Abstract

Angka kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia cukup tinggi, tercatat sepanjang tahun 2023 data Kemnaker menunjukan angka 370.747 kasus. Sejumlah kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi pada proyek konstruksi sepanjang tahun 2023 menjadi potret kurangnya perhatian dalam pelaksanaan sistem manajeman keselamatan kerja dibidang konstruksi. Keselamatan kerja merupakan suatu cara untuk melindungi tenaga kerja dari luka yang disebabkan oleh kecelakaan yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan. Resiko keselamatan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan yang menyebabkan kebakaran, patah tulang, kesleo, serta kerugian alat tubuh seperti penglihatan dan pendengaran. Sedangkan kesehatan kerja adalah situasi dimana bebas dari gangguan fisik atau rasa sakit yang disebabkan oleh lingkungan kerja. Resiko kesehatan merupakan fakta- fakta dalam lingkungan kerja yang bekerja melebihi waktu yang ditentukan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mengedukasi para pekerja proyek tentang pentingnya tanggap daruat banjir.Metode pengabdian dengan cara memberikan paparan informasi tentang sistem tanggap daruat, serta sharing diskusi antara tim K3 dan pekerja, persiapan alat simulasi tanggap daruat banjir yang akan digunakan sebagai media pelengkap kebutuhan praktek lapangan. Pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan di Proyek Bendungan Jlantah Kabupaten Karanganyar Provinsi Jawa Tengah, sasaran warga sekitar Bendungan Jlantah yang merupakan pekerja proyek. Program Tanggap Darurat Banjir di Bendungan Jlantah berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman pekerja tentang Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) serta memperkuat koordinasi antar tim. Meskipun ada tantangan, program ini menunjukkan peningkatan kesiapsiagaan dan efektivitas tanggap darurat di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah di Desa Bakipandeyan masih kurang begitu intensif karena, paradigma masyarakat hanya berfikir biasa tanpa adanya kemampuan untuk memperhatikan pengelolaan sampah secara optimal, sistem yang dilakukan masyarakat adalah dengan mengumpulkan dan memsnbuang sampah begitu saja tanpa memperhatikan nilai manfaat yang bisa digunakan dari sampah tersebut sehingga diperlukan upaya yang dapat menangani sampah dengan memberikan edukasi, percontohan, dan aplikasi dengan tujuan agar warga dapat meningkatkan wawasan betapa pentingnya mengurangi jumlah sampah dan efek yang ditimbulkan, pemberian percontohan dengan memberikan gambaran terhadap aktifitas pengelolaan sampah yang benar dan berkala. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 21 Setember 2022 di Desa Bakipandyan, Kecamatan Baki, Kabupaten Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah. Pemberian edukasi kepada masyarakat desa menjadi langkah awal untuk menjalankan program bank sampah, hal ini dilakukan agar masyarakat sadar dan tergerak untuk melaksanakan program tebon resik guna membantu pemerintah setempat dalam menanggulangi sampah yang tak termanfaatkan. Evaluasi jalannya program bank sampah di Desa Bakipandeyan berjalan begitu baik, masyarakat kususnya ibu-ibu merupakan pelopor pemilah sampah dan menjadi produsen sampah untuk dikumpulkan di bank sampah terdekat.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan terbesar di dunia yang terdiri dari 17.504 pulau. Dari jumlah tersebut, 2.342 pulau di antaranya berpenghuni. Sementara, data Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (2013) menyebut sebanyak 6.000 pulau berpenghuni. Berdasarkan Keputusan Presiden No 26 Tahun 2011, hampir semua pulau kecil di Indonesia merupakan non-cekungan air tanah (non-CAT). Ini berarti, pulau-pulau kecil di Indonesia tidak memiliki aliran air bawah tanah. Dengan karakteristik demikian, pemerintah Indonesia justru belum memiliki konsep pengelolaan SDA pada pulau-pulau kecil non-CAT. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep pengelolaan air di Pulau Kisar, termasuk langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air secara berkelanjutan sesuai dengan tata ruang pulau. Metode perumusan strategi pengelolaan sumber daya air Pulau Kisar dilakukan dengan analisis data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari survei di lokasi penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Ketersediaan air di pulau Kisar lebih dominan berdasarkan daerah tangkapan air untuk air permukaan yang luasnya lebih kecil dari luas pulau, Perlu dibedakan perhitungan ketersediaan air di daerah CAT dan Non-CA, Penataan ruang dan pengelolaan sumber daya air perlu dilakukan, Perlu konsep pengelolaan SDA pulau Kisar Non-CAT yang spesifik yang berbeda dengan pengelolaan sumber daya air di ruang darat.

Abstract

In the current era of technological development, the need for concrete has increased quite significantly in infrastructure development, because concrete itself is the main component of a structure. Exploitation in extracting materials from nature has resulted in a reduction in green land and problems regarding people's awareness of the waste found around them. So there is a need for ideas or innovations to reduce or even end this problem. The use of alternative aggregates can reduce natural damage caused by taking and dredging natural stone. In addition, the use of alternative aggregates can reduce construction costs. The aim of this research is to use Granite Marble Waste as a substitute for Coarse Aggregate and Shell and Egg Shell Waste as a cement substitute in Environmentally Friendly Concrete Innovations. In this research the author used an experimental method. The results of concrete compressive strength testing for normal concrete, the average compressive strength for an estimated age of 28 days is 366.11 kg/cm2, while for Innovation Concrete the average compressive strength at an estimated age of 28 days is 376.54 kg/cm2. The budget plan for conventional concrete is more expensive than innovative concrete. Conventional concrete costs Rp. 2,783,600 while innovation concrete costs Rp. 2,391,500, so it can be concluded that innovative concrete is more economical than conventional concrete with a difference of Rp. 392,100, which means that environmentally friendly innovative concrete is 14.09% cheaper and more economical than conventional concrete.

Abstract

Construction activities in road infrastructure development are never separated from earthworks which often become obstacles due to differences in land contours due to excavation and embankment work which is closely related to geotechnical engineering. Embankment and excavation are very interesting things to study because they are closely related to slope safety factors and require special handling. In this research, we examine the use of geotextiles by comparing the handling using safes on embankment stability using PLAXIS Version 8.2 software. The results of embankment stability analysis with safes, settlement at 1 year consolidation was 5.6 cm and settlement at 10 years consolidation was 5.7 cm. in accordance with applicable criteria. The results of the analysis using 2 layers of geotextile showed that the settlement at 1 year consolidation was 4 cm and at 10 years consolidation was 4.1 cm, which is in accordance with the applicable criteria.. Meanwhile, the results of the slope safety factor using bract treatment at 1 year consolidation were 1.475 and the safety factor for 10 year consolidation was 1.478, not in accordance with the design criteria of 1.5. The results of the safety factor using 2-layer geotextile treatment at 1 year consolidation was 1.853 and the safety factor for 10 year consolidation was 1.855, which is in accordance with the design criteria of 1.5.

Abstract

In the Cibitung - Cilincing Ramp 3-1 Toll Road development project, where the road alignment is an embankment construction with subgrade conditions that have dominant soil layers with sand and limited land. Then the implementation of subgrade improvement is carried out by comparing 2 methods, namely the first Replace 1.5 m (50 cm Limestone + Geomembrane + 50 cm Granular backfill + Geotextile Non Woven) + Sheet Pile with a length of 15 meters + Retaining Wall and the second Replace 1.5 m (50 cm Limestone + Geomembrane + 50 cm Granular backfill + Geotextile Non Woven) + Retaining Wall with Bore Pile D60 Int. 2 meters + Retaining Wall.The analysis of the two treatments used Plaxis with the results for the 1 year and 10 year consolidation of the two treatments meeting the requirements. The safety factor for the embankment slopes also meets the requirements. The results of the Horizontal Displacement in the first treatment are still very large, namely 6.73 cm, not in accordance with the AASTHO criteria of 3.8 cm and it can be seen from the profile bending moment on the Sheet Pile that the Sheet Pile is not pinched so that for this case the handling suitable is to use the second treatment, namely Replace 1.5 m (50 cm Limestone + Geomembrane + 50 cm Granular backfill + Geotextile Non Woven) + Retaining Wall with Bore Pile D60 Int. 2 meters + Retaining Walls

Abstract

In the construction sector, the tender process in the procurement of goods and services is carried out to select and appoint companies that will perform the required work. Companies that feel capable may participate in tender offers, and the selected company will carry out the work in accordance with the agreed contract. The procurement of goods and services, also known as tendering, is a government procedure aimed at awarding projects to entrepreneurs. Government procurement is conducted through an e-procurement or electronic tender process, in accordance with Presidential Regulation No. 04 of 2015. This process is intended to minimize direct meetings between the organizing committee and service providers, thereby promoting fair competition. The electronic tender process includes steps such as the announcement of the tender, downloading of selection and qualification documents, clarification of tender documents, submission of bid documents (price, administrative, and technical), submission of qualification documents, evaluation of bids, evaluation of qualification documents and verification of qualifications, delivery of the minutes of tender results, determination of the winner, announcement of the winner, objection period for the tender result, and signing of the contract. This paper uses a literature review method by analyzing several articles, journals, books, and official circulars relevant to the author's objective, which is to understand the procurement process for goods and services in construction consultancy. From the results of the literature review, it is found that there are many steps required to achieve optimal outcomes in the tender process for goods and service providers. Due to various regulatory changes, it is important for providers to study applicable rules, such as the latest Presidential Regulation No. 1 of 2025 regarding budget efficiency in construction. Providers are thus required to prepare pricing that matches the project specifications being tendered, while also staying within existing efficiency limits. This paper is expected to assist small or newly established companies in participating in fair and healthy competition. It is important to consider the company’s capacity to participate in tenders, as well as compliance with current regulations, including proper calculation of the Domestic Component Level (TKDN).

Abstract

Dams have an important role in controlling floods and providing water supply for infrastructure and community needs. The construction of the Pidekso Dam, as part of government efforts, requires research to determine earthquake parameters to ensure the safety of its structure. Pidekso Dam, located in the downstream Bengawan Solo river, is prone to earthquakes because it is adjacent to areas where earthquakes often occur. This study aims to determine the parameters of the earthquake coefficient Operating Basis Earthquakeee (OBE) and MaximumaDesignaEarthquakee (MDE) based on the 2017 earthquake map of Indonesia. Analysis was conducted to assess the risk of dam collapse due to earthquakes. Based on the dam risk class criteria, Pidekso Dam has a high risk class with a total weight of 30. For OBE earthquake analysis, the earthquake coefficient used ranges from 0.1 to 0.15 g, with a probability of being exceeded by 2% in 100 years. As for MDE earthquakes, the earthquake coefficient ranges from 0.5 to 0.6 g, with a repeat period T = 5000 years.
