Abstract

Kebijakan moneter syariah telah menjadi fokus perhatian dalam kajian ekonomi global, terutama dalam konteks upaya menjaga stabilitas mata uang. Dengan prinsip-prinsip yang berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai Islam, kebijakan moneter syariah menekankan larangan riba, transparansi, keadilan, dan keseimbangan ekonomi. Melalui larangan riba, kebijakan moneter syariah mempengaruhi suku bunga, kredit, dan inflasi, yang pada gilirannya berdampak pada nilai tukar mata uang. Transparansi dalam kebijakan moneter syariah juga meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sistem keuangan dan mata uang, sementara keadilan dalam distribusi kekayaan dapat menciptakan stabilitas sosial ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Prinsip-prinsip keseimbangan ekonomi dalam kebijakan moneter syariah juga memainkan peran penting dalam memengaruhi stabilitas mata uang dengan menjaga keseimbangan antara penawaran dan permintaan uang. Hasilnya, kebijakan moneter syariah mempromosikan stabilitas jangka panjang dalam sistem keuangan dan mata uang, yang pada gilirannya berkontribusi pada keberlanjutan ekonomi dan stabilitas nilai tukar mata uang dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

Bebek Sinjay restaurant is one of the MSMEs that is already familiar in Indonesia, especially Madura. To find out consumer attitudes towards halal certification at Bebek Sinjay Restaurant, a study regarding consumer attitude analysis is needed. The purpose of this research is to analyze consumer attitudes towards halal certification at the Bebek Sinjay restaurant. This research focused on consumers at BebekSinjay Restaurant who were selected purposively. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach with the data analysis method used in this research being Multi and to find out how important flexibility is in this company, considering that many businesses/companies do not yet have a business license. Company register is a list of official records maintained in accordance with or based on the provisions of this law and/or its implementing regulations, and contains matters that must be registered by every company and approved by an authorized official from the company registration office.

Abstract

The. transformation of Islamic e.conomic politics in Indone.sia, e.spe.cially in the. Ne.w Orde.r e.ra, is an inte.re.sting phe.nome.non to study. With the. large.st Muslim population in the. world, Indone.sia has significant pote.ntial in de.ve.loping Islamic e.conomics as an inte.gral part of the. national financial and e.conomic syste.m. In this study, the. author use.s a qualitative. de.scriptive. writing me.thod and use.s a lite.rature. study. The. re.sults of this study and the. conclusions of this study are. that the. transformation of Islamic e.conomic politics in Indone.sia has shown positive. de.ve.lopme.nts. Although in its re.alization and proce.ss the.re. are. still many obstacle.s. Support from the. Gove.rnme.nt is ne.e.de.d through re.gulations as we.ll as be.ing a pione.e.r for national community move.me.nts and political support from the. community with the. aware.ne.ss of using halal products and carrying out e.conomic activitie.s that use. sharia principle.s so that it is hope.d that the. Islamic e.conomy in Indone.sia will continue. to de.ve.lop in the. future..
