Abstract

ABSTRAK: Madu merupakan sumber komoditi yang banyak diperlukan bagi industri farmasi, kosmetik, dan makanan, di samping konsumsi sehari-hari. Madu menurut hasil riset diketahui mengandung 24 macam zat gula, di samping mengandung zat ferment, vitamin mineral, asam, asam-asam amino, hormon, zat bakterisidal an bahan-bahan aromati. Adapun kegiatan – kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh para peserta pada kegiatan Pengabdian pada masyarakat didesa tersebut adalah Ramah Tamah & Focus Group discussion (FGD) dan Kegiatan Kunjungan ke kelompok UMKM. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Pada masyarakat (P2M) yang diprogram secara konsepsi dengan menargetkan sasaran masyarakat kelompok pelaku usaha kecil, dengan menyesuaikan antara basis keilmuan dengan realitas lapangan adalah merupakan hal yang dinilai sangat baik untuk selalu dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan. Begitu juga demikian halnya konsepsi dari Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (P2M), yang selama ini telah berdasarkan atas kebutuhan masyarakat dalam hal ini Kelompok Usaha dan bukan hanya paket program yang jauh dari kebutuhan dan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat khususnya pada masyarakat kelompok Usaha Madu kelulut desa Antar raya kecamatan Marabahan Batola. Kata kunci : Kelompok Usaha, Madu Kelulut, Desa Antara Raya ABSTRACT: Kelulut honey is a commodity source that is much needed for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries, in addition to daily consumption. Honey, according to research results, is known to contain 24 kinds of sugars, in addition to containing ferment substances, vitamins, minerals, acids, amino acids, hormones, bactericidal substances and aromatic ingredients. The activities carried out by the participants in the Community Service activities in the village were Friendly & Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and Visits to MSME groups. The implementation of Community Service activities which are programmed conceptually by targeting the community as small business actors, by adjusting the scientific base with the realities of the field is something that is considered very good to always be maintained and improved. Likewise, the concept of Community Service, which so far has been based on the needs of the community, in this case the Business Group and not just a program package that is far from the needs and problems faced by the community, especially in the Kelulut Village Honey Business group. highway Marabahan Batola sub-district. Abstract

Pemberian obat secara oral merupakan rute yang paling umum digunakan karena kemudahannya. Namun demikian, keterbatasan bioavailabilitas sering kali menjadi kendala, terutama disebabkan oleh kelarutan dan permeabilitas obat yang rendah. Captopril, suatu obat antihipertensi yang efektif, memiliki bioavailabilitas oral sebesar 60–75%, sedangkan cefixime, antibiotik generasi ketiga, menunjukkan bioavailabilitas yang lebih rendah, yaitu sekitar 30–50%, dengan kelarutan dalam air yang rendah. Interaksi antar obat berpotensi memengaruhi efikasi maupun keamanan terapi, sehingga penting untuk dievaluasi. Profil disolusi in vitro dapat memberikan gambaran awal mengenai potensi bioavailabilitas serta menjadi acuan dalam memprediksi performa farmakokinetik suatu sediaan dalam tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi serta membandingkan profil disolusi sediaan generik captopril 25 mg dan cefixime 200 mg, baik secara terpisah maupun dalam bentuk kombinasi, guna mengidentifikasi potensi interaksi yang dapat memengaruhi bioavailabilitasnya. Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimental in vitro di laboratorium. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa disolusi captopril tunggal memperlihatkan pola yang fluktuatif dengan peningkatan konsentrasi seiring waktu, sedangkan cefixime menunjukkan profil disolusi yang relatif stabil. Kombinasi kedua obat menyebabkan penurunan terhadap laju disolusi captopril, sementara disolusi cefixime tidak mengalami perubahan signifikan. Disimpulkan bahwa kombinasi captopril dan cefixime berpotensi menimbulkan interaksi fisikokimia yang dapat menghambat disolusi captopril. Temuan ini penting untuk dipertimbangkan dalam praktik klinik guna mencegah penurunan efektivitas terapi captopril akibat penggunaan bersamaan dengan cefixime.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine and determine the effect of product quality, price, and brand image on purchasing decisions of Honda Scoopy automatic motorcycles during the pandemic in Wanasari Village, Sungai Loban District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. Samples were taken as many as100 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using questionnaire while data analysis using multiple linear regression. testing and data processing using SPSS version 26.0. The results showed that partially the Product Quality variable (X1) had a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy   motorcycles with a significant level of 0,000<0,05and the t value of 7.7733 > t table 1.984 with a large effect of 38,3%, Price (X2) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy motorbikes with a significant level of 0,000<0,05 and the t value of 13,843 t table 1,984 with a large influence of 43,8%, Brand Image (X3) has a significant effect on the decision to purchase a Honda Scoopy motorcycle with a significant level of 0,024<0,05 and a the t value of 2.289 > t table 1.984 with a large effect of6,4%. And simultaneously the variables of product quality (X1), price (X2), and brand image(X3) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) with a significant value of 0,000<0,05and and the value of f count 246.20 > f table 2,70 with a large the effect is 88,5%

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation marketing performance, as well as the moderation effect of dynamic marketing capabilities. The research sample was taken as many as 102 Sasirangan fabric craftsmen in Banjarmasin City. The questionnaire was used to collect the data and further analyzed with SEM with Smart PLS. The results prove that marketing orientation has proven to have a significant effect on dynamic marketing capabilities, entrepreneurial orientation does not have a significant effect on marketing performance, while marketing capabilities have a significant effect on marketing performance. Research also found that dynamic marketing capabilities are proven to mediate marketing orientation and entrepreneurial orientation in their influence on marketing performance, it can be interpreted that dynamic marketing capabilities are mediating variables that strengthen marketing orientation and entrepreneurial orientation in influencing the marketing performance of sasirangan fabric industry craftsmen
