Abstract

Some factors that influenced the turnover intention of employees in PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Bengkulu. This research was mainly intended to figure out and described some factors that influenced the turnover intention of employees in PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Bengkulu. Sample of methodthat used in research was purposive convenience sampling. Purposive sampling is the choices of sample based on deliberation, that took based on the goal of research. In this research, that has been of sampling were some of leaders and employees of PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Bengkulu. Respondence based on deliberation, that for leaders has been worked in PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Bengkulu since this opened in Bengkulu. Especially for employees, the new employees that joined with this corporation. The result of this research showed that some factors that influenced turnover intention were age, worked period, level of education, loyalty of organization, worked satisfication, and culture that showed in employees of PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Bengkulu.  Key Word: Turnover Intention

Abstract

Communicating is importance for everyone inside organization. All members in the organization must use communications to perform tasks. The process of communication that occurs in the organization especially internal communication is an important factor in creating an effective organization with to improve employee performance. Internal communication is well established can strengthen relationships among employees and generate trust, confidence, openness, honesty, security support, satisfaction work. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of internal communication with the performance of employees at the Office of Revenue Management Finance and Regional Assets Bengkulu Tengah District. The method of analysis used is the validity and reliability test, rank spearman correlation, hypothesis test. The result of spearman rank correlation analysis obtained by spearman rank correlation value 0,96 is 0,800 - 1,000 interval, it means relationship between internal communication (X) with performance of officer of Revenue Service, Financial Management and Asset of Regency of Bengkulu Tengah is very strong and test value t obtained significant results where the significant value in the table is 0,000 and the value of t count 37.87> t table 1.99 means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted so it is proven that internal communication has a significant relationship with the performance of employees on the Office of Revenue, Financial Management and Assets Region of Bengkulu Tengah Regency.Keywords:  Internal Communication, Employee Performance

Abstract

Social marketing marketing projects in a business are very important to develop in a business so that the business can be better known by the public. The aim of this community service in the home sewing business sector is to provide vacancies for sewing business actors so that the businesses they run can get more turnover or jobs from consumers. Methods that can be used to achieve this goal are by helping business people to open their stalls in strategic places and also by opening social media accounts to facilitate product marketing. With the completion of social media creation for business actors, they can immediately jump into loading or sharing some content about the products or services they offer to consumers.

Abstract

Ada beberapa hal yang membuat kendala-kendala berwirausaha dapat diminimalisir dalam era digital ini, yakni dengan membuat upaya berwirausaha menjadi lebih cepat, lebih terjangkau, lebih mudah, bahkan menciptakan banyak kesempatan kolaborasi sehingga dapat membuat suatu usaha menjadi lebih efektif. Dunia digital menawarkan sumber daya baru yang sangat luas bagi para wirausahawan untuk memanfaatkan, mulai dari pengumpulan data terbuka, konten, kode, dan layanan yang tumbuh secara eksponensial hingga kontribusi online pengguna dan komunitas di seluruh dunia. Sosialisasi dilakukan dalam pelatihan ini dengan memberikan pemaparan tentang prinsip-prinsip dasar kewirausahaan masih berlaku dan dapat diaplikasikan di dunia kewirausahaan digital ini, seperti: menumbuhkan pola pikir kewirausahaan, mengidentifikasi peluang yang baik, mengenal pelanggan Anda, memenuhi ketentuan legal, maupun berupaya untuk meningkatkan modal pada siswa–siswi SMAN 1 Kota Bengkulu sehingga dapat menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan digital, perubahan mendasar terletak pada upaya untuk aktif dalam aktivitas bisnis dan terkoneksi dengan masyarakat yang telah melek digital.

Abstract

As an economic driver, BUMDes managers are expected to fulfill their obligations, including preparing financial reports. Based on this financial report, the financial performance, volume of BUMDes business, and the amount to be distributed to financiers will be determined as profit sharing to the village government or village business results. BUMDes have been established in various villages. BUMDes businesses that have been established include: salon services, table and chair rental, savings and loan services and convenience stores. In the process of preparing these financial statements, BUMDes also needs to determine the accounting policies adopted. The accounting policy to be selected is available in the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK-EMKM) published by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (2016). BUMDes managers have attempted to report their responsibilities through financial reports. The importance of BUMDes managers is obliged to develop an adequate accounting system. An adequate accounting system in preparing financial reports includes, among others, the preparation of account codes, account names, general journal books, cash books, bank books, accounts receivable books, goods books, and trial balances. Our service team organizes technical skills training for BUMDes managers in compiling financial reports in accordance with SAK-EMKM. Community Service Activities (PKM) are carried out for 1 month located in Taba Terunjam Village, District, Karang Tinggi Regency, Central Bengkulu This training method is a lecture accompanied by hands-on practice for participants to prepare financial reports with an accounting system in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK-EMKM) published by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants. Abstract

The city of Manna is a city that is famous for its diversity of businesses in the culinary sector, both food and drink. One of the partners in this community service activity is a business actor in the food processing and sales sector, namely the Dosqi Manna Shop, which is managed by Mrs. Lioty, located in A. Yani, Manna City. In 2013, Mrs. Lioty started running a business in the field of typical Palembang food, namely Pempek. Mrs. Lioty provides raw materials, processes raw materials into products, and sells pempek food. There are problems related to business management, including that business actors do not yet have the equipment to support marketing and shipping products outside the city of Manna, and the management of financial records is still simple. The aim of this service is to increase the marketing of Toko Dosqi Manna's pempek products through facilitating the provision of equipment and training in managing business bookkeeping. The methods in this activity are divided into preparation stages (observation, interviews and documentation), implementation (statement of partners' willingness, facilitation of training, and facilitation of equipment provision), and evaluation of activities (partners are monitored after being facilitated with training and equipment). The results achieved in this activity are increased marketing of frozen pempek products and understanding of financial recordopen-accesss.

Abstract

One of the weaknesses of farmers in Indonesia is related to the problem of managing their farms. Farmers usually carry out activities as part of daily life so that the management or management process is not passed properly, starting from the planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling stages of the business. Likewise with the farmers in the village of Ulak Lebar kec. Merigi Kelindang Kab. Central Bengkulu. With this background, this service activity was carried out. Using a simple management introduction method, it can measure changes in both the knowledge and management skills aspects to the community. After participating in the socialization, the community's knowledge increased along with their understanding of the management function (POAC).

Abstract

Digital village is a program concept that implements a system of government services, community services, and community empowerment based on the use of information technology. This program aims to develop village potential, marketing and accelerate access and public services. The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has given rise to website media to inform everything via the internet. Utilization of Website information system media to inform village profiles and potential is also in line with Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning villages, where villages are entitled to greater access to obtain and disseminate development information. Based on this Law, Regional Governments are required to develop Village information systems and the development of Rural Areas independently or in collaboration with related institutions. As an effort to develop the Village Website application, this service proposes training activities for creating a village website to inform village profiles and potential in Air Cold Village, Sindang Kelingi District, Rejang Lebong Regency. Implementation of Community Service Activities (PKM) will be held on December 10, 2021 - January 10, 2022 at Air Cold Village, Bengkulu Province. All of these community service activities ran smoothly and were successful. The method used was lectures accompanied by direct practice for participants to be able to document information in the village into digital information and disseminated through the village website media. Abstract

The village government serves as the frontline in delivering public services in Indonesia, particularly in providing administrative services to the community. However, challenges such as limited human resources and technology often hinder the effectiveness of these services. The Field Work Practice (PKL) activity conducted by students at the Dusun Baru Village Office, Ilir Talo Sub-district, aims to support the implementation of public services, especially in managing administrative letters and handling community complaints. The PKL activities included observation, active participation in administrative services, and assisting community members. The results showed that student involvement was able to improve the efficiency and accuracy of service processes, as well as provide innovative solutions to technical challenges in the field. Therefore, the role of students has proven to be strategic in helping village officials deliver more responsive and professional services.
