Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis Perencanaan pendidikan yang ada di MTS Al-Wardah tembung dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sehingga madrasah ini dapat mengikuti perkembangan pendidikan saat ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MTS Al-Wardah telah menerapkan pendekatan perencanaan pendidikan yang baik dengan mengadopsi kurikulum merdeka, meskipun baru diterapkan pada kelas VII. Para guru aktif mengikuti pelatihan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan menguasai teknologi pendidikan. Namun, tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya perekonomian siswa yang menghambat pembayaran administrasi sekolah dan pelaksanaan ujian berbasis online karena sebagian siswa tidak memiliki handphone android.

Abstract

  This study aims to analyze the effect of library design and service quality on student interest in visiting the MAN 1 Medan library. The method used is qualitative research method used to create a comprehensive and complex picture of library services and library design at MAN 1 MEDAN. The results showed that attractive library design has a significant positive influence on student visitation interest. Modern and ergonomic design, the use of bright colors, and layouts that facilitate accessibility are important factors that increase student comfort while in the library. Meanwhile, high service quality also has a significant effect on visitation interest. Friendly service, fast lending process, and the availability of competent staff are key in increasing user satisfaction.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of teaching staff in improving the effectiveness of educational institutions in MIN 1 Medan. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data obtained through interviews with respondents at MIN 1 Medan. The focus of the research is on the management of teaching staff in an effort to improve the effectiveness of educational institutions. The results show that teaching staff have a crucial role in creating an effective learning environment through improving pedagogical competence, innovation in teaching methods, managing a conducive learning environment, and personal approach to students. This study highlights the important role of educators in achieving educational goals and offers strategies to overcome the challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze how the importance of inclusive education towards innovative in facing the substance and alpha generations in the 5.0 era. the research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results showed that MTS Al Wardah tembung provided an in-depth understanding of the principal's view of effective strategies in z and alpha generation education. Educational leaders need to consider the needs of generation z and alpha in developing holistic strategies for a bright future in the 5.0 era. Educational leaders also need to understand the unique needs of these generations such as collaborative learning the use of technology, and active engagement in the educational process. Responsive and innovative strategies and creating inspiring and inclusive learning environments are key in supporting the electric growth of generation z and Alpha.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and describe the role of the principal in improving education quality management at SMA 4 PAB Sampali. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research using observation techniques and also interviews with the principal of the research location. The results obtained explain that the school principal has not been able to carry out his role as a school principal well. The efforts made include planning, implementation and evaluation and various important roles in terms of leadership, as well as good management of teachers, students, infrastructure and other school supporters. Apart from that, the principal is also responsible for personal management, understanding the school as an organizational system, and building human resources through personal management. This research emphasizes the important role of school principals in improving the quality of education through various aspects of leadership and management.
