Abstract

This use method quantitative And type study experiment which aim For test influence video tutorial on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religion for class X Online Business and Marketing SMK Negeri 2 Sidenreng Rappang. Population research, namely all Class X Online Business and Marketing SMK Negeri 2 Sidenreng Rappang and the sample taken was 37 people class X Online Business and Marketing students at SMK Negeri 2 Sidenreng Rappang and use Arikunto's opinion. Variable on study this there is 2, which first that is variable free that is the effect of using video tutorials (x) and the two dependent variables namely Islamic Religion learning outcomes for Class X students of Online Business and marketing at SMK Negeri 2 Sidenreng Rappang (y). This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Sidenreng Rappang. Based on the results of data analysis, it was obtained that the value of X = 86.5 > the value of Y = 54.05 so that it can be seen that there is influence Video tutorial on learning outcomes of Islamic Religion for Class X students of Online Business and Marketing at SMK Negeri 2 Sidenreng Rappang. Results study This concluded that there is Influence Video tutorial on learning outcomes of Islamic Religion for Class X students of Online Business and Marketing at SMK Negeri 2 Sidenreng Rappang. Matter This show that hypothesis Work Which state There is Influence Video tutorial on learning outcomes of Islamic Religion Class X Students Online Business and Marketing SMK Negeri 2 Sidenreng Rappang , accepted.

Abstract

The Scrapbook media comes from the English " scrap " which means leftovers, scraps and " book " means book. According to (Zuraini & Nurhayati, 2021) which is packaged in book form by combining various pieces of images as well as explanations, it is hoped that it will attract attention to the use of scrapbook media on the results. studying fine arts students in class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Baranti. This research is quasi experimental with a one group pretest post test design . The population of this study was the entire class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Baranti, totaling 76 people. The sample was determined using random sampling technique. The sample for this research was 27 students in class VIII.c, which was carried out using a test method in the form of multiple choices and questionnaires to measure student learning outcomes, both completeness in learning and punctuality in receiving material. The results of the research show that there is effectiveness in using scrapbook media on the learning outcomes of class VIII fine arts students at SMP Negeri 2 Baranti. This is shown from the results of the paired sample T-test pretest and posttest data on student learning outcomes. obtained a significance value . Based on the results of this research which have been analyzed, then it is obtained average value M x = 85 .00 > M y = 66.48. So it can be concluded that this research shows that there is effectiveness in using Scrapbook media on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengelolaan dana Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Mokopido di Desa Pangkung, Kabupaten Tolitoli, yang tidak beroperasi pada tahun 2021. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan kerangka teori pengelolaan keuangan dari Ahmad Yani yang mencakup tiga aspek: perencanaan, penganggaran, dan pelaksanaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dana BUMDes belum optimal. Aspek perencanaan dinilai sudah cukup baik, di mana program usaha budidaya bawang merah telah dirancang sesuai dengan potensi desa. Namun, proses ini gagal pada tahap penganggaran, karena Pemerintah Desa tidak mengalokasikan anggaran untuk BUMDes pada tahun 2021 akibat realokasi dana untuk penanganan Bencana Darurat dan Mendesak Desa (COVID-19). Akibatnya, aspek pelaksanaan juga tidak tercapai karena tidak ada dana yang dapat dicairkan, sehingga BUMDes Mokopido tidak beroperasi sama sekali. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya komitmen pemerintah desa untuk memastikan alokasi anggaran dan implementasi program BUMDes guna menggerakkan perekonomian desa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh pemekaran terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur di Desa Ogolali dengan menggunakan kerangka evaluatif Dunn (efektivitas, efisiensi, kecukupan, pemerataan, responsivitas). Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif; data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam (11 informan purposive), dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemekaran berhasil mewujudkan sejumlah output infrastruktur seperti fasilitas pendidikan, irigasi, dengan capaian teknis sekitar 80%; namun pencapaian outcome yang berdampak nyata terhadap kesejahteraan (terutama perbaikan jalan desa) belum konsisten. Faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan fiskal, kapasitas teknis lokal, koordinasi antar-institusi, dan mekanisme partisipasi masyarakat yang belum optimal. Secara umum, pemekaran memperpendek jalur birokrasi dan meningkatkan potensi alokasi sumber daya, tetapi efektivitas dan kecukupan hasil masih perlu penguatan melalui prioritas anggaran untuk infrastruktur kritis, penguatan tata kelola dan transparansi dana, serta mekanisme monitoring partisipatif. Keterbatasan penelitian: studi kasus tunggal dan desain cross-sectional yang membatasi generalisasi.
