Abstract

Herlin dan Yanto Effendi: The purpose of this study to determine the understanding of government apparatus in the area of financial accounting application in order to realize good governance. Government Personnel Rejang Lebong still has a bit of an apparatus / HR background in accounting, from 25 respondents, only 9 respondents (36%) accounting background and the rest comes from other disciplines.The results showed that the correlation obtained the r value of 0, 203 a positive correlation between the variables x and y variables where the value of r lies in the interval 0 <r <1, and has a level of low relation because r value lies in the interval coefficient of 0, 20 -, 399. Reliability test alpha value of 0.60 is said to be reliable so that the new variable of educational background alpha coefficient of 0.6123, the education and training of alpha coefficient of 0.622 and Awareness Regional Financial Accounting alpha coefficient of 0.710. T-count value <the t-table, t-count equal to 3,699 while the t-table at significant level of 0.05% t-table of 4,946, this means that the level of understanding of government officials in Rejang Lebong specifically the application of financial accounting still weak or low , so they need to increase human resources through education, training, and understanding of financial accounting has become a standard government.Key words: Good Governance.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a form of plan that unravels in the marketing field. To obtain optimal results, this marketing strategy has a broad scope in the field of marketing, including strategies dealing with competition, pricing strategies, product strategies, service strategies and so on. The aim of this research is to determine the marketing strategy at Toko Sumber Bisnis Bintuhan, Kaur Regency. The sample in this study were 30 people consisting of 4 employees at Toko Sumber Bisnis Bintuhan, Kaur Regency for internal factors and 26 people for external factors, namely customers. The analysis method used was SWOT analysis consisting of the Internal Strategy Factor Matrix (IFAS) and the External Strategy Factor Matrix (EFAS). The results showed that the marketing strategy at Toko Sumber Bisnis Bintuhan of Kaur Regency supports the aggressive strategy, or SO strategy in SWOT matrix. The result of the sum of the strengths owned is 43.20 while the weaknesses are 26.90, then the internal quadrant of the factors is 43.20 - 26.90 =16.30 which means the ability of Toko Sumber Bisnis Bintuhan of Kaur Regency to utilize the strengths and minimize the weaknesses that exist on the internal. The chances of this strategy are 42.60 and the threat is 23.41. So the external quadrant factors are 42.60 - 23.41 = 19.19, which means that the high ability of Toko Sumber Bisnis Bintuhan of Kaur Regency to take advantage of opportunities and overcome the threats faced by companies in marketing clothes, bags and shoes.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh Good Governance, transparansi dalam pengelolaan dana desa terhadap kesejahteraaan masyarakat desa di Kecamatan Sindang Kelingi Kabupaten Rejang Lebong  Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara parsial Good Governance dalam pengelolaan dana desa berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat desa di Kecamatan Sindang Kelingi Kabupaten Rejang Lebong. Secara parsial Transapransi dalam pengelolaan dana desa berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kecamatan Sindang Kelingi Kabupaten Rejang Lebong. Secara bersama-sama Good Governance, transparansi dalam pengelolaan dana desa berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat  desa di Kecamatan Sindang Kelingi Kabupaten Rejang Lebong.

Abstract

Macroeconomic changes in Indonesia have encouraged investors' interest in investing in business sectors that are not dominated by imported components. Profit potential and specific segment selection create competition between manufacturers and high standards of cooperation set by retailers. Manufacturers must be able to produce products that are high quality, uniform, clean, attractive, able to supply continuously according to demand and other requirements. Central Hydroponil Bengkulu is Sumardi's hydroponic plant cultivation and is cultivated on one hectare of land, located on Jalan Karbela RT 01, RW 01 Padang Jati Village. Referring to the full commercialization aspect that characterizes management's business, the success of this hydroponic business can be achieved if management's attention is not focused only on the production side, but also on the marketing side. Marketing at Central Hydroponics Bengkulu is done in several ways, including joining a community or association, selling directly to the market, selling directly from the garden, using social media, joining the marketplace.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the effect of window displays, architectural displays on the transactional buying interest. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires. with a sample of 150 respondents, measuring using a Likert scale with a purposive sampling method, analyzing data using the IBM SPSS application version 2023. The results prove that Windows display has a positive and significant influence on transactional buying interest. Display architecture has a positive and significant influence on the transactional purchase intention. Simultaneously it proves that together that window display and display architecture have a positive and significant influence on the transactional purchase intention The limitations of this study are the use of questionnaires where sometimes the answers from the respondents do not reflect the actual conditions, time constraints and demographic data of respondents and the variables used are few. This research is expected to be useful for outlets selling at Bencoolen Mall Bengkulu, to increase sales through the arrangement of goods such as window displays, architectural displays

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is a condition where consumer feel satisfy or dissatisfy after his want and hope toward the available menu, price, facility and service are granted. Consumers will satisfy if his want or hope is granted while he will feel dissatisfy if his want and hope is not available. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of taste, performance quality and price toward customer’s satisfaction at Uda Denai restaurant in Bengkulu city. The sample of this research is 140 customers of Uda Denai restaurant in Bengkulu city. Data are collected by using questionnaire and analysis method which used in this research is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis test. The result shows that multiple linear regression shows that there is a positive influence from taste, service quality and price toward customers’satisfaction in Uda Denai restaurant in Bengkulu city. Because the regression shows positive value, Y = 10,794+ 0,178X1 + 0,397X2 + 0,137X3 + e. Taste has significance influence toward customers’ satisfaction. Because the significance score is 0,015 smaller than 0,05. Price has significance influence toward customers’ satisfaction toward customers at Uda Denai restaurant in Bengkulu City, because significance score is 0,000 smaller than 0,05. Price has the significance influence toward customers’ satisfaction at Uda Denai restaurant because the significance score is 0,028 smaller than 0,05. Taste, service quality and price influenced together toward customers’ satisfaction. It means that earlier hypothesis is proofed (Ha is accepted). It means there’s a significance influence between taste, service quality and price toward customers’ satisfaction together with determination coefficient from R square (0,454). It means that taste, service quality and price influence the customers’ satisfaction with score 45,4% while the other (100-45,4%=54,6%) is influenced by other factors which is not observed by this research.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of product quality and features on consumers purchasing decisions for Vivo Smartphones at Faizal Cell, Kaur Regency. The sample in this study were 150 consumers who purchased Vivo Smartphone at Faizal Cell, Kaur Regency who were taken by using accidental sampling technique. The data then collected by using a questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 18.944 + 0.317X1 + 0.242 X2 + 2.688, that showed a positive regression direction. It means that there is a positive influence between X1 (features) and X2 (product quality) on purchasing decisions (Y). If the variable features and product quality increase, it will increase purchasing decisions. Moreover, the magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.343 showing that X1 (features) and X2 (product quality) affect purchasing decisions (Y) by 34.3% while the remaining 65.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Likewise, the results of the t test at a significance level of 0.05 explained that partially the feature and product quality variables had a significant influence on the purchasing decision variables of Faizal Cell, Kaur Regency. Finally, the results of the F test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that the variable features and product quality have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions at Faizal Cell, Kaur Regency

Abstract

Maraknya lembaga Bimbingan belajar yang saling melakukan persaingan dalam memasarkan produk unggulannya yang dimilikinya, membuat semakin banyak pula antusias masyrakat dalam mengikuti bimbel pada lembaga tertentu sesuai dengan kebutuhan . Melihat fenomena ini ,maka dilakukannya sosialisasi pada Bimbel Azzahra Kota Bengkulu yang merupakan salah satu lembaga bimbingan belajar yang ada di Bengkulu. Adapun tujuan pengabdia masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk ancaman dan peluang serta penerapan strategi pemasaran Bimbel Azzahra dan menemukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat dalam marketing mix yang meliputi 5 p (Produk,Price,Promosion,place dan people) pada lembaga bimbingan belajar Azzahra Kota Bengkulu untuk mencapai pasar target. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan kepada bendahara kelas di SMPN 12 Kota Bengkulu dalam penyusunan buku kas menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Kegiatan dimulai dengan pemberian materi mengenai dasar-dasar penggunaan Microsoft Excel, diikuti dengan penyuluhan mendalam tentang aplikasi tersebut. Tahap akhir dari kegiatan ini adalah evaluasi untuk mengukur pemahaman peserta. Metode yang diterapkan mencakup ceramah, latihan, dan pendampingan langsung dalam penggunaan Microsoft Excel. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa bendahara kelas berhasil memahami dan menerapkan penggunaan Excel, yang meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam mengatur dan mengelola buku kas dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Simpulan, pelatihan ini memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam pengelolaan buku kas kelas dan meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi di sekolah. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan pemanfaatan digital marketing dalam rangka meningkatkan visibilitas dan jumlah pendaftar pada bimbingan belajar (bimble) Az-Zahra di Kota Bengkulu. Menghadapi era digital, penggunaan strategi pemasaran digital menjadi esensial untuk menjangkau audiensi yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan daya saing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah suvei, observasi serta pendampingan berkelanjutan dengan pemilik yayasan bimble Az-Zahra Kota Bengkulu, dilengkapi dengan analisis data sekunder dari literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Tingkat pemahaman dan penerapan digital marketing di bimble Az-Zahra masih terbatas. Oleh karen itu, program sosialisasi difokuskan pada peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam penggunaan media sosial, optimasi mesin pencari (SEO), serta pembuatan konten pemasaran yang menarik. Implementasi strategi digital marketing diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kehahiran online bimble Az-Zahra, menarik minat calon siswa, dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan jumlah pendaftaran. Evaluasi awal menunjukan respon positif dari pihak manajemen dan adanya peningkatan interaksi di palform digital bimble Az-Zahra. Dengan demikian, sosialisasi ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam mendrorong transformasi digital di sektor Pendidikan nonformal di Kota Bengkulu.
