Abstract

Harga minyak mentah dunia memiliki peran penting dalam ekonomi global. Pergerakan harga minyak dunia berfluktuasi dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap pasar modal suatu Negara. Menurut data APBN (Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara) harga minyak mentah dunia pada tahun 2016 sebesar $51,09 per barel sedangkan pada tahun 2017 naik menjadi $60,90 per barel (www.kemenkeu.go.id). Bagi Negara yang melakukan kegiatan ekspor impor secara tidak langsung kenaikan harga minyak akan berimbas mempengaruhi pada sektor ekspor impor tersebut. Dalam suatu negara tidak pernah terlepas dari kegiatan pembayaran uang. Lalu lintas pembayaran uang berarti menyangkut jumlah uang beredar. Peningkatan jumlah uang yang beredar akan mendorong perusahaan untuk dapat melakukan ekspansi. Hal ini dikarenakan, bertambahnya sumber pembiayaan bagi perusahaan yang akhirnya akan berdampak pada meningkatnya kinerja perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Harga Minyak Mentah Dunia & Jumlah Uang Beredar Terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan model SPSS versi 20. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Harga Minyak Mentah Dunia berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia, Jumlah Uang Beredar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan sektor pertambangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify the most dominant factor influencing customers' purchasing decisions regarding the BNI TAPENAS product at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, KCP Puri Kencana Makassar. This research involved a sample of 100 customer respondents selected using the accidental sampling technique. Based on the analysis of 15 factors, five core factors were identified: (1) the savings facility factor, which emerged as the most influential factor; (2) the social status factor, ranked as the second most significant; (3) the bank condition factor, ranked third; (4) the psychological factor, ranked fourth; and (5) the cultural factor, ranked fifth.

Abstract

The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 gave rise to opportunities and challenges for business actors, especially MSMEs, which have made a major contribution to the Indonesian economy. However, the readiness of MSMEs in responding to the dynamics and developments in the business environment is still lacking. The low mastery of technology for MSMEs makes MSMEs very limited in marketing their products. This community service activity was carried out at the Productivity Improvement Center (BPP Kendari) office and was attended by 75 MSME actors from Kendari City. To provide an understanding of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, the opportunities and challenges that arise, and how to respond to existing phenomena. This activity also aims as a medium for exchanging information and experiences for MSMEs in running their business. Business transformation is an important keyword in responding to the changes that occur. Apart from that, increasing knowledge and skills such as people management, collaboration and negotiation skills, creativity, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence are other solutions that must be owned in order to survive and compete in the existing business environment. In the industrial era 4.0, MSMEs must be able to adapt to technology, because only MSMEs that are able to adapt can survive. In addition, MSMEs must be able to improve their quality, must be more productive in order to survive

Abstract

: Through data from Puskas Baznas (2022), measurement results in the Sulawesi Region were found in general, the value of the Zakat Literacy Index in 2020 falls into the literacy level category moderate, namely 65.73 where the value of basic understanding gets a score of 71.30 (literacy level moderate) and the value of advanced understanding of zakat is included in the literacy level category the low is 55.40. It can be concluded that in the Sulawesi Region the level pRespondents' understanding of aspects of basic knowledge falls into the sufficient category baik, but the respondents' understanding of the aspects of zakat management in the institution official zakat is still relatively low. The purpose of this research is to find out whether Zakat literacy affects the intention to give zakat, how does social behavior influence the intention of paying zakar, then to find out the perceived value as a mediating variable affect the intention to tithe. This research is an associative quantitative, with non-technical probability sampling. The object of this research is muzakki with different backgrounds in Makassar which is easy to reach. Respondents were rounded up to 100 people collected through a questionnaire, with an ordinal scale, which is distributed to respondents to determine literacy, social behavior, perceived value and intention of muzakki. Data analysis method used in this study moderation uses SmartPLS by entering all data and tested convergent validity, discriminant validity, and significance test.

Abstract

This study examines entry mode strategies within multinational enterprises (MNEs) through a comprehensive literature analysis, aiming to elucidate the dynamic nature of the global business landscape and its implications for strategic management. Utilizing a blend of quantitative and qualitative methodologies alongside theoretical frameworks such as transaction cost economics and the eclectic paradigm, the research explores factors influencing entry mode selection and execution across diverse international markets. Findings highlight the critical role of strategic agility and adaptability in effectively navigating regulatory environments, cultural nuances, and competitive dynamics. Strategic alliances, partnerships, and collaborative networks emerge as pivotal mechanisms for MNEs to harness external resources, mitigate risks, and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Moreover, digital technologies are increasingly vital in facilitating seamless coordination and customization of entry-mode strategies, empowering MNEs to respond swiftly to evolving market conditions. The study underscores the importance of aligning entry mode strategies with organizational objectives and market dynamics, emphasizing the need for MNEs to balance global integration with local responsiveness. Practical implications include guidance for managerial decision-making, reinforcing the notion that adaptability and strategic alignment are pivotal in sustaining competitive advantage in diverse global markets.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Management Information Systems (MIS) on organizational decision-making efficiency. It aims to explore how MIS enhances decision-making processes by providing real-time data and comprehensive analytics, aligning with organizational goals, and leveraging advanced technologies like AI and cloud computing. The research employs a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data. Surveys were conducted among senior managers and IT professionals across various sectors to gather insights into MIS's practical applications and challenges. Additionally, a review of theoretical frameworks, such as the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Resource-Based View (RBV), was undertaken to contextualize the empirical findings. The findings reveal that MIS significantly enhances decision-making efficiency by providing timely and relevant information. Real-time data capabilities and advanced analytics enable managers to make informed decisions quickly, improving organizational agility and responsiveness. Empirical evidence suggests that organizations with integrated and strategically aligned MIS report higher decision accuracy and speed. However, the effectiveness of MIS is contingent on contextual factors like organizational culture and user proficiency. Integrating AI-driven analytics and cloud computing further amplifies MIS capabilities, though continuous technological updates are necessary to maintain system relevance and effectiveness. The study underscores the critical role of MIS in modern business environments, emphasizing the need for strategic alignment and integration with organizational goals. Organizations should invest in advanced MIS technologies, comprehensive training programs, and robust data governance practices for optimal outcomes. These investments are crucial for leveraging MIS to enhance decision-making efficiency, fostering more agile and competitive organizations.
