Abstract

Keselamatan Kerja salah satu aspek perlindungan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerjas Undang-undang No.1 tahun 1970 pentingnya pengelolaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di sektor tambang tersebut pemerintah mengeluarkan peraturan tentang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja khusus tambang yaitu KEPDIRJEN MINERBA Kemektivitas nasional. ntrian ESDM Nomor 185.K/37.04/DJB/2019 Untuk  mencegah  kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja maka pentingnya pengetahuan dan sikap tenaga kerja yang baik dalam penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di tempat kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran pengetahuan  dan sikap pekerja tambang batubara tentang keselamatan kerja di Blok PIT 1A PT. Surya Anugrah Sejahtera Kabupaten Bungo. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan jumlah responden 33 orang pekerja. Cara pengambilan sampel dengan seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan subyek penelitian, penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari sampai bulan November 2021 dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebanyak 51,5% pekerja tambang batu bara memiliki pengetahuan tinggi  tentang keselamatan kerja dan sebanyak 60,6% pekerja memiliki sikap positif tentang keselamatan kerja. Diharapkan kepada pihak perusahaan agar pekerja memiliki pengetahuan rendah dan sikap negatif tentang keselamatan kerja mendapat penyuluhan dan pelatihan tentang keselamatan kerja tambang, khususnya tambang batubara terbuka.

Abstract

PT. X. is a company engaged in the manufacturing of iron, steel and concrete which in its work process uses a forklift as one of the lifting equipment. This certainly has the potential to cause work accidents and occupational diseases. PT. X Padang Pariaman Regency has forklift SOPs as an effort to prevent work accidents. The purpose of this research is to apply the application of standard forklift operational procedures at PT. X District of Padang Pariaman. This research design is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained by conducting observations, interviews and company documents. Interviews were conducted with 2 informants, namely the HSE Secretary and the Forklift Operator at PT. X District of Padang Pariaman. The results of the interviews were processed by carrying out data reduction, data display, and data verification. Data analysis Refer to the forklift safety quickcard (OSHA 3949 – 2019). The results of this study indicate that the policies and work processes at PT. X Padang Pariaman Regency has been implemented, but not all OSHA 3949 - 2019 items are included in the work instructions at PT. Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including the business sector. E-commerce is one of the important innovations in the business world that facilitates online transactions. This article aims to examine the effectiveness of socialization on the use of e-commerce in business development for students of MA Annur Pagar Jati, Central Bengkulu. This research uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method.. Data were collected through observation and discussion interviews with students of MA Annur Pagar Jati. The results showed that students' understanding of e-commerce increased after the socialization. They better understand the basic concepts of e-commerce, the benefits in business development, and how to use it. This socialization also fosters interest in entrepreneurship among students. Recommendations are given to increase the intensity and quality of socialization to prepare the younger generation to face the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the sociological study of literature on the novel Jamparing by Chye Retty Isnendes. The method in this research is qualitative with a research focus on analyzing the novel (a) the author's world view, (b) socio-cultural background, (c) the author's view of the characters, (d) the characters and relationships between characters and interviews. The result of this research is a novel that shows the conflict between two groups from different social backgrounds as a reflection of complex social reality. The differences are clearly reflected in the lifestyles, values and outlook on life of the two groups from Muhammadiyah Middle Schools and State Middle Schools. The conflict between them represents a larger struggle in society, between traditional and modern, rural and urban. The author uses characters from each group as a vehicle to represent these differences, highlighting the dynamics and growth of the characters. Meanwhile, the dynamics of social relations both within and between groups illustrate the complexity of human interaction. Even though conflict is present, the main message to be conveyed is the importance of tolerance, understanding and respect for diversity in society. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kajian sosiologi sastra pada novel jamparing karya Chye Retty Isnendes. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian analisis novel (a) pandangan dunia pengarang, (b) latar belakang sosial budaya, (c) pandangan pengarang terhadap tokoh, (d) karakter tokoh dan hubungan antar tokoh dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Novel yang memperlihatkan pertentangan antara dua kelompok dari latar belakang sosial yang berbeda menjadi cerminan realitas sosial yang kompleks. Perbedaan jelas tercermin dalam gaya hidup, nilai-nilai, dan pandangan hidup kedua kelompok dari SMP Muhammadiyah dan SMP Negeri. Konflik yang terjadi antara mereka merepresentasikan pertarungan yang lebih besar dalam masyarakat, antara tradisional dan modern, pedesaan dan perkotaan. Pengarang menggunakan tokoh-tokoh dari masing-masing kelompok sebagai wadah untuk merepresentasikan perbedaan tersebut, menyoroti dinamika dan pertumbuhan karakter. Sementara itu, dinamika hubungan sosial baik di dalam maupun antara kelompok menggambarkan kompleksitas dalam interaksi manusia. Meskipun konflik hadir, pesan utama yang ingin disampaikan adalah pentingnya toleransi, pengertian, dan penghargaan terhadap keragaman dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and socialize production strategies in palm sugar businesses to increase efficiency and productivity. Socialization of this strategy was carried out involving palm sugar farmers, craftsmen and related stakeholders. The methods used include field observations, in-depth interviews, and evaluation. The research results show that by implementing more modern and efficient production techniques, as well as optimal use of resources, palm sugar businesses can improve product quality and production capacity. Apart from that, ongoing education and training on production and marketing management also supports the sustainability of this business. The conclusion of this research is that the socialization of appropriate production strategies can have a positive impact on increasing the competitiveness and welfare of palm sugar business actors.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the philosophical study and key characteristics of philosophy in the novel Pangantén by Deden Abdul Aziz. A descriptive qualitative approach was used to analyze data from novel excerpts that reflect philosophical inquiry. Data were collected through the process of reading, noting, and marking relevant quotes. The results of the research show 63 pieces of philosophical data and 5 key characteristics of philosophy. Among them, 13 data points depict radical thinking, focusing on fundamental questions about human life and existence. A total of 20 data points relate to the search for basic principles or foundations, reflecting a contemplation of values that guide human behavior. Additionally, 8 data points reflect the pursuit of truth, another 8 depict efforts to achieve conceptual clarity, and 14 data points describe rational thinking, emphasizing logic and reasoning in decision-making. These results indicate that the novel Pangantén not only presents a narrative but also conveys deep philosophical reflections. These elements position the novel as a medium for illustrating philosophical ideas about existence, principles, truth, clarity, and rationality in everyday life.

Abstract

Introducing understanding and education to teachers and students of SMKN 3 Seluma begins by explaining the material about the Introduction of Digital Business for the Young Generation in Fostering the Spirit of Entrepreneurship in Students by downloading the Profit Anywhere application, this activity is also a forum for lecturers of the Faculty of Economics, Dehasen University to implement learning or theories that have been taught in lectures because in the world of work to come, students are required to be smart in choosing the type of entrepreneurship or can choose to become entrepreneurs who can create their own jobs instead of relying on jobs that are open to the public and many competitors. In this activity, students are also given an understanding of how to become a young entrepreneur who can provide benefits to many people.

Abstract

The village government serves as the frontline in delivering public services in Indonesia, particularly in providing administrative services to the community. However, challenges such as limited human resources and technology often hinder the effectiveness of these services. The Field Work Practice (PKL) activity conducted by students at the Dusun Baru Village Office, Ilir Talo Sub-district, aims to support the implementation of public services, especially in managing administrative letters and handling community complaints. The PKL activities included observation, active participation in administrative services, and assisting community members. The results showed that student involvement was able to improve the efficiency and accuracy of service processes, as well as provide innovative solutions to technical challenges in the field. Therefore, the role of students has proven to be strategic in helping village officials deliver more responsive and professional services.

Abstract

This research discusses the opportunities and challenges of the PT case study satam education and training company. DOA Group Indonesia. With a qualitative descriptive approach to identify and describe various opportunities owned by PT. DOA Group Indonesia. The data used is secondary, collected from various trusted sources, including scientific journals and official publications from government agencies and related organizations. Big opportunity PT. DOA Group Indonesia is a security guard education and training company in Indonesia because unemployment is still high at the high school/equivalent level, which is the potential for security guard education and training participants. Challenges faced by PT. DOA Group Indonesia is corporate branding, long distance, and many competing companies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision and work discipline on the performance of employees at the Lungkang Kule District Office, Kaur Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Lungkang Kule District Office, Kaur Regency, totaling 31 employees, with a sample size of 31 employees. The sampling technique was cluster sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression: Y = 23.319 + 0.166X1 + 0.015X2, meaning that if supervision and work discipline were increased by 100%, employee performance would be worth 0.166 and 0.015 respectively. The results of the study showed simultaneously by comparing the F count value with F table, so that it was known that the F table value was 3.757 > 3.16 and it could be concluded that supervision and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance at the Lungkang Kule District Office, Kaur Regency. Based on the partial test, it is known that supervision has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Lungkang Kule District Office, Kaur Regency with a sig value of 0.004 < alpha (0.05), while work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of the Lungkang Kule District Office, Kaur Regency with a sig value of 0.810 > alpha (0.05).
