Abstract

Guru merupakan salah satu pekerja profesi yang membutuhkan keterampilan didalamnya. Salah satu kemampuan dasar yang dimilki oleh seorang guru yakni kemampuan dalam mengajar atau keterampilan mengajar. Kemampuan mengajar menjadi bekal bagi guru dalam menjalankan tugasnya menjadi guru nanti. Sekain itu keteramoilan mengajar juga menjadi salah satu hal penting dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Keterampilan mengajar merupakan keterampilan yang berkaitan dengan semua aspek kemampuan guru yang berkaitan dengan beberbagai tugas guru. Mengelola dan memimpin kelas merupakan hal yang tidak mudah diperlukan Latihan dan metode yang tepat, dalam penelitian ini menitik beratkan bagaiman pembelajaran micro teaching dapat mengembangkan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan oleh guru nantinya. Terdapat delapan keterampilan yang guru butuhkan diantaranya, keterampilan menjelaskan, keterampilan bertanya, keterampilan menggunakan variasi stimulus, keterampilan memberi penguatan, keterampilan membuka dan menutup pelajaran, keterampilan mengajar kelompok kecil dan perorangan, keterampilan mengelola kelas, dan keterampilan membimbing diskusi kelompok kecil. Dalam penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriprtif, data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudia diolah dan hasilnya berupa penjelasan.

Abstract

Online learning is an electronic learning system, using electronic media, internet, computer, gedget (HP), and multimedia files (sound, pictures and video). Learning motivation is the overall driving force in the student that moves the student and gives rise to the learning activity so that the desired goal of the learning subject can be achieved. This research is quantitative research that examines phenomena objectively by using statistical calculations to test hypotheses in research. The sample of this study amounted to 30 people with total sampling technique. The test result of product moment r value is positive 0.632 and perolehan p count = 0.000 < 0.05 which indicates that online learning variables (variable X) and learning motivation variable (variable Y) have a significant influence. Anova regression analysis test obtained an F value of 18,628 and a sig value. That is 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ha was accepted and Ho rejected. The result of the determinant coefficient, known determinant cofisien value of 0.399 which means variable X (Online Learning) affects variable Y (Learning Motivation) by 39.9%.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning motivation in Arabic subjects on A`ḍā’u al-jismi material through the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method for Class I-Bstudents at Galih Agung Private Junior High School. This research uses the Kemmis & McTaggart classroom action research model. The research consists of 2 cycles with four components or actions, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection in each cycle. The data collection methods used in this research include: (1) Observation, (2) Tests, (3) Documentation. The data collected from these three methods is then analyzed to obtain research results. The conclusion of the research results shows that; (1) Student learning motivation in Arabic subjects on A`ḍā’u al-jismi material for Class I-Bstudents at Galih Agung Private Junior High School was still low in the initial observation, the researcher found a lack of participation and enthusiasm of students in learning activities which affected the low learning outcomes of students, (2) The application of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method in Arabic subjects on A`ḍā’u al-jismi material is by holding games and tournaments in the learning process, (3) The increase in learning motivation of Class I-Bstudents at Galih Agung Private Junior High School in Arabic subjects on A`ḍā’u al-jismi material is marked by increased participation and activeness of students in learning and student learning outcomes. In the pre-cycle, low participation and enthusiasm of students in learning activities were seen, and the classical completeness obtained by students was 22.7%. In Cycle I, the assessment of student activity obtained an average score of 2.24, and the classical completeness obtained by students was 65%. While in Cycle II, the assessment of student activity increased with an average score of 3.52, and the classical completeness obtained by students was 90%.
