Abstract

Analysis of the recruitment and workload of educators and education staff at Mts. Human Development. With the focus of his research on recruitment and workload based on an analysis of the workload carried out by educators and education staff at Mts.Bina Insani. The purpose of this study is to determine the recruitment and fulfillment of the workload of educators and education staff at Mts. Bina Insani, this research method is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach with data collection techniques carried out by observation and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses the data reduction stage, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that educators and education staff at Mts. Bina Insani has carried out the duties and responsibilities according to the workload.

Abstract

The educational process in learning activities or in the classroom can run smoothly, comfortably and interactively if it is based on a good basic program. Education can be carried out well if the curriculum is used as the main tool to support the teaching and learning process, one of the government's efforts to improve the quality of education through program innovation. Curriculum research is one of the factors and ways to facilitate the implementation of education to achieve the stated goals. The school curriculum is an important part of education because it regulates the entire educational process from planning to assessment. The program development process includes the steps necessary to develop a program; can also be understood as steps to create a program or improve an existing program. The method used in preparing this article is qualitative by collecting data using interview and observation techniques related to curriculum development management. As a result, you can understand the curriculum development process so you know the steps taken to develop the curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Taman Sidoarjoand substantiated in the main text and should not exaggerate the main conclusions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pentingnya peran psikologi Pendidikan terhadap siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan tinjauan literatur (library research), dimana pembahasanpada penelitian ini didasarkan pada pendapat-pendapat ahli danhasil penelitian terdahulu tentang psikologi dan proses pembelajaran. Key Informants semua bidang berjumlah 3 jurnal yang dipilih secara library research. Hasil penelitian menunjukan peran psikologi Pendidikan mewujudkan tindakan yang tepat dan interaksi yang baik antara pendidik dan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai pendidik bagi peserta didiknya, tentunya dituntut memahami various aspects of his behavior maupun yang terkait dengan tugasnya, terutama perilaku peserta didik dengan segala aspeknya. Dengan memahami karakteristik siswa maka guru akan menjadi bijak dalam menyiapkan media pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran, dan dalam memberikan penilaian.

Abstract

The type of research used in this writing is descriptive qualitative research. Descriptive qualitative is an analytical technique focused on understanding a problem, context, complexity, and subjectivity. Qualitative data sources can be text, audio, and visual data. The subject in this research is the vice principal for curriculum. While the data collection techniques in this study we used 2 ways, namely by conducting in-depth interviews and literature studies. This research uses primary data. The purpose of this study is that the evaluation of educational programs at SDIT AT TAQWA can provide an in-depth understanding of the quality of education provided, in line with the school's vision and mission. The results of this evaluation can be used as a basis for identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the education program, as well as formulating corrective actions that can increase the effectiveness and suitability of the program with the desired educational objectives.
