Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 masih melanda hingga saat sekarang dan belum bisa dipastikan kapan akan berakhir. Hal ini memberikan dampak pada semua sektor kehidupan manusia termasuk bidang pendidikan. Sebelumnya Pemerintah sudah menetapkan kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh namun di tahun 2021 bulan Juli pembelajaran tatap muka sudah diperbolehkan bagi sekolah yang sudah memenuhi kriteria untuk melakukan proses pembelajaran secara offline. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran dengan konsep Flipped Classroom di masa endemi covid-19 di Jurusan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer Universitas Negeri Makassar. Saat ini para pendidik juga kian berinovasi untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran ini dengan metode campuran (blended) antara tatap muka dan daring. Model Blended Learning yang cocok untuk lebih mengaktifkan peserta didik dimasa endemi ini dengan pembelajaran secara daring, yaitu penggunaan Blended Learning model flipped classroom. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif atas metode survei yang dibagikan kepada mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi saat ini sangat memberikan dampak besar bagi masyarakat. Sehingga segala aktivitas yang dilakukan masyarakat selalu berhubungan dengan penggunaan teknologi. Salah satunya adalah dompet digital yang berguna untuk melakukan pembayaran, transfer uang, dan aktivitas keuangan lainnya melalui perangkat elektronik. Untuk kalangan remaja yang ingin membuka akun dompet digital harus mempunyai KTP. pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai literasi keuangan kepada siswa/i bahwa ada dompet digital ALADIN yang bisa digunakan oleh kalangan remaja serta manfaat yang diberikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan di SMP Negeri 61 Jakarta dimana sampelnya adalah 70 siswa/i. Hasil yang dicapai adalah masih banyaknya siswa/i yang baru mengetahui peran penting dompet digital ALADIN dalam bertransaksi dan menyimpan uang. Pengabdian ini tidak hanya memberikan wawasan baru tetapi juga mendorong siswa/i untuk mengambil keputusan yang lebih rasional dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi di bidang keuangan. Sebaiknya penerapan dompet digital dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan dan tidak berhenti pada satu kegiatan saja, dan melibatkan peran orang tua dan guru untuk membantu menjadi fasiliator dalam mendampingi siswa/i terkait literasi keuangan. Abstract

Burnout is a growing problem across various industries, particularly among programmers who face high workloads and prolonged stress. In this digital era, the use of technologies such as AI can be a solution to reduce workloads and improve employee well-being. This study aims to identify how the use of AI can reduce burnout levels in programmers. The method used is a cross-sectional research design with data collection through a survey using the Google Form platform, and data analysis using descriptive techniques and the Apriori algorithm to find patterns in the relationship between the duration of AI use, workload, and burnout levels. The results show that the use of AI can help reduce burnout levels by lowering workloads, providing a basis for more effective interventions in the workplace.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital age, technology-based learning has become integral to modern education, offering flexibility and accessibility while introducing challenges in student engagement and motivation. This study explores the relationship between basic psychological needs: autonomy, competence, and relatedness. Outlined in Self-Determination Theory (SDT) and self-regulated learning in digital environments. Utilizing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data was collected from 737 students to examine how these needs impact self-regulation in digital learning. The findings reveal that fulfilling these psychological needs significantly enhances students' self-regulation, leading to improved learning outcomes. Autonomy, particularly when supported by digital tools, and competence, bolstered by immediate feedback and digital literacy, are crucial for fostering effective self-regulation. Relatedness, although less influential, remains important in maintaining motivation through social connections in online learning. The study contributes to the growing body of literature on SDT by highlighting the importance of creating digital learning environments that cater to students' psychological needs, thereby enhancing motivation and academic success.

Abstract

This study aims to design an IoT-based social assistance rice distribution system using e-KTP which can provide convenience in distributing rice to beneficiaries, practical and automatic social assistance only by bringing the e-KTP that has been registered without having to queue any longer. The results of the study show that the social assistance rice distribution system makes it easy for related village officials to distribute social assistance rice efficiently and effectively. The result of testing this system is that on each e-KTP there is a unique code that is different for each card which will be processed by the microcontroller and the data will be compared with the data registered in the database, with that if the user is registered the LCD will display a successful registered notification, but only Only e-KTPs that have been registered can collect this social assistance rice. Furthermore, there is a pin access on this tool as a second security which allows the recipient to be sick and can be represented by accessing it through the pin that has been inputted into the database.
