Abstract

Pancasila village is a means of application and internalization of Pancasila values that are currently starting to fade in people's lives. This article aims to formulate strategies and materials to optimize Pancasila villages as a means of ideological resilience. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach, which was conducted in 2 Pancasila villages in Pekanbaru City and Dumai City, Riau Province. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation studies and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model consisting of data collection, data verification and reduction, and drawing conclusions. Data validity testing used data source triangulation techniques. The results of the study found that (1) Pancasila villages have not been running optimally because activities are more directed at infrastructure management but are still not massive in terms of socialization activities of Pancasila values to the community, both formally and informally; (2) the absence of standard materials or curriculum structures for the socialization of Pancasila values carried out by Babinsa so that there are no guidelines for conducting social communication (komsos); (3) Optimizing the role of Pancasila villages can be done through the use of collaboration and digitalization strategies, while in terms of material structure, a comprehensive and codified material structure is required. Pancasila villages as a stronghold of ideological defense have not been running effectively, so a number of future improvement efforts are needed in terms of strategy and material.

Abstract

Implementation of teaching materials based on Riau Malay culture is used to determine the effect on students' creative reading skills. The importance of teaching materials for lecturers to facilitate the delivery of material in lectures. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest design with a sample of 40 PGSD students. The results of the study to measure the effect must follow several stages, namely the normality test produced that the value of 0.002 <0.05 is not normally distributed. Homogeneity test 0.371> 0.05 then the results of the hypothesis are homogeneously distributed. Because of the two tests with different results, the data is not normal and homogeneous so that parametric testing is needed to find the effect of creative reading teaching materials based on Riau Malay culture by conducting the Wilcoxon test. Then the effect test was carried out 0.011 <0.05, it was concluded that the use of creative reading teaching materials based on Riau Malay culture had an effect on students' creative reading skills.

Abstract

The importance of understanding Pancasila education and legal awareness in shaping the character of students in Indonesia. Pancasila education not only aims to teach the country's basic values, but also plays a role in building strong legal awareness among the younger generation. Through an ethnopedagogical approach, this article describes how integrating local culture in the learning process can increase the relevance of teaching materials and facilitate a deeper understanding of the rights and obligations as citizens. This research shows that by linking the principles of Pancasila and law to the local cultural context, students become better able to apply these values ​​in everyday life. In conclusion, the implementation of ethnopedagogy in Pancasila education and legal awareness is very important to create a young generation who not only understands, but also applies these values ​​in practice, thereby contributing positively to society and the nation.

Abstract

Pendidikan Pancasila mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam membentuk karakter dan identitas bangsa Indonesia, terutama bagi kalangan pelajar. Implementasi tentang pentingnya pendidikan Pancasila di sekolah ataupun dikalangan pelajar bertujuan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai luhur Pancasila, seperti nilai keadilan, kejujuran, toleransi dan gotong royong. Melalui pendekatan yang interaktif dan partisipatif, pelajar diajak untuk memahami makna dan relevansi Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan sosialisasi kepada seluruh pelajar atau siswa di kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci, kabupaten Pelalawan. Metode teknik pengumpul data dalam artikel pengabdian ini mengunakan kajian kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan banyak artikel dan temuan artikel penelitian yang berkaitan dengan topik pengabdian ini. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukan bahwa sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan dapat meningkatkan serta menambahkan pemahaman siswa atau pelajar di kecamatan pangkalan kerinci tentang akan pentingnya pendidikan Pancasila dan penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Pelatihan Bahan Ajar Digital bagi guru di Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan peserta dalam memanfaatkan bahan ajar digital. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 47 orang peserta dan dilaksanakan selama 2 hari. Pendekatan yang dilakukan pelatihan dalam membuat bahan terbuka digital berbasis canva. Peserta adalah guru-guru yang tergabung dalam MGMP PPKn SMP Lirik Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu Riau. Melalui angket yang terisi peserta setelah pelatihan, bahwa guru telah memahami dan menambah pengetahuan mereka melalui pelatihan terbukti dengan masing-masing peserta wajib mengumpulkan project (bahan ajar digital) sebagai syarat untuk mendapatkan sertifikat pelatihan. Begitu juga dengan Tingkat kepuasan guru dalam mengikuti pelatihan sebesear 85%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Bullying merupakan permasalahan sosial yang kerap terjadi di persekolahan, tidak hanya secara verbal seperti mengejek dan mencaci. Tetapi sudah sampai kepada tindakan menyakiti fisik seperti memukul bahkan dapat menyebabkan kehilangan nyawa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi kepada peserta didik tentang pengertian, cara pencegahan dan penanganan hingga regulasi hukum mengenai bullying di indonesia. Metode yang dilakukan berupa sosialisasi, tanya jawab dan melalui permainan kartu sadari bullying. Adapun mitra dari pengabdian ini adalah 35 orang peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Atas. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemahaman peserta terhadap kegiatan ini, dilakukan evaluasi berupa pengisian google form, yang didapati hasil bahwa 100% peserta didik memahami bullying dan bertekad untuk tidak melakukan tindakan bullying dimanapun, pada siapapun dan kapanpun.Abstract: Bullying is a social problem that often occurs in schools, not only verbally such as teasing and insulting. But it has reached the point of physical harm, such as hitting, which can even cause loss of life. This service activity aims to provide education to students about understanding, how to prevent and handle it, as well as legal regulations regarding bullying in Indonesia. The methods used include socialization, questions and answers and through card games, awareness of bullying. The partners for this service are 35 class X students at SMAN 3 Dumai. To find out how the participants understood this activity, an evaluation was carried out in the form of filling out a Google form, which found that 100% of the students understood bullying and were determined not to carry out bullying anywhere, on anyone and at any time.

Abstract

Background: This community service program aimed to prevent sexual violence and bullying through assertive communication training for elementary school teachers in Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency. Teachers, as strategic actors in creating a safe school environment, often face limitations in understanding and skills when handling cases of sexual violence and bullying.Aims: To improve teachers' understanding, skills, and attitudes towards sexual violence and bullying in the school environment.Methods: The training, conducted from June to October 2024, was designed to enhance teachers’ understanding, skills, and attitudes by integrating the local Riau Malay culture. The program involved 40 teachers from several schools in the village. The training was carried out in three stages: socialization to provide basic understanding, simulation, and role-play to improve assertive communication skills, and evaluated using pretest and posttest questionnaires.Results: The evaluation results showed significant improvements in all indicators. In preventing sexual violence, the average score for understanding increased from 3.12 to 4.45, assertive communication skills from 1.97 to 4.32, and attitudes toward prevention from 3.23 to 4.47. In preventing bullying, the average understanding score rose from 3.21 to 4.57, communication skills from 2.12 to 4.47, and attitudes from 3.13 to 4.68. These improvements demonstrate the effectiveness of the training in equipping teachers with better assertive communication techniques, strengthening their understanding, and transforming their attitudes to be more proactive and responsible.Conclusion: This program has proven successful in enhancing teachers’ capacity to prevent sexual violence and bullying, making them more prepared and confident in addressing these issues.
