Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of active learning and the role of parents in online learning on the learning outcomes of class X students in Office Administration SMK PAB 2 Helvetia. the sample used was 57 students taken randomly from 133 students. The results obtained are that there is an influence between learning activity and the role of parents in online learning on the learning outcomes of class X students of Office Administration SMK PAB 2 Helvetia, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Student activities and learning outcomes are two things that are interrelated and support each other to achieve an effective learning process. The study aims to describe the effectiveness of the application of Contectual Teaching and Learning model in improving learning activities and outcomes in the adjustment journal material. The study was conducted using a classroom action research method implemented in two cycles. In each cycle, it is divided into two meetings consisting of four stages, namely : planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 36 students of grade XI AKL 1 SMKN 6 Medan. the data collection techiques used were observation, documentation, and test. The results showed that the average percentage of student learning activities increased from 36,11% in cycle I to 86,11% in cycle II. An increase also occurred in learning outcomes from 73,61% in cycle I to 93,05% in cycle II. It can be concluded that the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning model is effective in improving student activities and learning outcomes, especially in understanding the accounting material for adjustment journal entries.

Abstract

Tingginya beban logistik pada perusahaan digital berbasis platform sering menjadi penghalang utama dalam mencapai profitabilitas. Fenomena ini terlihat jelas pada PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk, yang dalam beberapa tahun terakhir berupaya menekan kerugian melalui efisiensi biaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis praktik klasifikasi biaya logistik yang diterapkan GoTo serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap efisiensi operasional dan kinerja keuangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan studi kasus, berdasarkan data sekunder dari laporan tahunan konsolidasian 2023–2024 serta sumber pendukung lainnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa klasifikasi biaya variabel, semi-variabel, dan tetap berperan penting dalam menekan beban operasional sebesar 27,6% serta menurunkan rugi usaha hingga 78,2%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi pengendalian biaya variabel dan restrukturisasi biaya tetap tidak hanya meningkatkan margin kontribusi, tetapi juga memperkuat keberlanjutan finansial perusahaan. Implikasi praktisnya, klasifikasi biaya logistik dapat menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan teknologi lain dalam merancang strategi efisiensi yang relevan dengan dinamika industri digital.

Abstract

Keputusan investasi modal merupakan salah satu aspek terpenting dalam manajemen keuangan perusahaan karena berhubungan langsung dengan kelangsungan hidup dan pertumbuhan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan investasi modal pada perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan menganalisis data sekunder dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019–2023. Variabel independen yang diuji meliputi profitabilitas, leverage, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan, sedangkan keputusan investasi modal diukur melalui rasio Capital Expenditure to Total Asset (CAPEX/TA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, sedangkan leverage memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan. Pertumbuhan perusahaan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan investasi modal. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa perusahaan dengan profitabilitas tinggi dan prospek pertumbuhan yang baik lebih cenderung melakukan ekspansi melalui peningkatan investasi modal.

Abstract

In this research, there were problems that showed a low level of learning activity and also in the initial ability test of students showed that the learning outcomes of the cognitive domain of students on the material of the adjusting journal were still low. The purpose of this research was to determine the increase in students' accounting activities and learning outcomes in class XII IPS 2 at SMA Swasta Dharmawangsa Medan through the application of the Two Stay Two Stray type cooperative learning model on the material of the trading company's adjustment journal. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles. The subjects in this study were 27 students of class XII IPS 2. The instruments in this study consisted of knowledge tests and activity observation sheets. The results of the observation of student activity in cycle I there were 9 students (34%) who fell into the active and very active categories. In cycle II students who were included in the active and very active categories increased to 27 students (100%) and had met the success indicator >85%. And from the results of data analysis, the first cycle knowledge test was obtained with an average value of 62.2 with 15 students (56%) and an increase in the second cycle knowledge test with an average value of 84.1 with 26 students (96%) and has met the success indicator >85%. Based on these data, the indicators of this study have been met. So, it can be concluded that the application of the Two Stay Two Stray type cooperative learning model can improve student learning activities and outcomes at SMA Swasta Dharmawangsa Medan.
