Abstract

The collaboration between guidance and counseling (BK) teachers and psychologists in addressing student issues is crucial for enhancing student well-being and academic achievement. This article explains the importance of this collaboration in supporting the psychosocial and academic development of students. BK teachers provide guidance and counseling support within the educational environment, while psychologists offer specialized knowledge in understanding and addressing psychological issues. Through the integration of knowledge and skills from both professions, educational services can become more holistic and effective in addressing various challenges faced by students. This collaboration ensures that students receive appropriate interventions, enabling them to overcome barriers to learning and develop academically, emotionally, and socially. The roles of teachers and psychologists influencing this collaboration, as well as its benefits for students, teachers, and schools, are also discussed in this article. By understanding the importance of this collaboration, a more inclusive and supportive learning environment can be created for the optimal growth and development of students.

Abstract

The guidance also counseling teacher is one of the important components in education, but some of the other components in education consider the guidance and counseling teacher important but some consider it not important, therefore the purpose of this study is to explore and understand the perceptions of teachers also students regarding the role of guidance also counseling in the context of education. This study used the Systematic Literature Review method to identify, review, evaluate, also interpret all available research. This researcher systematically reviewed and identified journals by following established procedures. The articles reviewed are in accordance with the topic, namely the perceptions of teachers also students regarding the role of counseling teachers. The results of this study will provide valuable knowledge for policy makers, educational practitioners, and researchers to improve also optimize the role of guidance also counseling in creating an educational environment that supports holistic student growth and development. Further research could explore more effective strategies to address the identified challenges also improve the accessibility also quality of guidance and counseling services in different educational contexts.

Abstract

This research goals to verify in depth how the people of Cikondang Traditional Village in Lamajang Village, Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency, maintain ancestral traditions in the midst of a stronger trend of modernization. The main issue raised is the extent to which cultural values, customary laws, and traditional social structures are still able to survive and be implemented consistently in the midst of changes in lifestyles and global technology. Apply a descriptive case study method also a qualitative approach, which allows researchers to understand the meaning and cultural practice holistically. Data was obtained by participatory observation techniques, in-depth interviews, also documentation of traditional activities, with key sources such as traditional figures, traditional assistants, and the younger generation. The research results show that the Cikondang community is able to maintain the continuity of tradition through a non-coercive customary law system, a traditional deliberation mechanism, and value regeneration through the active involvement of youth in cultural activities. In addition, people also make limited adaptations to digital media as a means of traditional documentation, while maintaining the boundaries of traditional ethics. Tradition functions as a dynamic, spiritual, and contextual system of ethics and social law.
