Abstract

Human resources are one of the important assets and have a direct impact on the organization or agency. An institution must be supported by competent human resources because human resources are very important in carrying out business or activities in the institution. One of the ways that can be done in employee performance improvement efforts is by providing training. The process of education underwent a rapid change by utilizing digital technology, where the technology is used to facilitate the access and for the benefit of service improvement as well as for the quality of education. The problems faced by the employees are not yet creative applications to attract students to the spirit to learn. To overcome the problems faced by the partners, training will be conducted on the application of Kahoot. The game design in a multiplayer kahoot allows children to collaborate while competing through interactive, creative games. In the training will be delivered strategies that must be done in order for students to be interested in learning and encouragement. The implementation of this activity is conducted in three phases, namely: preparation stage, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation of community service was completed with Gama UI's Bimbel. Employee enthusiasm in following this activity deserves to be appreciated. The activities of community dedication are necessary and directly felt by the benefits of Gama UI Bimbel.

Abstract

The layout of the factory is the main foundation in the industrial world, in this study there are problems in the production process of doll houses where most of the workers are persons with disabilities. At the production station, there is a long distance between the material work station, which results in an increase in transfer costs and the amount of production output produced. The method used in this study is a flow diagram and map of the operation process. This method is used to determine the flow of the production process from the beginning of the raw material to the process of checking the finished product. This study uses ARC to be able to find out the relationship of each work station and find out the reasons for each work station. The flow of the production process of doll houses in the company still needs to be improved. Because between a work station and other work stations it is not regular according to the flow of the production process. Based on the results of research on dollhouse production it was found that the amount of transportation between each work station and warehouse resulted in wasteful production time. It was concluded that there is a critical path, namely the path of the Raw warehouse to the cuttting machine. There is a flow that is too long/far, namely cutting machine to Pattern, pattern path to Jigsaw 1, and the Jigsaw path to Forging.

Abstract

Sepeda motor di kenal di Indonesia sejak tahun 1893, bagi masyarakat sepeda motor masih menjadi alat transportasi yang murah dan mudah baik di perkotaan maupun pedesaan. Angka jutaan dari populasi kendaraan sepeda motor membutuhkan perawatan atau servis rutin agar motor tetap prima. Semakin banyak pengguna sepeda motor di Indonesia, semakin banyak pula bengkel-bengkel non resmi yang bermunculan, bagi penyedia jasa, untuk dapat bersaing dengan penyedia jasa yang lain harus selalu menjaga kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Analisis dimensi kualitas pelayanan jasa terhadap kepuasan konsumen sangat diperlukan bagi perusahaan untuk memberi pelayanan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan bengkel motor “ABC”, apakah sudah sesuai dengan yang diinginkan pelanggan. Pengukuran kualitas pelayanan menggunakan konsep SERVQUAL untuk mengetahui apakaha ada gap antara pelayanan yang tersdia dengan harapan yang konsumen. Kemudian menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mencari prioritas perbaikan. Dari perhitungan servqual didapatkan hasil bahwa pelayanan bengkel “ABC” tidak berkualitas dan dari IPA diperoleh sebanyak 9 atribut yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan. Kata kunci: Servqual, IPA dan Kualitas Pelayanan

Abstract

Kemampuan interaktif dimiliki oleh jejaring sosial seperti Instagram dan jejaring sosial lain, ini lah yang membuat media online lebih unggul lagi dibanding media tradisional yang hanya bersifat satu arah dalam menyampaikan pesan komunikasinya. Sedangkan media jejaring sosial seperti instagram mampu memberikan feedback secara langsung sehingga tercipta komunikasi antar pribadi. Instagram begitu cepat beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi yang populer ini merupakan nilai tambah bagi Instagram yang lengkap dengan fitur auto reply atau balasan cepat. Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi manajemen bengkel AHASS Zamrud Motor Cimanggis adalah kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai strategi promosi produk yang mereka hasilkan dengan menggunakan media sosial bebasis internet dan kurangnya keinginan manajemen bengkel untuk mengembangkan potensi yang mereka miliki mengenai media sosial berbasis online. Pelaksanaan Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu: tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilakuakn bersama manajemen bengkel AHASS.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the order of society, it is recommended that they are even forced to stay at home, go to school, work and even worship at home. Almost all countries urge their citizens not to move outside the home if there is no urgent need. Informal workers because around 61 percent of the global workforce are particularly vulnerable during the pandemic, have to face higher OSH risks, and lack adequate protection. Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is a thought and effort to ensure the integrity and perfection of both the physical and spiritual workforce, in particular, the implementation of Community Service (PKM) in the Covid-19 pandemic to employees of PT. Astamukti Airtech Nusatama. The results of the socialization and education of K3 employees better understand and realize the importance of the OHS system and the implementation of the Covid-19 pandemic health protocol in the workplace, the importance of management support that continuously provides understanding through discussion and training so that they are aware, understand and be able to consistently apply K3 and health protocols continuously in the corporate environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang overall equipment effectiveness pada mesin printing amplas kertas PT UAI. OEE adalah ukuran tingkat efektivitas pemakaian suatu mesin/peralatan dengan menghitung ketersediaan mesin, performansi dan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April 2019, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persentase OEE dari mesin printing Amplas kertas adalah 80%. Nilai tersebut berada di bawah nilai standar OEE dunia yaitu 85%. Dengan masing-masing nilai komponen perhitungan OEE adalah Availability Rete sebesar 99,6%, Performance Rate sebesar 85,7%, dan Quality Rate sebesar 94,5%. sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan sistem yang dapat meningkatkan faktor-faktor nilai OEE.

Abstract

Pada dunia industri, perusahaan harus memiliki strategi yang efektif dalam menjalankan perusahaannya, seperti perencanaan aktivitas produksi yang efisien sehingga menghasilkan produk yang sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Manusia adalah salah satu faktor terpenting bagi suatu perusahaan. Pada PT AEROFOOD ACS terutama di bagian produksi pekerja dituntut berdiri dan menunduk untuk menyusun makanan dari konveyor yang akan dimasukkan ke dalam trolley. Hal ini dilakukan secara berulang-ulang. Semakin sering gerakan-gerakan itu terjadi, maka akan memberikan tekanan pada syaraf, pembuluh darah, dan otot pada seluruh bagian tubuh yang dapat menimbulkan gangguan pada tubuh. Berdasarkan hal tersebut didapatkan masalah diantaranya adanya keluhan pekerja yang dialami oleh operator produksi, belum diketahui faktor beban kerja fisiologis dan psikologis yang dialami operator produksi, Belum diketahui resiko posisi kerja yang dialami oleh para operator produksi, dan Tidak adanya alat kerja bantu yang akan gunakan oleh operator produksi pada PT Aerofood ACS yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja keluhan pekerja yang dialami oleh operator produksi, untuk mengetahui faktor beban kerja fisiologis dan psikologis yang dialami operator produksi, untuk mengetahui posisi kerja yang ergonomi yang akan dialami oleh operator produksi, dan Untuk mengusulkan perancangan alat kerja bantu yang baru agar operator lebih nyaman dan dapat meminimalkan kelelahan saat bekerja. Dari hasil kuesioner IFRC 81,8% lelah pada seluruh badan, 68,2% pegal pada kedua kaki, 77,3% sering menguap, 81,8% mengalami kelelahan pada saat bekerja, dan 68,2% merasa ingin duduk. Dari hasil kuesioner NASA-TLX mendapatkan 96% operator produksi mengalami beban kerja mental yang berat dan hanya 4% operator produksi mengalami beban kerja mental sedang. Dari hasil perhitungan RULA, pada ketiga operator mendapatkan skor 7 dengan action level 4. Dimana PT Aerofood ACS harus menginvestigasi kembali dan semua operator produksi harus melakukan perubahan cara bekerja.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the "ABC" electronics workshop. The problem that has been experienced by the "ABC" workshop is the process of servicing an tool is too long, one of which is the work of fan service. From the results of research conducted, why the servicing of an tool is too long because there is no standard workmanship in the service process (SOP), Laying spare parts / components that are not fixed, service equipment is mixed with goods that are not tools, layout spare parts and work tables that are too far away cause transportation (transfer of technicians) to take longer parts / tools. The method used in this research is to use the Left and Right Hand Maps. The purpose of this study is to propose improvements to work methods using maps of the right hand and left hand. The results of this study show there is a decrease in fan assembly time from 301 seconds to 276 seconds.

Abstract

Juragan Konveksi is a home industry whose production process is still conventional. Based on the initial observations, there are 3 workstations whose operators often experience injuries, including the pattern cutting station, the sewing process station, and the finishing station. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of work injury on the operator. The methods used are RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) and REBA (Rapid Entire BodyAssessment). From the results of the NBM (Nordic Body Map) questionnaire calculation, there are four operators who have a high level of risk, namely the pattern cutting process with a score of 80 and 77, and the sewing process with a score of 71 and 73, and two operators have a very high-risk level in the finishing process. with a score of 92 and 103. From the RULA score on the sewing process operator, a score of 6 was obtained, which means that further investigation is needed, and changes must be made immediately. Then for the REBA score on the pattern cutting and finishing process operators get a value of 8 and 10 which means there is a high risk of injury/muscle disorders. This means that it is necessary to make improvements to the productionprocess to reduce work injuries for operators.

Abstract

An emergency is an unexpected difficult situation that requires immediate treatment to prevent accidents/fatalities. The work environment has the potential for emergencies such as fires and earthquakes. According to risk identification data, the work environment area must be prepared to face disasters by preparing resources. Support infrastructure facilities and human resources. Support infrastructure facilities and human resources. Prevention efforts to minimize risk are by planning a disaster emergency response system. Emergency response unit is a work unit specially formed to deal with emergency situations in the workplace. Emergency response teams work quickly to deal with all disaster events quickly, precisely, and accurately and to reduce the incidence of casualties and losses due to disaster events. Implementation of community service activities for employees of PT. Sarana Tirta Alamindo provides participants with an understanding of emergency response so that they are able to plan emergency response preparedness in the work area. The results of the emergency response socialization activity in the work area, employees understand the importance of being ready for emergency response, through training and discussion all must be familiar and able to apply in their work area emergency response conditions and the importance of support from company leaders to form an emergency response team that works and is directly responsible for handling the situation. work area emergency.
