However, the topic of how MSMEs managers may integrate the four dimensions of transformational leadership to increase adoption in the digital transformation era remains unanswered. This study investigates the role of transformative leadership in predicting MSMEs' adoption of digital technology. The research preposition was explored by a sample of 203 Indonesian MSMEs' employees. The fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) method was used to study the complex causality of transformational leadership in the adoption of digital technologies by MSMEs. The appropriate configurations connected to high agility were discovered by FsQCA, and this study concluded that idealized influence, inspirational motivation, and individual consideration will lead MSMEs to attain adoption of digital technology. Abstract

Customer loyalty refers to the dedication of a customer to consistently utilize the products or services of a particular company on a voluntary basis in the future. The achievement of this is inextricably linked to experiential marketing elements, customer value, and customer gratification, all of which marketers employ when attempting to sell products and services to consumers. This investigation was conducted in the North Sumatra region with specialist physicians as end users of pharmaceutical company products. The primary objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between customer value and customer satisfaction, as well as to assess the effect of customer value as a mediator between customer satisfaction and experiential marketing. The methodology employed a quantitative non-probability sampling strategy, resulting in the acquisition of 212 respondents. Through social media distribution of questionnaires, data is gathered. For assessing variable data, a Likert scale is utilized. Utilizing SmartPLS 3.0 and structural equation modeling (SEM), the data analysis method employs SEM. Customer value mediates the relationship between experiential marketing and customer satisfaction, as determined by the analysis's findings. Customer value and experiential marketing both have a positive impact on customer satisfaction. The company has integrated customer value and experiential marketing implications into one of its strategies to enhance physician satisfaction

Abstract

Unregulated worldwide consumption habits have resulted in significant issues such as pollution and climate change, hence underscoring the necessity for understanding of eco-friendly products. This study seeks to examine the impact of students' awareness of eco-friendly products on their intention to acquire such products. This study specifically investigates the impact of awareness, availability, value, and quality on students' desire to purchase reusable bottled water products, as well as how these characteristics predict purchase intention among students. Data were gathered through an online survey of 145 students from diverse universities in Indonesia and analyzed utilized partial least squares-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings revealed that awareness and perceived value significantly enhance the purchase intention of reusable bottled water products, with perceived value being the most influential element. These findings underscore the necessity of enhancing awareness and value the of eco-friendly products to promote more sustainable and responsible consumption among students, thereby significantly contributing to environmental conservation initiatives and the reduction of plastic waste in society. Abstract

The escalating environmental crisis has demanded not only policy reform and technological advancement, but also a fundamental shift in the way economic value is created. This study explores green entrepreneurship as a transformative and innovative strategy to address ecological degradation while fostering sustainable economic growth. Through a multidisciplinary lens, we conceptualize green entrepreneurship not merely as environmentally friendly business practices, but as a disruptive force capable of reconfiguring market dynamics, consumer behavior, and socio-ecological systems. Drawing upon emerging frameworks in sustainable innovation and systems thinking, this paper proposes a novel typology of green entrepreneurial models that integrate circular economy principles, community-based innovation, and regenerative practices. Our analysis reveals that green entrepreneurs are uniquely positioned to bridge institutional gaps, catalyze grassroots movements, and scale systemic solutions to environmental challenges. The study concludes with policy recommendations aimed at fostering an enabling ecosystem for green entrepreneurship as a core pillar in the transition toward a low-carbon, resilient, and inclusive economy.
