Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prinsip-prinsip perkembangan manusia dalam perspektif Islam. Sejauh ini, kita hanya mengetahui perkembangan manusia secara biologis dan ilmu sosial. Namun, dalam perspektif Islam terdapat prinsip – prinsip perkembangan manusia yang harus kita ketahui. Desain penelitian ini adalah kajian literatur,yaitu mempelajari buku-buku referensi dan hasil-hasil penelitian sejenis yang dilakukan oleh orang lain. Jenis penulisan yang dilakukan adalah traditional review yang fokus pada topik mengenai prinsip-prinsip perkembangan manusia dalam perspektif islam Pengumpulan data untuk kajian literatur dilakukan dengan alat pencarian database sebagai tahapan pencarian sumber literatur. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat lima prinsip perkembangan manusia dalam perspektif islam, diantaranya, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan manusia merupakan proses yang bertahap, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan manusia memiliki pola tertentu, perkembangan manusia adalah proses kumulatif dan simultan, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan manusia melampaui keberadaan fenomena dunia, dan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan manusia melewati periode kritis dan sensitif tertentu.

Abstract

English at the elementary school level aims to enable students to develop communication competencies and have awareness of the essence and importance of English to increase the nation's competitiveness in a global society. To achieve this goal, basic skills are needed that students must master, namely in the form of English vocabulary skills, the more vocabulary a person has, the higher their language skills. Given the importance of the role of vocabulary in language, vocabulary learning is an important concern in learning English. Learning English vocabulary is not an easy thing because often students have difficulty in acquiring new vocabulary. The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques in the form of observation and documentation. The purpose of carrying out this study is to find out the implementation of the use of flashcard media in improving the English vocabulary skills of elementary school students. The result of this study is that flashcard media is quite effective for beginners to increase vocabulary and get used to English.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Internship 1 at MIN 7 Medan City and analyze the school's conditions through a SWOT approach as part of the development of professional competencies for prospective teachers. The study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation, carried out by five students from the PGMI Study Program at Medan State University in October 2025. The results show that MIN 7 Medan City has strengths in the form of A accreditation, a clear organizational structure, adequate teaching staff competencies, and adequate classroom conditions, while several aspects such as limited land, parking area, warehouse management, and the unavailability of science laboratories still need to be strengthened. On the other hand, the madrasah has opportunities for development through government support, high public trust, and cooperation with committees and the surrounding community, while the challenges faced are more external factors such as limited land and access to the location. Internship 1 provides students with real-world experience in understanding school management and developing adaptive skills as preparation for their future careers as educators.
