Abstract

Tahun 2019 dinas tenaga kerja dan transmigrasi Provinsi Jawa Tengah merilis sistem bursa kerja online bernama E-Makaryo. E-Makaryo memiliki tujuan yaitu mempertemukan masyarakat pencari kerja dengan penyedia lapangan pekerjaan yang telah terintegrasi dengan Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Kepuasan pengguna dari sistem dapat melihat kelebihan dan kekurangan sistem yang telah diterapkan serta menjadi sebuah acuan dalam proses pengembangan sistem selanjutnya. Pada penelitian sistem E-Makaryo sebelumnya memperoleh hasil bahwa pengguna sistem kurang tertaik pada E-Makaryo karena konten yang tersedia kurang menarik, sehingga diperlukan analisis kepuasan pengguna E-Makaryo untuk dilakukan pengembangan sistem. Metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) memliki kelebihan yaitu lebih menekankan kepuasan kepada pengguna akhir dari sistem. Hasil penelitian diperoleh index kepuasan pengguna pada dimensi content 82%, dimensi accuracy 80%, dimensi format 83%, dimensi ease of use 86%, dan dimensi timeliness 82%. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang perlu dilakukan pada sistem E-Makaryo yaitu dengan memperbaiki kesalahan error dan bug yang terjadi pada sistem sehingga dapat mengurangi tingkat terjainya error dan bug.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi merupakan lembaga penyelenggara pendidikan di tingkat tinggi yang memiliki beberapa fungsi dan bermacam-macam jurusan. Calon mahasiswa baru harus tepat dalam memilih jurusan sesuai dengan kemampuan dan minat bakat agar tidak mengalami kesulitan. Kesulitan dalam memilih jurusan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain asal jurusan di sekolah sebelumnya, minat bakat, nilai rapot dan ujian serta adanya paksaan dari orang tua. Bagian Pemasaran Perguruan Tinggi Swasta telah mengantisipasi permasalahan kesulitan memilih jurusan dengan mengarahkan calon mahasiswa baru untuk mengikuti tes minat bakat melalui aplikasi PakBudi. Selama aplikasi dibuat dan digunakan, belum dilakukan pengukuran fungsi aplikasi terhadap harapan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja aplikasi PakBudi terhadap minat pendaftaran calon mahasiswa baru di Perguruan Tinggi Swasta. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengevaluasi kinerja aplikasi PakBudi adalah End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Metode EUCS memiliki 5 (lima) dimensi indikator, diantaranya Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use dan Timeliness. Kelebihan dari metode EUCS yaitu lebih menekankan kepada tingkat kepuasan (satisfaction) pengguna dengan melakukan evaluasi pada sistem meliputi isi, keakuratan, tampilan atau format, kemudahan pengguna dan ketepatan waktu. Hasil penelitian yaitu aplikasi PakBudi memberikan informasi yang bermanfaat bagi pengguna dan memiliki kemudahan dalam penggunaan dengan hasil sebesar 85%.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in paralysis of many sectors, such as the economic and education sectors. This has the effect of decreasing turnover felt by school shoe entrepreneurs by around 60 to 70 percent. The occurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic not only caused a decrease in turnover, but also caused a change in people's habits who switched from buying conventional shoes to buying habits through e-commerce stores. In the Purwokerto area, Central Java, there is a Surfskate shop which is a shoe seller. Based on the problem described by the store, shoe sales during the pandemic have decreased. Therefore, school shoe entrepreneurs make changes to their sales strategies such as collaborating with business actors in the surrounding environment and selling through e-commerce such as Instagram, Shopee, Tokopedia, and others. Based on the data obtained, the store experienced an increase in the year before the pandemic and experienced a drastic decline during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses the Weight Moving Average (WMA) method, which is a form of improvement from the Simple Moving Average (SMA) method. Gives the greatest weight to new data over older data because the most recent data is considered more relevant to change. Because the data observed from before the pandemic, namely in 2020 with monthly sales reaching 80% and sales of up to 80 units. Then in 2021, during the pandemic, sales fell by 20% / month with sales reaching 20 units.

Abstract

During the pandemic, the learning model directly impacts both students and teachers, especially in evaluating and correcting assignments to measure student learning. Evaluation and correction of the learning process at both the high school and high school and university levels are generally carried out multiple-choice examinations during this pandemic. Many tools can be used to carry out multiple-choice assessments. The essay assessment is usually done manually and takes a long time because the lecturer has to make corrections one by one. On the other hand, information retrieval is a concept that can be used to build an automatic essay correction information system so that the correction of essay questions can be done quickly and efficiently, as in multiple-choice works. The automatic essay correction information system is a relatively new technology, especially for its plural use in this pandemic. A new technology that will be applied in a plural manner requires a measurement. One of the measurements that can be used is the Technology Readiness Index (TRI). TRI is used because it can measure the readiness and tendency of users to implement an information system. The case study in this research was conducted at the Faculty of Informatics (FIF) Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto (ITTP). The TRI measurement of the automatic essay correction information system carried out at FIF produces a TRI of 3.27. This value is between 2.90 and 3.51 (2.90 ≤ TRI ≤ 3.51). Consisted of an optimism value of 1.01, and innovativeness value of 0.52, a discomfort value of 0.55, and an insecurity value of 1.19.

Abstract

Enterprise Architecture (EA) is an enterprise architecture modeling to assist management in managing utilization and development of Information Systems/Information Technology (IS/IT). ITTP in the utilization and development of IS/IT to fulfill its academic services, there is an Information Systems and Technology (STI) unit as the manager of service utilization and development. The problem with the STI ITTP service unit is that there is no IS/IT enterprise architecture model to support the development of its services. The solution to this problem requires an information and communication technology enterprise architecture model covering business processes, data, applications and technology infrastructure to be more organized using the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) method. The results of this study are compiling the Architectural matrix that exists in the ITTP STI unit services in the form of business processes, data, applications and technology infrastructure, with research material data obtained from interviews and observations on the ITTP STI unit. The preparation of the matrix can later help the quality of the role of managing the utilization and development of IS/IT as expected by the STI ITTP unit.

Abstract

Since the Covid-19 pandemic occurred in Indonesia, the government has made new innovations in the field of technology to help the government and society monitor the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia. This innovation is the PeduliLindungi application, which has tracking and other features that people always use. The influence of PeduliLindungi has become an obligation for the Indonesian people, but since the endemic, the PeduliLindungi application has changed to the SatuSehat application which functions to integrate Indonesian people's health data. The change in the application from PeduliLindungi to SatuSehat reduced the level of application usage, so this research aims to determine the enthusiasm of the public in using the SatuSehat application as a health platform provided by the government in Indonesia. The research was carried out by predicting the number of users of the SatuSehat application based on user data from October 2022 to February 2023. The forecasted data determined the number of users in the next seven months. The research used the Time Series method with a Single Moving Average (SMA) and Single Exponential Smoothing (SES). The research results are in the form of forecasting calculations used to determine the level of enthusiasm of the community in accepting and using the SatuSehat application. After calculations, it was discovered that the research results showed that SatuSehat application users had decreased from March 2023 – September 2023. Error Forecasting showed that the accurate method for forecasting calculations for SatuSehat application users was the SMA method, which obtained MAD calculation results of 1,895,828,857 and MAPE 8.66%.

Abstract

Information Systems (IS) now have a very necessary use for agencies in business activities. The role of SI in the business contribution of agencies that have implemented IS management in their business activities, namely the education office. Strengthened by Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System where facilities and infrastructure are needed to support education to become more systematic and to support learning and administration in education. The education sector that uses information systems in carrying out its business is SMP Negeri 1 Karangpucung. Based on interviews conducted with Mr. Asep Ibnu Aryapapilaya as the information system data manager for SMP Negeri 1 Karangpucung, argues that the information system that is owned is more focused on the field of staffing where there are problems, namely IS has not been integrated with one another, causing data redundancies and hampered service processes due to SI not working effectively. If there is a problem, SMP Negeri 1 Karangpucung, especially in the field of staffing, requires planning an information system strategy using the Ward and Peppard method to produce a future information system strategy plan document by recommending future information systems that need to be retained, optimized, developed.

Abstract

According to Village Law No. 6 of 2014, villages play an important role in the implementation of village development policies. The government-mandated village regulations must be followed in order to improve the quality of life in rural communities. This can be accomplished through the enhancement of services and the development of sustainable villages. The smart village concept is one of the strategic steps for improving village development. Smart village indicators are adapted from smart cities, one of which is smart government, to map village development. Smart government can increase community members' empowerment and involvement in public management, as well as transparency in decision-making and the maintenance of governance that emphasizes the capacity of village officials, village institutions, and the delivery of basic services. To begin the process of creating a smart village, a blueprint must be created. The Ward and Peppard method can be used to create the design. The Ward and Peppard method is used in this study, and it begins with a mapping diagram that includes value chain analysis, SWOT, key performance indicators, McFarlan, and PEST. The design of the village development strategy is carried out by analyzing the organization's internal and external conditions, including business processes and IS/IT infrastructure. The research results in a smart village blueprint design document, which is expected to be implemented to realize the village in building village social resilience in a sustainable manner, as well as providing basic government services in a precise and transparent way.

Abstract

PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) is the largest company in Indonesia which is engaged in railroad transportation. One of the technological innovations carried out by PT KAI (Persero) is to make the KAI Access application with the latest feature is e-boarding. Through the e-boarding feature provided by PT KAI, KAI seeks to provide excellent service to customers. Not many customers use the e-boarding application as a gap between PT KAI's vision and train customers. The gap that exists between the vision and customer acceptance of information technology needs to be measured to determine the extent to which the implementation of the information technology is accepted by the customer. One method used to measure customer satisfaction is to use the use questionnaire. Before measuring customer satisfaction using the Use questionnaire, each item of questions must be tested for validity and reliability. The purpose of measuring the validity and reliability of this research is to ensure the accuracy and reliability of each question on the questionnaire as a test tool. The validity test results used by using the construct validity technique are valid. The reliability test results using the split-half reliability technique have a value of 0.9896 or equivalent to the very high-reliability criteria.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi era sekarang sudah berkembang pesat dan juga banyak jenisnya salah satunya website. Website merupakan kumpulan halaman domain yang berisi berbagai informasi yang dapat dibaca melalui internet. Pemanfaatan website bisa digunakan dalam berbagai bidang, salah satunya sebagai sarana informasi di lingkungan kampus, seperti yang dilakukan Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Keluarga Mahasiswa(BEM KEMA) Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto (ITTP). BEM KEMA ITTP merupakan organisasi mahasiswa atau ORMAWA di ITTP yang berperan sebagai penyalur aspirasi dari mahasiswa. BEM KEMA saat ini memiliki website untuk berita dan informasi terkait kegiatan di lingkungan kampus. Website yang saat ini dimiliki oleh BEM KEMA ITTP masih memiliki beberapa masalah, diantaranya tidak sesuainya latar belakang dan warna pada website, serta penempatan tombol-tombol untuk mengakses menu yang kurang intuitif. Adanya permasalahan tersebut, perlu dilakukan perbaikan pada tampilan user interface website BEM KEMA ITTP. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini adalah Goal-Directed Design (GDD). Metode ini berfokus pada perancangan user interface. Metode ini digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah karena berfokus pada user interface. Sistem pengujian dan evaluasi kegunaan dari sistem website yang diperbaiki tampilannya, dilakukan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa tampilan user interface website BEM KEMA ITTP yang lebih intuitif, mudah digunakan, sudah teruji bahwa website BEM KEMA sudah layak dan diterima. Hal tersebut didasarkan dari hasil pengujian menggunakan SUS. Hasil uji SUS BEM KEMA 82,35 dapat dikataka tampilan perbaikan tampilan ulang dapat diterima.
