Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan sesuatu yang dibutuhkan dalam peningkatan Sumber Daya Manusia di sebuah Lembaga Pendidikan. Sebuah lembaga pedidikan akan mampu memajukan lembaganya apabila ditangani oleh figure pemimpin yang baik. Dengan kemampuan seorang pemimpin yang baik dapat menggerakkan orang-orang menuju tujuan jangka panjang dan betul-betul merupakan usaha untuk memenuhi kepentingan mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membahas terkait perbedaan antara pemimpin dan manajer. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library research). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data-data pustaka dari sumber yang relavan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemimpin sebagai seseorang dengan wewenang kepemimpinannya mengarahkan bawahannya untuk mengerjakan sebagian dari pekerjaannya dalam mencapai tujuan. Sedangkan manajer adalah seseorang yang bekerja melalui orang lain dengan mengoordinasikan kegiatan-kegiatannya guna mencapai sasaran suatu organisasi. Perbedaan antara manajer dan pemimpin adalah dari bagaimana cara memotivasi orang-orang yang bekerja atau mengikuti mereka, dan ini menetapkan untuk aspek-aspek lain sebagian besar dari apa yang mereka lakukan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify, analyze and provide updates to the actualization of POAC management of the Bait Et-Tauhied Islamic boarding school in the context of forming the character of religious students in the era of globalization. The research was conducted using field research methods with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Presentation, reduction, and verification are some of the data analysis methods that can be used. The results of the study show several ways POAC management is used in the Bait Et-Tauhied Islamic boarding school to shape the character of religious students in the modern era. Some examples are planning management that designs the vision, mission, and goals of Islamic boarding school education through character education programs, organizing management divides the main tasks and functions for each field implemented, and actuating management that uses habituation methods with activities involving religious activities.

Abstract

Character education is an important component and has a great influence on the success of religious activities. The purpose of this study is to describe the management of student character education in increasing religious values through the study of the book of morals lil banin. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. In the data collection technique, the researcher uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn, as well as validity test using data triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study, it shows that; 1) Character education planning includes planning vision and mission, preparation of work programs, the formation of a schedule for the implementation of each activity, as well as the division of structure and job description; 2) The implementation of character education at the Bait Et-Tauhied Islamic Boarding School has carried out various religious character formation programs. This is evidenced through several coaches carried out, namely examples, training, taking lessons, giving advice, and providing rewards and punishments; 3) Supervision of character education at the Bait Et-Tauhied Islamic Boarding School, including supervising students, guiding students in the implementation of activities, conducting evaluation meetings; 4) The values of religious character through the study of the book of Morality Lil Banin which are instilled in the Bait Et-Tauhied Islamic Boarding School are as follows: (a) Morality to Allah, (b) Respect for both parents, (c) Respect for teachers and friends, (d) Patience in learning and discussion, and (e) Honesty.

Abstract

As a Muslim, you should use the Quran and Hadith as an example in your life. Every leader stands on the idea of leadership in accordance with Islam. The leadership of the Prophet (propetik) is the best example of leadership. This study aims to find a prophetic leadership model in the world of Islamic education. This research is a Qualitative Research with a literature study approach. The data collected from this study came from relevant literature sources. This study shows that the essence of prophetic leadership is that a leader must reflect the values, principles of life, and character of the Prophet namely shiddik (right), trustworthy (trustworthy).

Abstract

The first step that needs to be done in evaluation activities is to make a plan. This planning is important because it will affect the next steps, and even affect the effectiveness of the overall evaluation procedure. This study aims to discuss the planning that must be prepared in the evaluation of learning outcomes. The method used in this study is a library research approach, this data collection uses a method of searching from various sources such as journals and research that has been studied. The results of the study show that the steps that need to be taken in planning an evaluation of learning outcomes include (1) Formulating the objectives of the evaluation (2) Determining the aspects to be evaluated (3) Selecting and determining the techniques to be used in the evaluation (4) Preparing the evaluation tools to be used in the evaluation (5) Determining the evaluation benchmarks (6) Determining the frequency of evaluation activities (7) Presenting the test (8) Processing the test results (9) Reporting evaluation results, and (10) Use of evaluation results. Through this careful evaluation planning, it is possible to set behavioral objectives or indicators to be achieved, to prepare for the collection of data and information needed and to be able to use the right time.

Abstract

Human resource planning (HR) is a series of activities carried out to optimize the role of human resources to achieve organizational goals. This article aims to discuss Human Resource Planning in Educational Institutions. The research method used in literature studies is a descriptive approach. The results of the study show that there are four components in HR planning, including: job analysis, job description, job specification, and job design. Human resource planning in education cannot be separated from the competency standards of educators and education personnel in accordance with laws and regulations, namely, pedagogic, personality, professional and social competence. These competency standards are the basis for recruiting and selecting according to the needs of the institution as a school culture based on environmental conditions (internal and external). The importance of HR planning lies not only in the achievement of individual success but also in the contribution of educational institutions to the development of a better and more competitive society.
