Abstract

The Regional Budget is essentially a policy instrument used as a tool to improve public services and community welfare in the region. DPRD and local governments must make real and structured efforts to produce APBDs that can reflect the real needs of the community in accordance with the potential of each region, and can meet the demands of creating a regional budget that is oriented towards the interests of the community. This research is quantitative descriptive research, which is a study that serves to describe or provide an overview of the object under study through sample or population data with numbers using data that the author thinks is in accordance with the object of research and provides an overview of the object of research.Knowledge of the council on the budget has a positive and significant effect on the role of members of the Lebong Regency DPRD, Bengkulu in supervising regional finances. This is because based on the test results on respondents' answers, it shows the results that members of the Lebong Regency DPRD, Bengkulu have good or high knowledge about the budget. In the reliability test results show the results of reliability testing on variable X instruments with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.624. The results of the reliability test on variable Y instrument with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.627. This proves that the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire is reliable because Cronbach's Alpha is greater than 0.60. In the validity test results, it can be seen that the correlation between each indicator of variables X and Y shows significant results and shows that R count> R table (0.320). It can be concluded that all question items are declared valid.

Abstract

The village government serves as the frontline in delivering public services in Indonesia, particularly in providing administrative services to the community. However, challenges such as limited human resources and technology often hinder the effectiveness of these services. The Field Work Practice (PKL) activity conducted by students at the Dusun Baru Village Office, Ilir Talo Sub-district, aims to support the implementation of public services, especially in managing administrative letters and handling community complaints. The PKL activities included observation, active participation in administrative services, and assisting community members. The results showed that student involvement was able to improve the efficiency and accuracy of service processes, as well as provide innovative solutions to technical challenges in the field. Therefore, the role of students has proven to be strategic in helping village officials deliver more responsive and professional services.

Abstract

This proposal outlines a socialization plan for the use of digital marketing at Toko Baju Tulip in Bengkulu. The main objective is to improve the knowledge and skills of the store owner and employees in using digital platforms to promote and sell their products. With this training, the store is expected to increase sales and expand market reach. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. The power needed as a research knife is primary data which the author obtained by observation and interviews with parties related to this research. Secondary data is obtained from various books, journal articles, and other supporting literature. While the results of this study are in the form of: first, based on the opinions of MSME business owners who improve their performance through digital marketing only by creating interesting content and easy for people to remember. Second, based on the opinions of MSME enthusiasts and customers, “Toko Baju Tulip” can reduce costs and can be a strong competitor for those who do not use digital marketing. Third, based on the opinion of the general public, MSMEs do need increased work in terms of digital marketing to introduce the product identity and corporate identity of MSMEs in an era that uses the internet.

Abstract

The analysis method in this study uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient, and hypothesis test using t-test and f-test with the number of samples studied 75 Employees at the South Bengkulu Environmental Service. From the calculation results using SPSS 23 we can see that the work environment, motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. In this case the significance value of variable X <0.05 is 0.000. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are the equation Y = 9.895 + 0.250 X1 + 0.379 X2 + 0.165 X3 this illustrates a positive regression direction, meaning that the work environment variables (X1), motivation (X2) and job satisfaction (X3) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y) at the Bengkulu Selatan The magnitude of the determination coefficient value from the calculation results using SPSS can be seen from the determination coefficient value of R square of 0,879. This means that the value of the work environment variables (X1), motivation (X2) and kepuasan kerja (X3) has an effect on the employee performance variable (Y) of 87.9% while the remaining 12.1% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan semangat kewirausahaan pada siswa SMK Negeri 3 Seluma melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan pembinaan. Kegiatan difokuskan pada pengembangan ide kreatif dan kemampuan menciptakan peluang usaha sejak dini, sesuai dengan semangat Kurikulum Merdeka yang mendorong kemandirian dan inovasi peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan interaktif, diskusi dan simulasi penyusunan rencana bisnis sederhana. Siswa diajak untuk mengenali potensi diri, memahami konsep ide dan peluang usaha, serta mempresentasikan gagasan bisnis mereka di hadapan fasilitator dan teman sebaya. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi, kreativitas, dan keberanian siswa dalam berpikir wirausaha. Beberapa peserta berhasil merumuskan ide usaha yang relevan dengan kebutuhan lokal, Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mendorong partisipasi aktif guru dan sekolah dalam menciptakan pembelajaran berbasis proyek kewirausahaan. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini memperkuat peran dosen sebagai agen pemberdayaan masyarakat, sekaligus memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam menyiapkan generasi muda yang mandiri, kreatif, dan siap menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja dan bisnis.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Rico Putra Selatan in Bengkulu City using profitability and liquidity ratios. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with secondary data sourced from the company's financial statements for the 2022-2023 period. The profitability ratios calculated include Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE). Meanwhile, the liquidity ratios include Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR), and Cash Ratio (CaR). The results show a contrasting performance:Profitability is excellent, with average values for GPM at 23.07%, NPM at 3.66%, ROA at 29.25%, and ROE at 32.4%. Most of these figures meet or approach the "Very Good" industry standard.Conversely, liquidity is poor, with average values for CR at 26.65%, QR at 3.23%, and CaR at 3.98%, all of which are far below the 125% minimum standard.This indicates a strong ability to generate profit but a significant limitation in meeting short-term obligations. In conclusion, while PT. Rico Putra Selatan exhibits strong profitability, its liquidity position requires strategic management attention to ensure financial stability and mitigate short-term solvency risks.
