Abstract

Uang digunakan untuk keamanan dan bertransaksi dalam perekonomian Islam karena perannya dalam perekonomian. Karena uang bukanlah komoditas yang memiliki harga, tidak dapat diperjualbelikan. Sebagai barang publik, uang harus digunakan untuk sektor riil atau sektor riil yang produktif. Jumlah uang akan berkurang karena aset menganggur yang dikenakan pajak. Salah satu perbedaan utama antara kebijakan moneter Islam dan uang konvensional adalah bahwa kebijakan tersebut melarang instrumen suku bunga, yang jelas dinyatakan haram dalam Al-Quran. Tujuan pelarangan riba adalah untuk menciptakan hubungan kerja yang adil antara pemilik modal dan pengusaha. Secara keseluruhan, alat kebijakan moneter konvensional yang dianggap oleh para ekonom Islam seperti GWM menggunakan prinsip transaksi Islam. Beberapa di antaranya adalah Wadiah, Musyarakah, Mudaraba, Rahn, dan Ijarah

Abstract

Modern activities have become important for human life, where the production process has become more efficient and effective through modern machinery and organized work systems. PT. Adiluhung Saranasegara Indonesia, located in Ujungpiring Village, Bangkalan, East Java, in Indonesia. However, shipyard activities have environmental impacts that need to be addressed. Factors such as pollution, waste management, and environmental degradation can affect the environment. Strategic management at PT. Adiluhung involves environmental education, strategy development, implementation, and evaluation to manage resources and external resources. A comprehensive environmental study, HAZOP, identified potential greenhouse gas emissions and environmental impacts in shipyard operations. Collaboration between government, industry and local communities is essential to reduce environmental degradation and encourage sustainable practices.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh inflasi dan pergerakan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap harga saham perbankan di Indonesia secara kuantitatif menggunakan data runtut waktu bulanan yang bersumber dari Bursa Efek Indonesia, Badan Pusat Statistik, dan Bank Indonesia. Analisis dilakukan dengan model regresi linier berganda yang didukung oleh pengujian asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi untuk menilai kekuatan hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi dan fluktuasi nilai tukar rupiah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham sektor perbankan. Kenaikan inflasi dan pelemahan nilai tukar cenderung menekan kinerja perusahaan perbankan dan menurunkan minat investor di pasar modal. Secara keseluruhan, kedua variabel makroekonomi tersebut memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan arah pergerakan harga saham bank. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa stabilitas ekonomi makro merupakan fondasi utama bagi ketahanan kinerja saham perbankan di Indonesia dalam menjaga kepercayaan investor, keberlanjutan investasi, dan stabilitas pasar modal nasional jangka panjang serta mendukung kebijakan moneter dan fiskal berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The growth of the processed food industry in Indonesia shows a significant upward trend, in line with the high consumption of imported products such as marshmallows, which are popular with the public, especially among children and adolescents. However, basic marshmallow ingredients, such as gelatin, are often derived from animal sources whose halal status is unclear, raising concerns among Muslim consumers. Therefore, the implementation of halal certification is a crucial instrument in ensuring the safety and halal status of food products while simultaneously protecting consumer rights. This study aims to analyze the application of halal certification to processed marshmallow products and assess its effectiveness in protecting Muslim consumers. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method to understand in-depth the implementation of halal certification in processed food products, particularly marshmallow products, in the context of consumer protection. This approach was chosen because the research focuses on analyzing theories, concepts, regulations, and previous research results relevant to the topic under study. The results show that the implementation of halal certification in marshmallow products is not optimal due to limited raw material transparency and low awareness of the importance of halal certification among small producers. However, for certified producers, halal certification can increase consumer trust and strengthen the product's position in the market. Thus, halal certification plays an important role as a consumer protection instrument that needs to be strengthened through ongoing socialization and supervision.

Abstract

The development of e-commerce in Indonesia encourages industry players to create innovative strategies to attract and retain consumers. One strategy that is widely used is gamification, namely the application of game elements such as vouchers, coins, and badges in e-commerce applications. This study aims to explore the extent to which Gamification products and coin rewards in the marketplace influence consumer purchasing decisions in Indonesia. This type of research is library research using qualitative descriptive analysis, namely by searching for data. The data in this study are secondary data, namely data from books, internet media, documents and journals and previous research that examines the appeal of gamification in E-commerce, the role of coin vouchers and badges on Indonesian consumer behavior. The results of the study indicate that gamification and coin rewards in the marketplace have a significant and positive influence on consumer behavior.
