatif,dalam dunia pendidikan untuk memancing kreativitas mahasiswa maka diperlukan media pembelajaran yang reatif juga. Media pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah e-modul. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian pengembangan, imstrumen penelitian menggunakan anget dengan sampel dua orang dosen, tiga orang mahasiswa (kelompok kecil), sepuluh orang mahasiwa (kelompok besar). Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa penggunaan e-modul dalam pembelajaran nail art oleh dosen sangat praktis, kelompok kecil menjawab sangat praktis dan kelompok besar menjawab praktis.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effectiveness of entrepreneurship learning using website media in e learning conducted at Universitas Negeri Padang during the COVID 19 pandemic. The research methodology uses a quantitative approach, evaluation is carried out on 307 samples who are students who have participated in Entrepreneurship learning using e learning. during the COVID 19 pandemic, research is an evaluation type research to present recommendations for implementing learning programs. The research instrument used a set of questions about cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities to adjust the Entrepreneurship learning curriculum at Universitas Negeri Padang. The data analysis used the percentage technique and the calculation of the difference in score values. The results showed that cognitive, affective and psychomotor have an average increase, but students have the final knowledge achievement at a score of 72 (cognitive), 79 (affective) and 74 (psychomotor), which means that the final learning outcomes of students have not reached value limit categorized as good at an average score of> 80. Thus the recommendation for the results of this evaluation is that it is necessary to improve the performance of the e learning learning program to achieve better learning outcomes through educational factors which include the quality of educators, media and increased student learning motivation.

Abstract

This research was conducted to present recommendations on the implementation of e-learning courses Entrepreneurship during the Covid-19 pandemic. The evaluation refers to model Kirkpatrick's with Level 1: Satisfaction, Level 2: Learning, Level 3: Behavior, and Level 4: Impact. The research used a quantitative method with data analysis using percentage techniques. The sample was 307 students who had attended Entrepreneurship courses using e-learning. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google form. The results show that the evaluation level 1: student satisfaction in learning, on average of 67% and 33% of the other feeling dissatisfied and less able to accept entrepreneurship learning optimally. Level 2 evaluation: learning outcomes, data cognitive, affective, and psychomotor have an average improvement. Evaluation level 3: there was an average improvement of only 18 points on entrepreneurial behavior. Evaluation level 4: 53% of students respond that e-learning is suitable for sustainable use, 59% give the opinion that e-learning is effective in increasing the ability to be an entrepreneurial, and 52% undertake entrepreneurial activities after participating in e-learning. The recommendation of this study's results is to continue learning by using e-learning by paying attention to process factors and combining it with learning, which refers more to implementing entrepreneurial projects to improve psychomotor competence and entrepreneurial behavior in the future.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the measurement of the influence of classical tutoring services and individual services on guidance and counseling (BK) teaching methods in high schools in providing motivation for students to continue their education to college. The research method was carried out through distributing research questionnaires about classical services, individual services on student motivation. After the questionnaire results were collected and tabulated, analysis was then carried out using the multiple regression analysis method using SPSS 20. The research results revealed that classical services and individual services partially (together) had an influence on student motivation with a large influence. Still in the weak interval, with the classical service variable not having a significant influence.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the feasibility and the needs for developing digital-based teaching media in elementary schools, as an alternative teaching media in implementing physical education, sports, and health (PJOK) learning for Phase B students at SDN 13 Sitiung. This development was relevant to students’ learning needs in which students can utilize digital technology in the PJOK learning process. The presence of this interactive e-book is hoped to increase motivation and student learning outcomes and provide changes in the PJOK learning process which should be adapted to the learning needs of students and the digital era.

Abstract

The aimed of this research was to analyze and describe the need for developing teaching-based modules of Teaching Factory (TEFA) to improve the characteristics of entrepreneurs who are ready to work and produce products that comply with industry standards to support the implementation of the independent curriculum. The research method used was research and development. This research focuses on identifying student teaching module needs that are expected to meet national curriculum standards and regional potential, involving an understanding of the educational context, industry demands, and student needs. The data collection techniques that the researchers used were observation, interview, and questionnaire. The research results indicated that there was a significant need to develop teaching modules so that they can accommodate diverse students’ needs customized to the level of difficulty and interest of students. Teaching modules should be designed to provide students with opportunities to develop 21st-century skills such as skills critical thinking, creativity, communication, and cooperation.

Abstract

This research aimed to develop a learning model for basic long jump techniques based on traditional games. This research’s subjects were the students of SMAN 1 Pulau Punjung, Dharmasraya Regency. The research method used model development research, Borg and Gall. The data collection techniques used the results of expert validation and tests effectiveness through experiments with statistical data analysis paired t-test. The results of research and development of a traditional game-based learning model for basic long jump techniques in squatting style for students at SMAN 1 Pulau Punjung showed that the learning model for basic long jump techniques in squatting style based on traditional games is suitable for students. The results of the effectiveness test showed that the traditional game-based long jump technique learning model was effective for students of SMAN 1 Pulau Punjung, this was demonstrated by the results of the T-Test and N-Gain Score on the basic technical abilities of the traditional game-based squat style long jump which showed significant improvement.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine students' needs in the learning process in Mathematics subjects. Data collection used a needs analysis questionnaire for class VI SD N 095/VIII Karang Dadi students. The results of the analysis of student needs showed that the interest aspect was 86% in using learning media Wordwall with the high category and the results of needs aspect were 86% in the high category. So that, the interactive learning media Wordwall can help students understand the material presented by the teacher.

Abstract

Pandemi (COVID-19) adalah pandemi yang tidak hanya menyebabkan kerusakan kesehatan manusia, salah satu dampak lain yang dirasakan adalah buruknya kondisi sektor perekonomian, UMKM di dunia seharusnya melakukan reaksi, pembuat keputusan kebijakan untuk mengidentifikasi tren utama saat dan setelah COVID-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui analisis kebutuhan sebagai dasar penetapan konsep pengembangan model pelatihan kewirausahaan manajemen krisis berbasis teknologi dan menetapkan rancangan tujuan pelaksanaan pelatihan. Metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan untuk memperoleh data analisis kebutuhan, dengan sampel 15 orang perwakilan UMKM Kota Payakumbuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep dasar model pelatihan kewirausahaan manajemen bisnis berbasis teknologi pada tahapan front-end analysis menyatakan bahwa terdapat masalah pada pengurangan produktivitas usaha, akibat berkurangnya permintaan pada produk UMKM, perlu ada penyesuaian manajemen wirausaha berbasis perubahan aktivitas bisnis berbasis teknologi digital. Dibutuhkannya pelatihan yang dapat membantu pelaku UMKM memiliki kemampuan menjalankan usaha di masa krisis COVID 19. Learner analysis menunjukkan keseriusan UMKM untuk melaksanakan marketing online yang sampai saat ini terus dikembangkan, pemahaman UMKM tentang persaingan global diera disrupsi menjadi meningkat semenjak adanya wabah COVID-19. Temuan penelitian pada perancangan model pelatihan kewirausahaan manajemen krisis berbasis teknologi dengan berdasarkan task analysis (analisis tujuan pelatihan) menemukakan bahwa rancangan kebutuhan kemampuan pelatihan pada kencapaian kemampuan pada 1) transformasi perencanaana bisnis dalam fungsi perencanaan usaha, 2) revolusi organisasi usaha berbasis teknologi dalam fungsi organizing, 3) harmonisasi pelaksanaan usaha sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat yang bersifat dinamis, dan 4)  review dan revisi usaha dalam rangka merumusakan perencanaan berkala menyesuaikan keadaan, kegiatan ini dalam fungsi controlling pada manajemen usaha. Kata Kunci: Analisis Kebutuhan, Kewirausahaan, Model Pelatihan, UMKM, Pandemic                                    COVID-19

Abstract

Not in accordance with career choices with education held by many factors, this study aims to carry out the testing set and entrepreneurial motivation regarding student career choices. The study was conducted by quantitative analysis, the sample was 46 students of the Teaching Faculty of Education, Universitas Putra Indonesia "YPTK" Padang, the instrument used a questionnaire, analysis of data related to the product moment formula, and performed multiple linear regression analysis and assisted with percentage research. The results showed students have a mindset of 74.4% (moderate), motivation 70.6% (moderate), only 10% who want to be entrepreneurs. Mindset Correlation with career choices 0.515, agreed 26%, motivation contributions with career choices 0.312 contriution 13%. Multiple regression 0.516 contributed 27%. The results of the research need to be conducted to study the character of entrepreneurship to strengthen the mindset and motivation in entrepreneurial career choices.
