Abstract

Abstract This research studies the case of unauthorized persecution done jointly and causing the death of a person in the Regency of Malang, Tumpukrenteng village, Turen. This research topic departed from the highest cases of unauthorized persecution in the area. The proscription of unauthorized persecution, however, is specified in Article 170 of the Criminal Code, while the case causing the death of a person is in Article 170 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code. Furthermore, police have introduced the stages of the report and the report-making in case of criminal conduct or violations. This indicates that some articles governing violations of social orders and the incidence of criminal cases are irrelevant in the case of unauthorized persecution collectively done by people and causing death. This research employed empirical-juridical methods and criminological-juridical approaches. Data involved primary and secondary materials, garnered from interviews and library research, and analyzed based on descriptive-qualitative methods explaining that the data were analyzed based on the contextual theory. Keywords: Death, Jointly, Unauthorized Persecution   Abstrak Pada penelitian ini penulis akan mengangkat permasalahan terkait tindakan main hakim sendiri yang dilakukan bersama-sama dan mengakibatkan hilangnya nyawa seseorang di daerah Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kasus main hakim sendiri yang dilakukan bersama-sama dan mengakibatkan hilangnya nyawa seseorang di desa Tumpukrenteng, Turen, Kabupaten Malang. Pilihan tema tersebut dilandasi oleh Kabupaten Malang dinobatkan sebagai provinsi dengan jumlah tertinggi atas tindakan main hakim sendiri yang mengakibatkan hilangnya nyawa seseorang diantara Provinsi Malang Raya lainnya. Aturan tentang larangan Tindakan main hakim sendiri secara tidak langsung telah diejawantahkan dalam pasal 170 KUHP, dan yang mengakibatkan hilangnya nyawa seseorang diatur dalam pasal 170 ayat 2 KUHP. Terlepas dari itu kepolisian sendiri telah melakukan sosialisasi mengenai tahap-tahap pelaporan serta pembuatan laporan apabila terjadi kejatan atau penggaran. Maka dari itu terdapat ketimpangan pasal yang sudah mengatur mengenai kejahatan terhadap ketertiban umum dengan tingginya angka kejahatan terhadap ketertiban umum yakni tindakan main hakim sendiri yang dilakukan secara bersama- sama dan sampai menghilangkan nyawa seseorang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan yuridis kriminologis. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer yang didukung oleh data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data melalui deskriptif kualitatif dengan menjelaskaskan data primer yang didapat serta dianalis menggunakan teori yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan tersebut. Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman santri dan pengetahuan dalam berbahasa arab melibatkan perkembangan teknologi komputer dan perangkat mobile yang semakin canggih. AR menggabungkan elemen dunia nyata dengan elemen digital. kurangnya pemahaman santri dan pengetahuan santri dalam Bahasa arab ketika hari libur, maka di butuhkan peran AR yang mana dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan bagi para satri di Pondok Hasanatul Barokah. Dengan AR, para Santri dapat melihat objek virtual yang ditampilkan di dunia nyata melalui perangkat seperti smartphone, aplikasi AR dapat menampilkan simulasi situasi dalam berbahasa Arab dengan bagus dan cara mengggunakannya. Dengan demikian, Santri dapat lebih memahami Bahasa arab yang baik yang dan cara mengggunakannya dengan baik melalui AR.Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan UAT menunjukkan persentase yang cukup tinggi yaitu 83,6% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat diterima dengan baik

Abstract

This research is motivated by the completeness of student learning outcomes in science subjects that have not been maximized, namely 27 students (63%) have not reached the KKM. This is because the learning process is still dominated by the teacher, students are less involved in the learning process. One of the efforts made is to update the learning model by using the Project Based Learning model. This study aims to determine the application of the PjBL learning model in science subjects, to determine the increase in learning activities and learning outcomes of grade V students of UPTD SD Negeri 1 Tanjungsari. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with three cycles consisting of four steps, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research was applied to grade V students with a total of 43 students. The results of the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model increased in each cycle. In cycle I, 81.53% of the good category, cycle II, 87.69% of the very good category and cycle III, 94.61% of the very good category. The results of student activity also increased in each cycle. In cycle I, 67.57% of the moderate category, cycle II 79.81% of the good category, in cycle III 86.36% of the very good category. Student learning outcomes obtained during the action implementation process have increased in each cycle. In cycle I there were 23 students with a percentage of 53.49% of students completed, cycle II there were 37 students with a percentage of 86.05% students completed, and cycle III there were 38 students with a percentage of 88.37% students completed. This research shows that student learning outcomes reach the 80% classical success indicator. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the application of the Project Based Learning learning model in science subjects in grade V elementary schools can improve student learning activities and results. Abstract

This study aims to analyze parents' and teachers' perceptions of the readiness of early childhood education (ECE) schools during the transition period from ECE to elementary school (ES). The approach is descriptive and quantitative, with correlation analysis. The research population consists of parents of ECE and first-grade elementary school students, as well as ECE and first-grade elementary school teachers in Bandung City, West Java. Data were collected from 364 parents and 112 teachers. The research instrument is a Likert-scale questionnaire (1-5) covering aspects of child readiness, parent readiness, teacher roles, home routines, and school communication. Data analysis includes frequency distributions, percentages, means, standard deviations, distribution patterns, and skewness. The analysis results show an average (M) parent perception of 4.0 with a standard deviation of 0.87, and an average teacher perception of 4.31 with a standard deviation of 0.61. There are significant relationships of 0.81 between child readiness and parent readiness, and of 0.74 between parent readiness and perceptions of teacher roles. These findings emphasize the importance of collaboration between parents and schools in supporting children's school readiness.
