Abstract

Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan merupakan salah satu daerah dengan tingkat pengangguran tertinggi di Pulau Sulawesi, yang menunjukkan adanya permasalahan serius dalam sektor ketenagakerjaan dan indikasi bahwa penyerapan tenaga kerja belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penyerapan tenaga kerja di kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini memanfaatkan data sekunder dalam bentuk data panel yang mencakup periode 2019-2023. Hasil analisis menggunakan Uji Chow dan Uji Hausman menunjukkan bahwa model terbaik untuk data panel ini adalah Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Temuan penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa upah minimum tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja, sementara tingkat pendidikan dan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di kabupaten/kota Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah sosial yang menjadi tantangan baik negara maju maupun negara berkembang ialah kemiskinan. Masalah kemiskinan juga menjadi salah satu hambatan dalam proses pembangunan suatu negara, termasuk di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh belanja bantuan sosial, belanja infrastruktur, dan dana alokasi khusus (DAK) terhadap kemiskinan di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan berupa time series tahun 2009-2023 yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Kementrian Keuangan Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan model regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa belanja bantuan sosial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Indonesia. Selanjutnya, belanja infrastruktur tidak berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kemiskinan di Indonesia. Sedangkan Dana Alokasi Khusus berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Indonesia.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of a quality culture-based approach in addressing the dynamics of change at SMP Negeri 37 Sinjai. This research aims to analyze the strategy, the application of discipline and responsibility values, and the obstacles faced in building a culture of quality in schools. The research was conducted using a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through semi-structured interviews with the school principal and the head of curriculum, focusing on experiences and perspectives regarding the implementation of a quality culture. The results showed that the school's vision and mission are oriented towards the formation of a generation with character, excellence in achievement and global competitiveness. The implementation of quality culture is carried out through competency-based programs, technological innovation, religious activities, as well as habituation of disciplinary values and responsibilities that are strengthened by a system of sanctions and rewards. Teachers act as role models and mentors, while students are trained to practice these values in their daily activities. This strategy has proven effective in creating a conducive educational environment, improving the quality of learning and building responsible and disciplined student characters. The implementation of a quality culture at SMP Negeri 37 Sinjai supports the creation of quality and sustainable education. There is a need to strengthen teacher training, regular evaluation systems and the use of technology to support learning innovation. A collaborative approach involving all stakeholders is essential to ensure the success of a holistic quality culture.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengulas dampak Upah Minimum Pendidikan, dan  Pertumbuhan  Ekonomi  terhadap  Penyerapan  Tenaga  Kerja  di  Kabupaten  Bulukumba. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Kuantitatif Data di proleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Bulukumba, Tehnik Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Model Regresi Linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Upah Minimum Berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja di Kabupaten Bulukumba; pendidikan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Bulukumba; dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Bulukumba.Kata Kunci: Upah Minimum, Pendidikan, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja

Abstract

Teacher work culture is a key component in achieving educational quality at schools. School principals play a strategic role in shaping and improving productive work culture. This research aims to analyze the principal's management in enhancing teacher work culture at MI Darul Hikmah in Bone Regency. The research method employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings reveal that the principal applied a transformational approach through periodic supervision, motivation provision, and creating a collaborative work environment. Supporting factors include the principal's strong commitment, availability of learning facilities, and positive interactions among teachers. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include teacher tardiness, high workloads with low compensation, and limited learning resources, particularly for the Merdeka Curriculum. To address these challenges, the principal implemented a duty roster system, personal approaches, and encouraged collaboration between senior and junior teachers. Additionally, the principal initiated teacher professionalism development programs through training and seminars to improve teaching quality. Regular evaluations were conducted to ensure the effectiveness of the implemented strategies. The research recommends strengthening coordination, improving evaluation systems, and developing sustainable programs to support productive teacher work culture.
