Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of motivation and leadership on employee performance at PT Eksperta Priatna Sinergi South Tangerang. The method used is quantitative method. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with a research sample of 66 respondents. The results of this study are, Motivation (X1) affects employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 17.833 + 0.592 X1, the coefficient of determination is 0.433 or 43.3% and the correlation coefficient is 0.658. Hypothesis testing obtained a value (tcount 6.994> ttable 1.998), and a significance value (0.000 <0.05) then Ho1is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. This means that there is a significant effect of motivation (X1) on employee performance (Y) on the performance of employees of PT Eksperta Priatna Sinegi South Tangerang. Leadership (X2) affects employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 21.881 + 0.496 X2, the coefficient of determination is 0.334 or 33.4% and the correlation coefficient is 0.578. Hypothesis testing obtained a value (tcount 5.666 > ttable value 1.998), and a significance value (0.000 <0.05) then Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence of leadership (X2) on employee performance (Y) on the performance of employees of PT Eksperta Priatna Sinegi South Tangerang. Motivation (X1) and Leadership (X2) affect employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 17.493 + 0.531 X1 + 0.069 X2, the coefficient of determination is 0.435 or 43.5% and the correlation coefficient is 0.660. Hypothesis testing Fcount value 24.264 > Ftable 3.14. This proves that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant effect of motivation and leadership on employee performance at PT Eksperta Priatna Sinegi South Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction at PT POS Indonesia Pamulang branch. The population in this study is 36,252 consumers. The sample selection in this study uses the slovin technique, which is as many as 100 consumers. The analysis methods used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis, quantitative analysis, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis test using SPSS 26 statistical data processing. The results of this study show that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a regression value of 5.905. The T-count value is 5.905 > 1.66088. The probability value of service quality was obtained with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The price variable had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a regression value of 6.979. The T-count value > the T-table was 6.979 > 1.66159. The T-count value > the T-table is 6.979 > 1.66159. The value of price probability was obtained with a significance value of 0.75 < 0.05. The variables of service quality and price had a simultaneous and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The F-count value > F-table was 137.311 > 3.09 with a sig value from the F test of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Abadi Mitra Teknologi. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study was 80 employees with the sampling technique used, namely a saturated sample (census) so that respondents were obtained as many as 80 employees. Meanwhile, the primary data collection technique is through a questionnaire which is processed using the SPSS Version 25 application system. The data analysis methods used in this research are correlation analysis, regression analysis, determination analysis, t test and f test. Based on the results of the t test research, it was obtained that the t count for work motivation was t count 2.922 > t table 1.665. or significance 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that partially there is a significant influence of work motivation on employee performance. And the t calculated work environment is t calculated 6.816 > t table 1.665. or significance 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that partially there is a significant influence of the work environment on employee performance. For the f test, the calculated F is 23.191 > F table 3.115. or significance 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that simultaneously there is a significant influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance. Multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 13.957 + 0.063 (X1) + 0.627 (X2). Determination analysis obtained a value of 0.376 with a percentage of  37.6%, while the remaining 62.4% was influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of product quality and price on customer satisfaction at Serious Store Parung, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, which had direct experience and the sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents.. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that product quality influences customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 26,197 + 0.311 X1. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (3,354 > 1,986), this was also strengthened by the sig value. < sig. 0.050 or (0.001 < 0.050). Thus, Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, meaning that partially there is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction. Price influences Customer Satisfaction with the equation Y = 4,364 + 0.892 X2. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (10,874 > 1,986), this was strengthened by the sig value. < sig. 0.050 or (0.000 < 0.050). Thus, Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, meaning that partially there is a positive and significant influence between Price and Customer Satisfaction. Product Quality and Price influence Customer Satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 0.078 + 0.165 X1 + 0.840 X2. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (65,596 > 3.094), this was strengthened by the sig value. < sig. 0.050 or (0.000 < 0.050). Thus, Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction at Serious Store Parung.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of communication and work environment on employee performance at PT. Nusatrip South Jakarta. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling where the entire population becomes the sample in the study, which consists of 74 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The result of this study is communication (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) obtained from the linear regression equation Y=5.807 + 0.464X1 + 0.291X2. The correlation value or the degree of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 0.812, indicating a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination value or the contribution of its influence simultaneously is 65.9%. The partial hypothesis test obtained a communication value of tcount 10.472 > ttable 1.993, thus Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, indicating that there is a positive and significant influence of work communication on employee performance. The work environment value is tcount 9.828 > ttable 1.993, thus Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, indicating that there is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on employee performance. The Fcount hypothesis test value is 68.531 > Ftable 3.12, thus Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of communication and the work environment on employee performance at PT. Nusatrip      Jakarta Selatan.

Abstract

The performance of employees at PT Circleka Cakung Branch, East Jakarta, shows fluctuations that are suspected to be influenced by inconsistent work discipline levels and suboptimal physical work environment conditions.  This study aims to determine the positive and significant effect of the discipline variable on employee performance, to determine the positive and significant effect of the physical work environment variable on employee performance, and to determine the positive and significant effect of the discipline and physical work environment variables simultaneously on employee performance at PT Circleka Indonesia Utama South Jakarta Branch.  The method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The sample used is a saturated sampling technique consisting of 50 employees.  The research results show that: (1) partially, discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, which can be proven by the linear regression test with the regression equation Y = 10.308 + 0.369 X1, leading to a constant value of 10.308. The t-test has a calculated t-value of 1.809 and a 5% distribution table value of 1.67722 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) partially, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, which can be proven by the linear regression test with the regression equation Y = 10.308 + 0.409 X2, leading to a constant value of 10.308. The t-test has a calculated t-value of 1.807 and a 5% distribution table value of 1.67722, so the calculated t-value of 1.807 > the table value of 1.67722 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This means the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance.  (3) Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence between motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Circleka Indonesia Utama, which can be proven by the multiple linear regression equation Y= 10.308 + 0.369 X1 + 0.409 X2, a correlation value of 0.593, a coefficient of determination value of 59.3%, and an F-value of 10.308 > F-table 3.195 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the current ratio and debt to asset ratio on return on equity at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk for the 2013-2023 period. The independent variables in this research are the Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio and the dependent variable used is Return On Equity. This sample and population collection was carried out by taking 11 years of data from the period 2013 to 2023. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with the help of SPSS Statistics Version 29. The results of the research show that the Current Ratio data partially has no effect on the Return On Equity variable. . This is proven by the t count which is smaller than the t table (0.755 < 2.306) and the sig value is greater than the significance level (0.472 > 0.05). However, Debt To Asset Ratio data partially influences Return On Equity. This is proven by the calculated t which is greater than the t table (2.607 > 2.306) and the sig value is smaller than the significance level (0.031 < 0.05). Current Ratio and Debt To Asset Ratio simultaneously influence the dependent variable on Return On Equity at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk with a calculated F value of 9,141 > 4.46 and a significance level of 0.009 which is smaller than 0.05. And the influence of the independent variables (Current Ratio and Debt To Asset Ratio) on Return On Equity is 0.620 or 62.0%, while the remaining 38.0% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on PT Ace Hardware Tbk for the period 2014-2023. The study uses 2 (two) independent variables, namely Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and 1 (one) dependent variable, namely Return On Asset (ROA). The research method uses the SPSS Version 25 application in addition to the tests used in this study are the Classical Assumption Test, Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Test, and Hypothesis Test. Based on the test results on variables with a total data of 10 years. The Multiple Linear Regression Test Equation is Y = 0.534 - 0.027X1 - 0.626X2. In the determination test, it was obtained that the effect of CR and DER on ROA was 37.2% the remaining 62.8%. Based on the results of the t-test, the calculated T for CR is 1.422 <t table 2.36462 and the Sig. value is 0.198 > 0.05, meaning that there is no influence and is not partially significant between CR and ROA. and the calculated t for DER is 1.761 <t table 2.36462 and the Sig. value is 0.122 > 0.05, meaning that there is no influence and is not partially significant between DER and ROA, in the simultaneous test, the CR and DER variables do not simultaneously affect ROA with F count greater than F table (0.196 < 4.46).
