Abstract

Mr. Qodir's Cianjur Porridge UMKM is located on Jl.KH.M.Mukhtar No. 68 Kedung Waringin , Bojong Gede, Bogor Regency is a culinary business that sells culinary products in the form of Cianjur chicken porridge. In running his business, he has been relying on conventional sales where buyers come directly to the place of sale. Even though in the current digital era, E-commerce has been widely used for businesses in increasing sales. The result of this community service socialization is expected to increase the sales of Mr. Qodir's Cianjur Chicken Porridge through the implementation of the Grabfood application so that it can reach a wider range of customers and can optimize the ordering and delivery process. The use of the Grabfood application can be an effective alternative in increasing business competitiveness in today's digital era.

Abstract

Training in a does not only aim to deliver messages or training material, but also to make employees understand the training material and can apply it to the environment in which they work. In this study the authors observed that communication between instructors and training participants was not optimal. This can be seen from the assessment of the pre-test and post-test that has results that do not meet the standards set. The method used in this service is qualitative descriptive. To get complete information in accordance with the focus of the research, the data collection technique is used by means of interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of this study the communication strategy used by instructors to BIQ training participants is by determining the target of the training participants, composing messages, determining methods using the media.

Abstract

This service presents the Agricultural Product Video Making Process as institutional and public internal socialization media in Indonesian Agricultural Technology Research and Development (BBP2TP) and applies qualitative method to provides the references and systematical or accurate occurrences from many sources using various data gathering techniques. Socializing media represents communication activities in delivering product surplus of either commodities or services and this media is quite substantial in order to persuade the commodities and services. BBP2TP has been socializing products research by media, such as flyer, leaflet, brochure, x-banner and video. Indonesian Agricultural Technology Research and Development (BBP2TP) is technical implementer unit (UPT) in study and development agricultural technology under the surveillance of Agricultural Research and Development Division Chairman and the socializing media certainly provides information and visualization of products’ study result. Obvious information can improve and effect people enthusiasm to use products’ study result. The expectation of using the designed and implemented is to be more effective and efficient than using conventional brochure, journal and institution website.
