Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelayanan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor melalui aplikasi E-Samsat pada Kantor Unit Pelayanan Pendapatan Daerah Samsat Banjarmasin 1, dan (2) untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara pengguna pelayanan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor secara konvensial dengan yang menggunakan aplikasi E-Samsat pada Kantor Unit Pelayanan Pendapatan Daerah Samsat Banjarmasin 1. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat pada pelayanan pembayaran pajak kendaran bermotor pada Kantor Unit Pelayanan Pendapatan Daerah Samsat Banjarmasin 1. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 124 responden. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) efektivitas yang berkaitan dengan prosedur dan layanan, E-Samsat dapat mempermudah masyarakat yang jauh dari kota agar dapat meminimalisasi keterlambatan, karena dapat dilakukan kapan saja dan dimana saja, dan (2) aplikasi e-samsat ini, pelanggan merasa adanya kemudahan dalam aplikasi tersebut. Maka dari itu Sebaiknya pelayanan melalui E-Samsat dapat lebih dimaksimalkan lagi agar masyarakat puas dalam penggunaan pelayanan E-Samsat tersebut seperti kepastian jadwal dan durasi pelayanan yang dihasilkan dari pelayanan e-samsat efektif dan kejelasan tata cara pelayanan. Abstract

Bullying cases in the form of bullying and physical violence that occur in the world of education, both by educators and fellow students. This study aims to determine the factors that cause bullying behavior among students and to determine what efforts are made by educators and students to prevent and overcome bullying behavior in educational institutions. The data collection technique used by the author is observation, namely data collection carried out directly by observing the objects being studied. Questionnaire, namely a data collection technique by providing a list of questions to respondents. Documentation, namely data collection using documents concerning legislation, literature books that are related to this study, The data analysis technique used is primary data and secondary data analyzed qualitatively and then presented descriptively, namely explaining, describing, and describing according to the problems related to this study. The results of this study indicate that bullying behavior among students in Wajo Regency is caused by social or economic status factors, social environment, social media, family environment, biological factors, and thinking. And the efforts made to prevent bullying behavior are pre-emptive efforts, repressive efforts, and preventive efforts

Abstract

This community service activity on the dissemination of an Islamic law module plays a significant role in fostering students' awareness and responsibility toward environmental preservation. Through the socialization of the Islamic Law and Environment module, students at the Madrasah demonstrated a notable improvement in their understanding of Islamic principles related to environmental sustainability. Evaluation results indicate that students not only comprehended the concepts of Islamic law concerning the environment but also actively participated in environmental initiatives, such as campaigns and tree planting, reflecting the practical application of these values in daily life. The module has effectively equipped students with the necessary knowledge to implement Islamic teachings in preserving nature and has encouraged them to become environmentally conscious agents of change. The application of Islamic legal principles in education and social practices can strengthen environmental sustainability at both local and global levels. By integrating Islamic values into education, a younger generation can be nurtured with a greater sense of responsibility toward nature, capable of applying religious teachings to maintain harmony between humanity and the environment.

Abstract

Teachers play a central role in ensuring meaningful learning processes, particularly through their pedagogical competence. At the same time, the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping how lessons can be planned, delivered, and assessed. This study aims to synthesise empirical evidence on how AI is used to support teacher pedagogical competence in formal education settings. A systematic literature review was conducted following the PRISMA protocol using Scopus as the main database. Search, screening, and eligibility procedures were guided by predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria focusing on studies that reported the use of AI in relation to teachers’ pedagogical roles. Eight empirical articles met the criteria and were analysed thematically. The review shows that AI is mainly positioned as: (1) a companion for teaching, enriching instructional design and classroom activities; (2) a supporter of assessment and feedback through automation and learning analytics; and (3) a decision aid that informs teachers’ pedagogical choices. These findings highlight the need to strengthen teachers’ AI literacy and professional development so that AI can be integrated critically and responsibly to enhance, rather than replace, teacher pedagogical competence.
