Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of human resource development and human resource quality on employee performance in Pauh Duo District, South Solok Regency. This research aims to (1) Understand the description of human resource development and the quality of human resources on employee performance in Pauh Duo District, South Solok Regency, (2) Find out the influence of human resource development on employee performance in Pauh Duo District, South Solok Regency (3) Knowing and analyzing the influence of human resource quality on employee performance in Pauh Duo District, South Solok Regency (4) Knowing and analyzing the influence of human resource development and human resource quality on employee performance in Pauh Duo District, South Solok Regency. This research method is a quantitative descriptive method with data analysis using descriptive analysis and inductive analysis using SPSS for Windows 25. The research results reveal that human resource development has no significant effect on employee performance in Pauh Duo District; the quality of human resources significantly affects employee performance in Pauh Duo District. The development of human resources and the quality of human resources together significantly affect employee performance in Pauh Duo District.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the leadership style of the Madrasah Head and the level of self-motivation of teachers on the overall performance of teachers at MIN 7 South Solok. The purpose of this study is to (1) Gain an understanding of the leadership style of the Madrasah Head and the impact of teacher self-motivation on the performance of teachers at MIN 7 South Solok. (2) Determine the extent to which the leadership style of the Madrasah Head has an impact on the classroom performance of teachers at MIN 7 South Solok. (3) Determine the extent to which self-motivated teachers have an impact on the overall performance of teachers at MIN 7 South Solok (4) Being aware of the impact that the leadership style of the Madrasah Head and the level of self-motivation of teachers have on the overall performance of teachers at MIN 7 South Solok. By utilizing SPSS for Windows 23, descriptive analysis and inductive analysis are used in the process of data analysis. The study's findings show that the Madrasah Head's leadership style significantly impacts MIN 7 South Solok teachers' performance. At MIN 7 South Solok, teachers' self-motivation has a significant effect on their performance. At MIN 7 South Solok, the Madrasah Head's leadership style and teachers' self-motivation work together to impact their performance significantly.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan dari Kegiatan KLM ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi STIE Widyaswara Indonesia (Pendidikan, Penelitian, dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) dengan mengimplementasikan ilmu manajemen di Kantor Camat Pauh Duo Solok Selatan, dan memberikan kontribusi pada Kantor Camat Pauh Duo Solok Selatan dengan ikut berpartisipasi pada bagian-bagian penempatan kerja dalam bagian umum dan kepegawaian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan laporan ini adalah diawali dengan tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap penulisan laporan. Dengan berkontribusinya penulis dalam melakukan pekerjaan dengan membantu pada bagian umum dan kepegawaian. maka tujuan dari pelaksanaan KLM telah tercapai.

Abstract

In Indonesia, there are around 21.94 million individuals, or only 8 percent of the total population who have life insurance as a protection effort in family financial planning. In the context of family financial needs that continue to grow along with various stages of life, the existence of life and financial protection is very important, especially for customers who are at productive age, especially young families. This study aims to analyse the influence of social media, influencers on life insurance awareness and the decision to buy life insurance products among Generation Z. This research is quantitative research and the sampling technique is purposive sampling, with data collected from 150 respondents through questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using Smart PLS 4.0. The results showed that the positive influence of influencers significantly increased life insurance awareness (β = 0.45; p < 0.01), which in turn contributed to the decision to purchase life insurance (β = 0.35; p < 0.01). In addition, social media serves as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between influencer influence and purchase decision (β = 0.25; p < 0.01). These findings indicate that Generation Z values authenticity and emotional connection more than just influencer popularity, so insurance companies should choose relatable influencers to effectively reach this audience.The originality of this research is to highlight how awareness of life insurance serves as a bridge that connects social media and influencers to Gen Z's decision to buy life insurance. Then focusing on Generation Z, this research provides new insights into how information delivered through digital platforms can shape their understanding and attitudes towards life insurance products.The managerial implications of this study emphasise the importance of a more personalised and value-based marketing strategy in promoting insurance products. Insurance companies are advised to actively utilise social media platforms, establish strong relationships with influencers, and provide informative and engaging content for Generation Z. With this approach, it is expected that awareness and life insurance decisions among Generation Z can increase significantly, thereby strengthening market position of insurance companies in the digital era.
