Abstract

The present study investigates the dynamics of sustainable human resources (HR) practices in the Indonesian tourist sector, with a particular emphasis on staff skills and adherence to government rules. The study utilized a quantitative methodology, specifically utilizing Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), to examine data gathered from 235 individuals who represented a varied range of industries. The findings showed strong positive correlations: employee capabilities and compliance with legal requirements are both positively impacted by sustainable HR practices. Furthermore, compliance with government rules is positively impacted by staff competencies. With a Root Mean Square Error of Approximation of 0.06 and a Goodness-of-Fit Index of 0.92, the model demonstrated a decent fit. These results provide important new understandings of the complex interactions that exist in the Indonesian tourism industry between employee capabilities, sustainable HR practices, and regulatory compliance.

Abstract

In Indonesian retail enterprises, this study explores the complex links between HR practices, employee empowerment, workforce diversity, organizational communication, organizational resilience, and employee retention. Utilizing Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), a quantitative methodology was utilized to examine data gathered from 215 workers in a range of roles in the retail industry. Organizational communication and employee retention, workforce diversity and organizational resilience, and employee empowerment and retention were all found to have strong beneficial correlations with HR practices. Furthermore, corporate communication, diversity in the workforce, employee empowerment, and HR policies all had a substantial positive impact on employee retention and organizational resilience. The suggested model's validity was reinforced by the model fit indices, which attested to its sufficiency. These results highlight the holistic integration of these aspects to promote resilience and retention in the dynamic Indonesian retail sector, offering insightful information to HR practitioners and organizational leaders. The findings of this study provide real implications for leaders in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia in maintaining organizational resilience.

Abstract

Poster Layanan Publik yang baik, jelas dan menarik tentu bermanfaat bagi warga masyarakat dalam memahami informasi/kebijakan2 yang disosialisasikan oleh pemerintah dalam hal ini kantor desa sebagai ujung tombak pelayanan publik harus mampu memfasilitasi keterbukaan informasi publik tersebut salah satunya dengan menyediakan tampilan poster layanan publik yang menarik dan jelas dibaca warga masyarakat. Khalayak sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini pada khususnya adalah aparatur desa anjir serapat baru kecamatan kapuas timur kabupaten kapuas. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, diskusi dan dokumentasi. Secara umum pelatihan ini dapat dikatakan berhasil karena para peserta pelatihan mengikuti dengan tekun dan tertib terhadap materi yang di sampaikan. Bahkan setelah dilakukan tanya jawab, para peserta menyatakan bahwa setelah mengikuti pelatihan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mereka bertambah.
