Abstract

Media sosial telah mengubah cara penggunanya berkomunikasi, berinteraksi, danberpartisipasi dalam kehidupan sosial dan budaya. Media sosial juga digunakanuntuk berbisnis bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Pemanfaatan media sosial jugadigunakan pebisnis dan perusahaan sebagai komunikasi pemasaran yang ditujukankepada target sasarannya. Penerapan UU ITE sangat perlu ditegakkan agarpengguna media sosial tidak melakukan kesalahan yang dapat melanggarperaturan yang berlaku di Indonesia pada media sosial yang mereka miliki. BrandAlfeteema memanfaatkan memanfaatkan media sosialnya sebagai komunikasipemasaran dalam memasarkan produknya hingga ke Malaysia dan BruneiDarussalam mengikuti aturan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian iniuntuk mengetahui pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai komunikasi pemasaranbrand Alfateema dalam perspektif UU ITE. Metode penelitian yang digunakandeksriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara, dandokumen. Brand Alfateema menggunakan media sosialnya untuk kegiatankomunikasi pemasaran seperti iklan, penjualan pribadi, promosi penjualan, publicrelations dan pemasaran langsung. Abstract

Pelatihan Penggunaan Financial Technologies untuk Penguatan Strategi Bisnis pada Pelaku UMKM di Kota Batam bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam memanfaatkan teknologi keuangan (fintech) untuk memperkuat strategi bisnis mereka. Pelatihan ini membahas berbagai topik terkait fintech, seperti pembayaran digital, peminjaman modal, dan pengelolaan keuangan. Diharapkan melalui pelatihan ini, pelaku UMKM di Kota Batam dapat memahami manfaat fintech bagi bisnis mereka, Memilih dan menggunakan platform fintech yang tepat, Meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasi bisnis mereka, Memperluas jangkauan pasar mereka dan Meningkatkan profitabilitas bisnis mereka.

Abstract

Competition in the automotive world causes business people to look for ways to satisfy consumers. One way that can be done by business people is to choose the best supplier, who can meet consumer needs so that consumers feel satisfied. UKM YY is one of the businesses engaged in the automotive sector. Some problems in this UKM are related to the products offered by suppliers, namely: bad quality, late delivery, and irresponsibility for product, both in terms of quantity and quality. Some of these things cause business people to be reluctant to use the product again so that suppliers lose customers. This study aims to get best supplier, to fullfill consumer needs by using the AHP method. The criteria that most wanted of the business are quality and responsibility of the supplier. The supplier that choosen is Triwarna Color Center.

Abstract

Waste is a serious problem that is often encountered in today's society. This community service activity was carried out in Tembesi Village, Batam Regency. The knowledge and practices of waste management in the Tembesi Village community are still limited. Inadequate supporting facilities also worsen this situation. Therefore, it is important to increase public awareness so that they don't just throw away rubbish, but also educate them on how to sort waste. Based on these problems, this community service activity aims to provide a solution through education on the importance of maintaining cleanliness, sorting and separating organic and inorganic waste and utilizing waste that has been processed in such a way that it has economic value. The actual form of this activity is to support the provision of separate waste bin facilities. The method used in carrying out this service activity is education. Through this service activity, the community becomes aware of the importance of maintaining cleanliness, understands better how to sort waste independently and better understands the benefits. Apart from that, Tembesi residents can also feel the benefits of processing waste using the 3R method, namely Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

Abstract

The focus of this community service initiative is to provide an understanding to the community about the implementation of the 3R system (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) as an effective waste management approach in Batam City. The background of this activity is the increase in the volume of household waste and the decreasing public knowledge about sustainable waste management. The application of the method uses a persuasive strategy to increase public awareness of the importance of protecting the environment and converting waste into economic value. To achieve this goal, materials about waste, information about the dangers of waste, and the application of the 3R method in household waste management are provided. The community service team also distributed books on how to maintain a clean and healthy environment and manage waste. The results of the activity showed an increase in public understanding of the 3R method and high enthusiasm for improving waste management in the future. This activity not only aims to provide knowledge about processing waste into something valuable, but also encourages the growth of entrepreneurial ideas related to waste management in Batam City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality control of tempeh chips products in Batam using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) approaches. Tempeh chips are processed food products that have significant economic value for MSMEs in Batam, but often face various challenges related to quality control. The research method used is a combined qualitative and quantitative approach with a sample of 3 MSMEs producing tempeh chips in Batam. The results of the study identified several major quality problems in the tempeh chips production process, including non-uniform thickness, damaged packaging, soft texture, imperfect packaging seals, and weight contents that do not match the label. Through the application of FMEA, this study calculates the Risk Priority Number (RPN) for each failure mode, identifying five critical problems with the highest RPN values. Furthermore, using RCA and 5-Why analysis so that the root cause of each problem can be identified based on human, machine, method, material, and environmental factors. Based on the results of the analysis, this study recommends a series of comprehensive quality control recommendations, including the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality monitoring systems, employee training programs, and the implementation of quality control checkpoints. This research provides a significant contribution to the development of the tempeh chips industry in Batam and can be a reference for similar research in other areas.
