Abstract

This research evaluates consumer satisfaction at the Double Dragon Tattoo Shop, Ahmedabad, in understanding how age affects customer experience. Using the analytical technique of 'quantitative analysis', it examines the way age behaves with respect to attributes such as comfort, perceptions about hygiene, staff responsiveness, and likelihood of repeat business. The findings of this research indicated that customers who are relatively older seek comfort and hygiene, which are critical to satisfaction and loyalty. The study emphasizes on communication and personalized service. The practical implications are personalization of services to each age group, hygiene standards, and a cozy atmosphere. Future research is necessary on other demographic factors and longitudinal studies to understand technology and social media impacts on consumer behavior to improve customer satisfaction and business growth in the tattoo industry

Abstract

This study employed chi-square method to analyze the relation that exists between age and consumer preferences for Tata Safari and Mahindra XUV700 on vehicle attributes. The results showed that age affects preferences in design, performance, safety, fuel consumption and technology, as none of the p-values obtained for the majority of the posited hypotheses is less than the 0.05 level of significance. However, the older consumers had a strong perception that Mahindra XUV700 was better than Tata Safari, and it was found that p – 0.046 secrets of marketing about the inter-generational differences that relate to vehicle assessment factors like attributes trim, reliability and brand heritage. This provides evidence that not all aspects of traditional consumer models concerning demographic factors need to centre around the focalisation of marketing models, which models need to be broadened to include concepts of lifestyle and socio-economic sediment. Marketers have had their work cut out for them since different age group preferences have been established. There is a need for more future studies that will involve more diverse demographics, that take on more than one qualitative method and longitudinal studies to integrate

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of social media marketing on the psychology of Generation Z towards mobile online shopping in Ahmedabad. The data collection method used in this study is descriptive method. Through a comprehensive analysis of twelve alternative hypotheses, the study examines the relationship between social media influence and consumer behavior. The study highlights a critical gap in understanding the nuanced psychological responses of this demographic, particularly regarding their skepticism towards social media marketing. The study emphasizes the need for further research to explore the cultural context of Ahmedabad and the unique characteristics of Generation Z, as well as the dynamics of evolving social media platforms. Insights from this study can inform mobile phone brands in developing more effective and culturally relevant marketing strategies

This study examines the comparative effects of online and offline tutoring on the development of basic understanding among students in Ahmedabad. Using a mixed methods approach, the study analyzes students’ preferences, perceptions, and academic outcomes associated with each tutoring modality. The study identifies significant implications for educational practice, suggesting that a blended approach that combines the strengths of online and offline tutoring can enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Recommendations for future research include longitudinal studies, mixed methods approaches, and investigations into the impact of technology and teacher training on educational effectiveness. Abstract

This study investigates consumer buying behavior in the grocery sector, comparing price preferences, store attributes, and shopping modes at D-Mart and Reliance Smart in Ahmedabad, India. The research examines age-related influences on price perception, promotional offers, online reverse in-store shopping, and trust in payment methods. Using a structured questionnaire and Chi-square tests, findings reveal no significant age impact on price perception or promotional influence but a notable association between age and trust in cash-on-delivery (COD) payment options, especially among older consumers. Store layout and product placement influenced all age groups, emphasizing the importance of an organized environment. The study highlights the need for customized marketing strategies and flexible payment options to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between age and various factors that influence consumer behavior in grocery delivery services, specifically focusing on Blinkit and Big Basket. Through a series of Chi-square tests, the study tests hypotheses related to preference for delivery apps, perceived speed of delivery, satisfaction with service, and willingness to pay for expedited delivery. This study highlights the importance of adopting a more holistic approach to understanding consumer behavior in grocery delivery, emphasizing the role of technology and operational efficiency. By addressing universal consumer motivations, businesses can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty in a competitive market. Future research is recommended to explore other demographic and psychographic factors, as well as the impact of new technologies and sustainability concerns on consumer preferences

Abstract

The current study explores the impact of different leadership styles on employee motivation in an IT company in Ahmedabad. Based on a quantitative approach, results were extracted after analyzing the relationship between employee age and their perceptions of leadership decision-making, communication, and motivational strategies. The results indicate that participative leadership style has a high impact on employee motivation with the impact growing with the perception of whether employee opinions are sought. This provides recommendations for future work to be done on the impact of telecommuting, psychological safety, and motivation in an environment with demographic inequality. In this regard, the current study complements the findings on effective leadership practices that are productive in modern organizational settings by placing greater emphasis on practices that ensure higher employee motivation and productivity

Abstract

This paper provides an in-depth insight into the consulting services provided by Head Quest HR Solutions LLP, known as one of the best-located HR consulting firms in Ahmedabad. The objective of the study was to explore the diversity of services provided, the technologies used, and their effectiveness in improving organizational performance. The study combines quantitative data from structured customer surveys and qualitative data from semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders, through the application of mixed methods methodology. Despite challenges including measuring long-term impact and aligning recommendations with customer culture, the company has done quite well in providing value-added services. Thus, the study offers suggestions for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of consulting services, besides offering practical insights on best practices in HR consulting

This study examines the preferences of readers in Ahmedabad city for e-books over physical fiction books, focusing on age as a determining factor. Data collected through a structured survey revealed important insights into how age shapes opinions on these aspects. The findings suggest that e-books are highly preferred for their portability, especially among younger readers, while physical books remain universally preferred for their immersive experience and cultural value. The study highlights the balanced coexistence of physical and digital reading formats, driven by factors beyond age, such as personal habits, accessibility, and cultural sentiments. The findings have implications for publishers, booksellers, and policymakers, emphasizing the need for hybrid strategies that cater to diverse reader preferences. Recommendations include targeted marketing, sustainable practices, and literacy initiatives to support both formats
