Abstract

Abstract In the Qur'an the discussion of the Ahl al-Kitab there are many categories. Some contain a condemnation of the Ahl al-book, some of which contain a good expression to the Ahl al-Kitab. What becomes an allergy is that if a person only emphasizes one aspect of the community but the fact that he or she is even crashing into another. A person who only emphasizes the religious community and does not care about other maslahah such as the benefit of the soul (Hifz an-nafs) and common sense (Hifz al-' Aql) will cause various problems in the midst of society. The results concluded that there were five fundamental benefits in the verses relating to the Ahl al-Kitab. Whether it is religious, mental, resourceful, hereditary, or treasure. Then when traced deeper and comparably, there is a relation between one maslahah and other maslahah, such as the recommendation to do justice to the Ahl al-book which was originally an attempt of the Hifz al-'aql turns positive impact For the benefit of the soul (Hifz al-Nafs) and religious benefits (Hifz ad-Din), this is what is then referred to as Maslahah interconnectivity.

Abstract

In religion, there are universal values that can not be hit by nash-nash that are particular. This means that religious teachings that are more universal must take precedence over laws of a particular nature. In understanding the universal religious teachings the scholars have formulated five basic benefits in religion. These five things include the benefit of religion, soul, reason, offspring, and wealth. As for exploring specific particular evidence, we need to understand the concept of understanding the reason ('illat) of teaching. This requires a search of the books by ushul scholars that discuss many things related to maqashid al-sharia, fiqh rules, and the search process 'illat. This is done so that the texts of the Qur'an and Sunnah are more alive, dynamic, and flexible to answer the times.

Abstract

Some scholars and intellectuals understand Faith and Islam more universally. They see that the value of faith can arise from the adherents of any religion. As long as a person has faith in his Lord and does righteous deeds. In the Qur'an even explained the existence of non-Muslims who believe, it will also be clearer when we look at historical literature and the book of interpretation. With this understanding we will be more mature in understanding differences and will not be easily triggered by conflicts in the name of religion.

Abstract

This report discusses the learning of akhlaqul karimah in the guise of pesantren bahrul ulum, this study is motivated by the importance of understanding akhlaq because the problem is very concerned with the behavior that must be owned by a student (someone who seeks knowledge) but not all students understand about the material. This researcher aims to answer the problem: How is the understanding of ahklaq that must be owned by a santri both men and women students in seeking knowledge. Data is obtained through observation, practice, and interviews. The approach used in this study is the phenomenological approach, and all data is analyzed using descriptive analysis. This study used the PAR method. Participatory Action Research is one of the research models that look for something to connect the research process into the process of social change. The purpose of this research is to increase the knowledge of a student of Pondok Pesantren Bahrul Ulum Kelampisan, Kandangan, Kediri. both sons and daughters against ahklaqul karimah in studying.

Abstract

Syamsuddin Asy-Syumatrani, the leading Sufi Ulama Sheikh who has influenced and developed Islamic intellectuality and spirituality in Aceh in the 16-17th century AD Wahdatul Wujud according to Syamsuddin Asy-Syumatrani is a teaching in philosophical Sufism, which explains that there is only one absolute form, namely Allah, while nature and humans are tajalli or madhar of Allah's nature. To understand this, he coined the concept of Wahdatul Wujud which is called the Dignity of Seven. Wahdatul Wujud is a concept to achieve our closeness to Allah SWT. But according to Syamsuddin asSumatrani Wahdatul Wujud is the Dignity of the Seven which consists of Ahadiyah, Wahdah, Wahidiyah, Spirit Realms, Mitsal Realms, Ajsam Nature and Human Nature. If we can understand the Seven Dignity, then we are united with God, which is what is called Wahdatul Wujud according to Syamsuddin asSumatrani. Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to investigate the relevance of the implementation of the Qur'an within the framework of daily life. The Qur'an, as a divine revelation delivered to the Prophet Muhammad SAW through the angel Gabriel, serves as a foundational source of knowledge in Islam. This study employs a literature review methodology, analyzing diverse reference materials through keywords such as "the Qur'an and guidance for life," "the Qur'an and humanity," and "the wisdom of the Qur'an for human existence." Findings indicate that the comprehension and application of the Qur'an can function as a critical framework for individual life guidance. The Qur'an is characterized by several roles: it provides guidance (Al Huda), differentiation (Al Furqan), healing (As Syifa), and counsel (Al Mau`izah). Its influence extends beyond mere moral direction; it is also regarded as a miraculous text that delineates human attributes and fortifies the beliefs of adherents to Islam and its jurisprudential principles. Furthermore, the Qur'an is a comprehensive source of knowledge, encompassing various domains such as monotheism, legal frameworks, Sufism, Islamic philosophy, Islamic history, and educational paradigms. It represents a cohesive system of guidance and instruction for the Muslim community. Consequently, as practitioners of Islam, there exists an imperative to integrate the teachings of the Qur'an into daily practices. The failure to engage with and apply these teachings may result in spiritual detriment in the context of the afterlife. Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan mengeksplorasi mendalami relevansi implementasi Al-Qur'an dalam konteks kehidupan sehari-hari. Al-Qur'an, sebagai wahyu ilahi yang diturunkan kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW melalui perantaraan malaikat Jibril, merupakan sumber pengetahuan utama dalam Islam. Metodologi penelitian ini berfokus pada kajian literatur, dengan mengeksplorasi berbagai sumber rujukan menggunakan kata kunci seperti 'Al-Qur'an dan petunjuk hidup', 'Al-Qur'an dan Manusia', dan 'Hikmah Al-Qur'an bagi kehidupan manusia'. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman dan pengamalan Al-Qur'an dapat berfungsi sebagai panduan hidup esensial bagi individu. Al-Qur'an berperan sebagai petunjuk (Al Huda), pemisah (Al Furqan), obat-obatan (As Syifa), dan penasehat (Al Mau`izah). Peran Al-Qur'an dalam kehidupan manusia tidak hanya membimbing mereka ke jalan yang lurus, tetapi juga sebagai mukjizat Nabi Muhammad yang menjelaskan sifat-sifat manusia, memperkuat keyakinan orang-orang dalam Islam dan hukum-hukumnya. Al-Qur'an juga berfungsi sebagai sumber ilmu pengetahuan, mencakup berbagai bidang seperti tauhid, hukum, tasawuf, filsafat Islam, sejarah Islam, dan pendidikan Islam. Al-Qur'an adalah kesatuan petunjuk dan panduan bagi kehidupan umat Islam. Oleh karena itu, sebagai umat Islam, kita memiliki kewajiban untuk menerapkan ajaran Al-Qur'an dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Ketidakmampuan umat Muslim untuk mempelajari dan menerapkan ajaran Al-Qur'an dapat mengakibatkan kerugian spiritual dalam kehidupan akhirat.

Abstract

Dalam ranah teori, feminisme mempunyai konsep dan paradigma yang telah melahirkan produk pemikiran dan gagasan perubahan, dimana fokus utamanya adalah untuk memperjuangkan kesetaraan gender. Pendekatan feminisme yang kemudian dijadikan alat dalam memahami ayat-ayat al-Qur’an yang terlanjur ditafsirkan secara patriarki, dimulai dari apa yang oleh para tokoh feminis sebut sebagai “ketidakadilan gender”, dan terlanjur dijustifikasi sebagai pemahaman agama yang otoritatif. Tujuan dari tafsir feminis adalah untuk mengakhiri ketidakseimbangan penafsiran yang cenderung bias gender. Kisah Adam dan Hawa dalam artikel ini akan dibaca ulang menggunakan paradigma feminisme kontemporer yang lebih dominan pada pendekatan hermeneutik dan berbasis keadilan gender. Paradigma feminisme kontemporer memandang bahwa, tidak mungkin ada suatu diskriminasi terhadap perempuan yang dilegitimasi oleh al-Qur’an. Jika itu ada, berarti ada kesalahan dalam memahami pesan moral al-Qur’an. Karena prinsip utama al-Qur’an adalah keadilan dan kesetaraan. Para tokoh feminisme memandang bahwa kisah dikeluarkannya Adam dan Hawa dari surga tidak bisa dipahami bahwa Hawa sebagai salah satu penyebab utamanya, karena penafsiran semacam itu akan memicu produk tafsir yang bias gender dan semakin memperkuat asumsi bahwa perempuan adalah makhluk yang lemah akalnya dan lemah agamanya.

Abstract

The discussion about al-Maidah 51 was widely discussed, especially when a non-Muslim governor candidate emerged a few years ago. In al-Maidah 51 there is a text that prohibits making Jews and Christians helpers. That is what is then understood by some circles as a prohibition on appointing non-Muslim leaders. Farid Esack has the idea of liberation hermeneutics in understanding the Qur'an. The hermeneutics of liberation aims to fight all forms of oppression, including oppression in the form of identity politics. Esack said that an interpreter should understand God's ideas in the Qur'anic text, understand the keys of teachings such as justice, piety, monotheism, understanding of al-mustadh'afun (the weak and oppressed). Esack also explained that the Qur'an is inseparable from the historical context that is the background, even though the Qur'an descended in the context of Makkah and Medina at that time, the Qur'an still has significance with other new contexts. So when one wants to understand al-Maidah 51 in the Indonesian context, one must first understand what is the reason why God forbade Jews and Christians to be helpers at that time. In the book of tafsir, it is explained that the reason for the prohibition is the existence of a negative character that perches in a person and a liver disease in the form of hypocrisy. It is this negative character that causes humans not to be used as helpers. So when al-Maidah 51 is understood in the Indonesian context, it will certainly give birth to different interpretation products. Because negative character and heart disease in the form of hypocrisy can affect people of any religion, including from Islam itself which is the majority group in Indonesia.
