Escort ship is a warship designed for the duties of guarding and protecting a main body or not of high value when a formation is carrying out sea crossing tasks. The Escort ship is also the main element of the convoy's protection. The crew member factor is a determinant of the ability level of the Escort Ship Unit and the readiness of other equipment. As the main factor, human resource must have high quality, readiness and discipline. Each individual and group must be skilled and work, and have good discipline. The existence of discipline and individual performance of the Escort Ship Unit and related to the terrain in the ship's environment and at sea, with the terrain situation being subject to change at any time, the Indonesian Navy carries out various organizational restructuring efforts which are expected to also contribute to the quality of its personnel. One of them is through training for mature provisions in the given field. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of training and discipline simultaneously on the performance of the 2nd Fleet Command Escort Ship Unit soldiers, to test and analyze the effect of training partially on the performance of the 2nd Fleet Command Escort Ship Unit soldiers, to test and analyze the effect of discipline partially on the performance of the Satkor Koarmada II soldiers. This research approach uses quantitative methods, namely methods that use the number of samples and numerical data. The results showed that the Training and discipline simultaneously and partial have a significant effect on the performance of the 2nd Fleet Command Escort Ship Unit Soldiers. From the results of this study, it can be said that training and discipline can improve the performance of the 2nd Fleet Command Escort Ship Unit in carrying out training.

Clothing is everything we wear from head to toe, the clothes we wear also reflect our personality and social status, and can convey a message to someone who sees it. The author raised the theme of harajuku street of the mural which was inspired by the street style of Harajuku combined with mural art by street artists. Indonesia is a country that is famous for its many diverse cultures and from various regions, so there are many Indonesian cultures that are rarely known by many people, even the Indonesian people themselves. The many cultures and languages that exist in Indonesia give this country its own color and also become one of the icons and special attractions for foreigners, the many cultural differences in Indonesia have a positive impact on society.One of Indonesian culture that is not well known is traditional Indonesian tattoos, where tattoos are one of the cultural customs of several tribes in Indonesia, namely the Mentawai, Dayak, and Moi tribes. Tattoos on each tribe are symbols or traditional traditions for them, which have their own meaning. Of the three tribes, the most familiar are Dayak tattoos and Moi tattoos, but the ones that are more widely used by the general public are Dayak tattoo motifs.Keywords: Tattoos are symbols of the Mentawai, Dayak, and Moi traditional traditions

Literacy is one of the cultures that must be applied in the world of education, especially at the SD/MI level. Literacy or reading needs to be familiarized, is a process of making something that makes a person accustomed, in terms of teaching methods, it can be said that habituation is a way that can be done to get students used to thinking. The literacy culture embedded in students affects the level of success and the ability of students to understand analytical, critical, and reflective information. The function of the reading corner is to familiarize students with increasing literacy culture, besides that it is expected to reduce noise during breaks or can also be an alternative learning method used by educators in the learning process. The type of literacy chosen in this activity is basic literacy, in making the literacy corner it refers to literacy principles including the principle of balance, the importance of spoken language, taking place in a curriculum, the importance of diversity. With the literacy corner at MI Roudlatul Ulum Cendekia, it is hoped that it can improve the literacy culture that has been built previously.

Latar belakang: Data awal yang diperoleh dari rekam medik RSUD Kota Kendari Pada tahun 2022 priode Januari-juni kasus Tb Paru sebanyak 141 pasien. Tujuan: penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis determinan yang berhubungan dengan Kejadian Penyakit Tb Paru pada Penderita yang Dirawat di RSUD Kota Kendari. Metode: penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 141 pasien. Sampel sebanyak 58 responden. Variabel independen penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan, merokok, kontak erat, pekerjaan, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah Tb Paru. Data diambil melalui kuisioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square dengan α < 0,05. Hasil: berdasarkan hasil uji statistik Pengetahuan ada hubungan dengan kejadian penyakit Tb Paru, dengan nilai p value = 0,023 < a = 0,05, Merokok ada hubungan dengan kejadian penyakit Tb Paru, nilai p value = 0,001 < a = 0,05, Kontak erat ada hubungan dengan kejadian penyakit Tb Paru, nilai p value = 0,002 < a = 0,05, Pekerjaan tidak ada hubungan dengan kejadian penyakit Tb Paru, nilai p value = 0,369 > a = 0,05. Kesimpulan: Variabel yang berhubungan dengan kejadian penyakit Tb Paru adalah pengetahuan, merokok, kontak erat dan yang tidak ada hubungan adalah pekerjaan.

Estuari merupakasn bagan aliran muara sungai yang dipengaruhi oleh pasang surut air laut. Tidak sedikit estuari yang menjadi objek vital terutamadalam hal pengembangan ekonomi baik dalam skala lokal maupun internasional.Muara Krueng Langs merupakan Muara yang potensial, dengan letak geografisyang strategis menjadikannya sebagai alternatif dari pelabuhan Belawandalam perdagangan ekspor-impor barang. Perubahan iklim global dan eksplorasi yang tidak seimbangmenyebabkan banyaknya permasalahan pada komponen-komponen penyusunestuarinya seperti masalah banjir Rob, intrusi air asin dan sedimen. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keadaan komponen estuariseperti: bathimetri, arus, pasang surut, temperatur, salinitas dan sedimen di setiaptitik tinjauan Muara Krueng Langsa pada setiap jamnya. dari penelitian diperoleh hubungan antara bathimetri, pasang surut, arus,temperatur, salinitas dan kadar sedimen melayang dalam bentuk sebuahpemodelan. Didapat kesimpulan kenaikan pasang dan surut air laut mempengaruhikarakteristik Muara Krueng Langsa sejauh 16 km dari mulut muara. Kedalamanair yang dipengaruhi oleh komponen utama pasang surut matahari (S₂), bulan(M₂), dan pembangkit (M₄),estuari tiak hanya di pengarhi oleh air laut ada juga pengaruh debit air sungaisehinga terjadinya perpindahan molekul air baik dari hulu sungai menuju laut atau sebaliknya. Hal ini tentu membuat nilai dari temperatur, salinitasdan kadar sedimen mejadi tidak linear pada setiap titik dan jamnya. Dariperhitungan sedimen diperolehkadar sedimen maksimum sebesar 99,99 mg/dm³

The Al-Muawanah Tasikmalaya Foundation is one of the foundations located in Ciheras village, Sukanagara village, Tanjungjaya district. Based on the results of observations and interviews, the problems found were that there were still teachers who lacked discipline, and the way the material was delivered was less varied. Therefore, research was conducted on teacher performance assessment at the Al-Muawanah Tasikmalaya Foundation. The method used in this research is the simple additive weighting (SAW) method. Based on research using this method, performance scores for each teacher were obtained. The performance scores obtained can be used as a reference to increase work motivation, position promotions, rewards and sanctions.

The Mila Karmila Rice Milling Factory is one of the rice milling factories in the Leuwisari sub-district, Tasikmalaya district. This factory has been established since 2011. With weekly production reaching 16 tons. The Mila Karmila factory also has its own market which orders every week. With this production amount, it turns out that the Mila Karmila Milling Factory is still not optimal, especially in terms of profits. There are many unexpected costs, which cause waste in the production process. The aim of this research is to determine the business performance of the Mila Karmila rice milling factory and provide suggestions for how to evaluate its business performance. The method used in this research is the Balanced Scorecard method. The results of the research are an explanation of the current business performance of the Mila Karmila rice milling factory and suggestions for how to evaluate it in the future.

Esensi dari kurikulum merdeka adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia dan menghasilkan generasi masa depan yang kuat secara intelektualitas, karakter dan memiliki semangat sebagai pembelajar sepanjang hayat. Penerapan kurikulum merdeka pada jenjang pendidikan dasar tentu tidak serta merta dapat diterima dengan baik oleh setiap lembaga pendidikan, hal ini dikarenakan pemahaman terhadap konsep penerapan kulikurum merdeka kurang utuh, sehingga tidak jarang terjadi kebingungan dalam penerapannya. Kegiatan workshop ini dilaksanakan karena kurangnya pemahaman terhadap kurikulum merdeka baik untuk sekolah maupun dalam pembelajaran. Pendidik sering mengalami kesulitan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, terutama pada aplikasi metode pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif. Metode yang digunakan dala kegiatan ini adalah metode FGD (Forum group Discussion), dimana pemateri menggali informasi terlebih dahulu kepada para peserta, sehungga materi yang disajikan dapat menjawab permasalahan yang dirasakan oleh peserta, selanjutnya pemateri menyaikan materi, dan diakhiri dengan diskusi antara peserta dengan narasumber (pemateri) dan penugasan. Setelah kegiatan ini diharapkan adanya perubahan terkait dengan mindset para pendidik di SDIT Riyadul Mubtadiin terhadap implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Dalam mengembangkan lembaga pendidik/ pihak yang berwenang dapat menyesuaikan dengan konsep yang terkandung dalam kurikulum merdeka. Selain itu, yang lebih penting lagi adalah pendidik dapat melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran sesuai dengan konsep dan prinsip yang dibangun dalam kurikulum merdeka.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation and organization culture toward employee performance at lingkungan Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research with 55 research respondents. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that 33,9% toward employee performance is influenced by work motivation. Influence of organization culture toward employee performance is 30,8%. Influenced of work motivation and organization culture toward employee performance is 35,1%.
