Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi sejak dini. Strategi sosialisasi peningkatan pemberian ASI (PP-ASI) eksklusif di Kota besar di Indonesia masih kurang. Masalah utama rendahnya pemberian ASI di Indonesia adalah faktor sosial budaya, kurangnya pengetahuan akan pentingnya asi serta gencarnya promosi susu formula. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif melalui studi kasus yang bersifat deskriptif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam (indepth interview) dengan informan yang dipilih secara target, yaitu informan yang memiliki pemahaman yang dalam terkait pelaksanaan ASI Eksklusif. Berdasarkan hasil capaian kerja program gizi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Padang Bulan kota Medan tahun 2024, pada evaluasi I yaitu bulan Januari, Februari, Maret kegiatan program puskesmas sebanyak 16 (10,9%) dan pada evaluasi II yaitu April, Mei, Juni sebanyak 12 (8,2%). Pada tahun 2023, puskesmas Padang Bulan telah melaksanakan program ASI Eksklusif dengan capaian 21%. Hal ini tentunya tidak dapat mencapai SPM dari Kemenkes yang dimana target dari SPM Puskesmas Padang Bulan sama seperti SPM Kemenkes.

Abstract

In Indonesia, dengue fever (DHF) is a health problem that tends to spread more widely and claim more lives due to increasing population density and mobility. The aim of this research is to find out what empowerment can be done to the community to increase public knowledge regarding the prevention of dengue fever (DHF). The research method for this journal is to use a literature study methodology or review journals totaling around 20 journals consisting of 18 national journals and 2 international journals using online sources (Google Scholar). The result of this research is to increase the quality of public knowledge in preventing dengue fever (DHF).

Abstract

Public health plays a crucial role in determining the prosperity of a country. A high level of health reflects the government's success in organizing and implementing effective health policies. Optimal health services and community empowerment are important factors in creating a high level of health. In writing this article, a qualitative descriptive research method was used. This research was carried out by conducting in-depth interviews by interviewing research instruments (resources) in order to obtain the required information or data. The information obtained after conducting interviews is presented in the article using qualitative descriptive methods. In terms of service, the service provided at the Simpang Tuntungan clinic is a friendly welcome and listening to every complaint of patients who come for treatment. It has a suggestion box, which aims to enable patients who come for treatment to provide assessments, suggestions and also submit/complaints when seeking treatment here. Does not differentiate between general patients and BPJS patients. The Simpang Tuntungan clinic applies 5 qualities of service at the Simpang Tuntungan clinic: form/appearance (tangible), reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The health services provided by the Tuntungan Clinic are good and have a positive impact, namely patient satisfaction.
