Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the differences between Traditional Games and Learning results in the interpersonal intelligence of children 6-8 years old. The research used the experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design. The research findings are as follows, 1). Interpersonal intelligence Students group 6-8 years old who use traditional game goro are higher than student group who use traditional game tengge-tengge, 2). There is an interaction effect between traditional games and learning results toward interpersonal intelligence of children 6-8 years old, 3). Interpersonal intelligence Students group 6-8 years old who have high learning results which using traditional game goro are higher than using traditional tengge-tengge, 4). Interpersonal intelligence Students group 6-8 years old who have low learning results which using traditional game tengge-tengge are higher than using traditional goro.

Abstract

A healthy lifestyle is an important foundation in achieving a good quality of life. Physical education in schools plays a significant role in introducing and instilling healthy living habits in children from an early age. In addition, the role of parents as primary educators at home is crucial in supporting and strengthening healthy habits taught in schools. Collaboration between physical education and education from parents can create a conducive environment for children to adopt a healthy lifestyle sustainably. This activity was carried out in Timbuolo Village, Botupingge District, Bone Bolango Regency, and attended by the village head, teachers, principals, and parents. Through this Community Service socialization activity, it is hoped that parents can increase their insight into Health and a healthy lifestyle so that children can develop according to their developmental stages

Abstract

Emotional development in children is a major factor that influences their attitudes, values, and behavior in the future. This development aspect requires special attention because it must be fostered from the beginning. This study aims to create a product that can be used as a means in the learning process, namely "Slingshot Ball," which is designed to support the emotional development of early childhood and act as an educational game media; this study was conducted on early childhood group A at Cempaka Kindergarten, with a total of 25 participants aged 4-5 years. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), following the steps Borg and Gall developed through structured stages. Based on the evaluation of media experts, Slingshot Ball scored 35 with an average of 4, which is included in the "very good" category. (26.17 <X ≤ 32.63). Meanwhile, the assessment of material experts showed that the Slingshot Ball media scored 28 with an average of 4.3, which is included in the "good" category (23.76 <X ≤ 29.28). Group trials show that this media is efficient and falls into the "very developed" category in encouraging the emotional progress of early childhood, with a score of 90%. Therefore, the Slingshot Ball media is worthy of being used by educators as an interactive learning tool to support the emotional development of early childhood.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the creativity of children in Group B at TK State Pembina Ki Hajar Dewantoro I Kindergarten, Kota Selatan District, Gorontalo City. The research employed a qualitative method focusing on children's creativity in Group B. The study involved 24 children from Group B and one teacher as subjects. Data were collected through interviews and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results revealed that the creativity of children in Group B at TK State Pembina Ki Hajar Dewantoro I Kindergarten, Kota Selatan District, Gorontalo City, could develop optimally based on several indicators. The first indicator, fluency, showed that most children were able to generate numerous ideas quickly and complete specific tasks efficiently. The second indicator, flexibility, indicated that children could create diverse ideas, provide varied answers, and explore alternative solutions. The third indicator, originality, revealed that children could produce unique and unconventional ideas or solutions and solve problems in an original manner. The fourth indicator, elaboration, demonstrated that children could expand their ideas and provide detailed descriptions of an object. The fifth indicator, redefinition, showed that children were capable of revisiting an object and solving problems related to it effectively.
