Abstract

Using artificial intelligence, physicists have condensed a daunting quantum problem that until recently required 100,000 equations into a task of as few as four equations - all without sacrificing accuracy. Artificial intelligence is becoming the most current achievement of the computing world. The human brain is to some extent represented and spliced with the ability to solve problems. The purpose of this study is to describe in detail how the power of artificial intelligence with its complex system can help the needs of digital technology in the banking sector. The research method used is the elaboration of great thoughts and facts about artificial intelligence. Scientific data is interpreted with analytical power that is as precise as possible, so as to produce a description that meets the logic of structured thinking. The data is taken from relevant and up-to-date literature, the work of scientists who have been disseminated in various weighty scientific publications at the world level. The results of the study found how artificial intelligence has folded the complexity of the problem into a simple solution. Artificial intelligence in the banking world becomes an instrument that integrates consumers, smartphones, databases, security systems, financial services authorities, agencies, law enforcement officers, and various derivative digital systems.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital membuka peluang baru dalam transformasi pembelajaran, termasuk dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Salah satu teknologi yang dapat dimanfaatkan adalah Augmented Reality (AR) yang memungkinkan objek 3D muncul di dunia nyata secara interaktif. Pengetahuan dalam penguasaan struktur objek kalimat merupakan salah satu aspek terpenting dalam keterampilan berbahasa Inggris. Salah satu metode yang dapat diterapkan untuk membantu siswa memahami dan menggunakan pola kalimat secara benar adalah Latihan Pola Berbahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan Augmented Reality. Metode ini memungkinkan siswa/i untuk mempelajari pola-pola kalimat secara sistematis dan terstruktur melalui berbagai bentuk latihan seperti drawing pattern practice, spelling response practice, spelling practice, dan listening practice. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi siswa SMA Negeri 1 Besitang adalah kesulitan memahami struktur kalimat, keterbatasan kosakata, lemahnya penguasaan tata bahasa, ketergantungan pada terjemahan, serta rendahnya rasa percaya diri dalam menggunakan bahasa Inggris. Tujuan kegiatan program ini adalah untuk melatih siswa agar mampu menguasai pola-pola kalimat bahasa Inggris sehingga mereka dapat berkomunikasi secara efektif dan percaya diri. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan menjalin kerja sama antara tim pengabdian Universitas Putra Abadi Langkat dengan guru dan pihak sekolah melalui pelatihan intensif dan pendampingan. Setelah dilakukan serangkaian kegiatan mulai dari pemaparan materi hingga praktik langsung, terlihat adanya peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami dan menggunakan struktur kalimat dalam bahasa Inggris. Selain itu, antusiasme siswa dan dukungan pihak sekolah sangat tinggi, yang ditunjukkan melalui permintaan untuk melanjutkan pelatihan serupa di masa mendatang Kata Kunci : Augmented Reality, Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris, Pelatihan Bahasa Inggris, Siswa SMA

Abstract

The gig economy in Indonesia has grown rapidly, but gig workers face significant challenges, including job stress and health issues that impact their resilience. This study examines how work support influences work resilience among gig workers in North Sumatra, focusing on the mediating roles of job stress, mental health, and physical health. The objective was to investigate the direct and indirect effects of work support on resilience in a culturally relevant context. A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 387 gig workers, including ride-hailing drivers, food delivery workers, and freelancers, using validated scales to measure work support, job stress, mental health, physical health, and resilience. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling to test direct and mediating relationships. The findings show that work support directly enhances resilience and indirectly improves it by reducing job stress and improving mental and physical health. The model explains a significant portion of resilience variance, highlighting the critical role of support in mitigating gig work challenges. In conclusion, comprehensive support systems are essential for fostering resilience among gig workers, particularly in Indonesia, where cultural and platform-related factors shape worker well-being.
