Abstract

Students perception is something that crucial to be understood by educators in order to shape a suitable appraches to use in class so the expected outcomes can be achieved. In responding to the recommedatioon of method that can be used in higher education level is Project Based Learning (PBL). This method concerns to activities that more students’ center and the process how the students providing solutions of the real problem faced by the industry or people in general by implementing their knowledge and critical thinking. So, this study is aimed to see how the students’ perceptions of the implementation of PBL in their classrooms. This study applied the descriptiove qualitative method by describing phenomena. Based on the questionnaire and interview done, it is found out that overall students have good perceptions toward the implementation of PBL, though there are some lacks related to the role of the educators and also the collaborative working among team members.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Museum Musik Indonesia Malang untuk merancang prosedur penataan arsip dinamis inaktif yang mempermudah dan mempercepat penemuan kembali arsip, mengingat proses sebelumnya belum sesuai ketentuan sehingga menghambat efisiensi. Menggunakan metode tindakan satu siklus (diagnosis, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi), data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner, lalu dianalisis dengan skala Likert, metode SUS, dan Angka Kecermatan (AK). Hasil menunjukkan prosedur yang dirancang meningkatkan keteraturan dan kecepatan temu kembali arsip, dengan AK kategori “baik” dan skor SUS 87,92 (“excellent”), menandakan kemudahan penggunaan dan kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan museum. Disarankan pemeriksaan arsip berkala serta pencadangan data rutin untuk menjaga keamanan dan keberlanjutan informasiKata Kunci: Prosedur Penataan Arsip, Arsip Dinamis, Museum Musik Indonesia, Action Research, Penemuan Kembali Arsip

Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia memiliki beberapa fungsi, salah satunya adalah pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Salah satu aspek yang perlu dikembangkan adalah kompetensi. Kompetensi dalam hal ini berupa pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap yang memadai, yang cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan, seperti kinerja yang tepat dari suatu pekerjaan. Salah satu perilaku karyawan yang belum dikembangkan dan ditingkatkan adalah perilaku inovasi dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan Model Pembentukan Perilaku Inovatif Dosen Perguruan Tinggi Negeri vokasi di Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei literature. Studi pengembangan model pembentukan perilaku inovatif dosen vokasi ini dilakukan dalam empat tahap. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah Studi pustaka, pengembangan model, desain model, terakhir implementasi pengembangan instrumen. Model ini menggambarkan konstruk dan proposisi yang digunakan sebagai dasar untuk membangun model konseptual. Penelitian ini akan meningkatkan pemahaman tentang bagaimana pola perilaku inovasi terbentuk, khususnya di kalangan dosen di perguruan tinggi negeri vokasi di Jawa Timur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian jeans levi’s. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian explanatory research. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif Program Studi Manajemen Pemasaran Politeknik Negeri Malang yang pernah melakukan pembelian jeans Levi’s. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada 92 responden menggunakan teknik sampling total. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji t, serta uji F. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Besarnya pengaruh brand image dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian (adjusted R2) adalah sebesar 38 persen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dimensi kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada De View Hotel Batu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan variabel yaitu tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy dan kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi serta dengan teknik purposive sampling diperoleh 100 responden konsumen pada De View Hotel Batu. Untuk analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,985 yang berarti pengaruh tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance dan empathy terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 98,5 persen.

Abstract

Currently, there are still many family archive treatments that have not been handled properly. There are still difficulties in finding archives when they need them for administrative needs. Each member faces various problems in the management of archives, due to lack of awareness. Therefore, family archives that are managed systematically will provide convenience in solving problems faced quickly and effectively Family archive management is needed by every family in storing and handling family records that are considered to contain important information. There are many archive storage systems ranging from storage systems based on subject, name, date, region and number. This study aims to find out and analyze the appropriate family archive storage system to measure how effective it is for retrieval of archives that have been stored, the research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used is through informant interviews and documentation. The results showed that as many as 42 respondents had done a good archiving for their family archives even though it was not systematic in accordance with the existing archive storage system. The remaining 8 respondents still did not do a good filing for their family documents. So that for the process of retrieving the archives needed, the average respondent, especially those who do not file family documents properly, find it difficult to find the documents needed. From this research, it can be concluded that the importance of managing family archives properly to facilitate the rediscovery of needed archives and most importantly also maintain vital archives that have very important use value so as not to be damaged

Abstract

Social media nowadays is a marketing tool that supposed to be had by business owners because we can say that almost all people, especially in Indoneisa is social media active users, so if the business owner needs to be able to communicate with the target market or customers, it is highly recommended for them to optimize the use of social media. Though, there is a problem that usually faced by the small and medium enterprises that is lack of human resources and limited skill and knowledge about social media marketing, so by having this program, it is expected that in the future the SME can maximize the use of their social media platforms. The method applied in this activity of community service is doing training and mentoring with the business owner as the one that designs and plans her company marketing strategy. By having all the activities, it is found that the inconsistency in uploading and traditional content writing make the social media communication lack of engagement, so in conclusion finding customers behavior in using social media and creating a more life-connected experience content can create more interest for the custome
