Abstract

This research was motivated by observations that showed that the learning process carried out by Islamic education teachers in the learning process was less than optimal, especially in inclusive schools so educational goals were difficult to achieve. This has a big impact on special needs students and regular students so the implementation of learning is not optimal and less effective. So it can be formulated in this research that the role of teachers in maximizing learning planning, learning processes, and learning evaluation is very necessary. This research aims to analyze the Islamic Religious Education learning process to know the implications for special needs students and regular students as well as for Islamic education teachers. This study uses a qualitative method. Qualitative analysis is taken from Islamic religious education teachers' interpretation of data by providing information and explanations. Research data collection was carried out using interview techniques and field observations. The results of this research show that the relationship between policy and teacher professionalism in teaching greatly influences the continuity of learning so that it can provide changes in the implementation of learning and have an impact on students at the inclusive school Muhammadiyah High School 6 Surakarta. Teacher policies and professionalism have a high influence on the quality of learning and student development.

Abstract

This article discusses Content Marketing Strategies in Increasing Consumer Interaction with Social Media Users. In Indonesia, the number of active social media users will be 167 million people in January 2023. This number is equivalent to 60.4% of the population in the country. The large number of active social media users in Indonesia today has an impact on the development of the digital economy. Trends in the business world continue to vary towards digitalization and have succeeded in changing the way we interact in marketing communications from conventional marketing to digital marketing. The basic motivation behind digital marketing is to advance the brand, form preferences and increase sales through several digital marketing promotional methods such as content marketing. The objectives to be achieved in this research are to understand content marketing strategies in increasing consumer interaction with social media users and analyzing factors. drivers and barriers in increasing consumer interaction with social media users through content marketing. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the content marketing strategy for increasing consumer interaction among social media users is to create content that is easy to understand, share motivation, persuade and encourage customers, explain product supporting criteria, and pay attention to the views of friends, family and the surrounding environment. The driving and inhibiting factors in increasing consumer interaction with social media users through content marketing are through design, presenting the latest phenomena, consistency in uploading, and suitability for customers.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of digitalization and product innovation on increasing sales of the Seblak Prasmanan MSME in Kampung Melayu Kraksaan. The digitalization discussed includes the use of social media, online delivery services, and various other digital platforms that support the promotion and sales process. Product innovation includes developing flavor variations, packaging design, and presentation that appeals to customers. The method applied in this study is descriptive quantitative with a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 70 respondents. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique, which prioritizes the criteria of active consumers. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics using frequency and percentage tabulations to describe consumer views on the digitalization and product innovation implemented. The results of the study indicate that the majority of respondents strongly agreed that digital content can increase consumer interest, and the use of social media and delivery applications is very helpful in transactions. Respondents also stated that flavor variations and attractive packaging can increase purchasing interest and loyalty to the product. These findings indicate that the combination of digital technology utilization and creative product development can strengthen competitiveness and improve MSME sales performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the factors that affect the interest and motivation of fujoshi in creating a manhwa boys love channel on Telegram. This is interesting to research because it is a sexual deviation that is still taboo among society today. This research uses the phenomenological theory of Alfred Schutz which explains about human actions that are influenced by causal motives and goal motives. This study uses a qualitative method approach. The informant selection technique used is purposive sampling. There are 5 fujoshi informants who are 17-22 years old and have a manhwa boys love channel on the Telegram application. Data collection was carried out through observation of the content of the boys love manhwa channel on Telegram. An in-depth interview discussing the reasons and goals of fujoshi for creating a manhwa boys love channel on Telegram. In addition, documentation is also carried out by saving screenshots of content published by fujoshi on Telegram. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show several reasons why fujoshi created a manhwa boys love channel on Telegram. First, because they got an offer from a friend, wanted to try new things, the hiatus phase and liked the romance of boys love. The purpose of creating a manhwa boys love channel on Telegram by fujoshi is to channel hobbies and connect people with similar interests.
