Abstract

This research, titled "OVERVIEW OF THE INFLUENCE OF STORE ATMOSPHERE, EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING, AND VALUE PERCEPTIONS ON CONSUMER LOYALTY WITH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE" (Case Study at Teman Semeja Coffee & Space Pekalongan), aims to analyze the effects of store atmosphere, experiential marketing, and perceived value on consumer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Data were collected through questionnaires from a sample of 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. The study utilized validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing (t-test), determination coefficient, path analysis, and the Sobel test with IBM SPSS 20.0. The results show that the store atmosphere has no significant effect on consumer loyalty (tcount = 1.901 < ttable = 1.984; Sig. = 0.060 > 0.05). Experiential marketing also shows no significant effect on consumer loyalty (tcount = 0.089 < ttable = 1.984; Sig. = 0.929 > 0.05; direct effect < indirect effect). However, perceived value has a significant effect on consumer loyalty (tcount = 2.046 > ttable = 1.984; Sig. = 0.044 < 0.05). Regarding the indirect effects, store atmosphere significantly affects consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction (Sobel test: tcount = 9.745 > ttable = 1.984; Sab = 0.0029 < 0.05), as does experiential marketing (Sobel test: tcount = 17.054 > ttable = 1.984; Sab = 0.0028 < 0.05) and perceived value (Sobel test: tcount = 34.191 > ttable = 1.984; Sab = 0.0029 < 0.05). Additionally, customer satisfaction has a significant direct effect on consumer loyalty (tcount = 4.889 > ttable = 1.984; Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study explores the legislative Carry Over mechanism within the Indonesian legal framework, with particular attention to its institutional design, implementation challenges, and procedural dimensions. Employing a normative juridical method complemented by a comparative legal approach, the research analyzes how the Carry Over mechanism functions in practice and its implications for legislative continuity across parliamentary terms. The findings suggest that while the Carry Over concept offers a pathway for sustaining legislative deliberation beyond a single legislative period, its application in Indonesia remains hindered by a number of structural and technical obstacles. These include persistent legal uncertainty, shifts in political direction following changes in parliamentary composition, and questions regarding the democratic legitimacy of continuing draft laws without renewed public or legislative scrutiny. In response to these concerns, the study proposes a set of policy reforms, including the establishment of clearer regulatory frameworks, enhanced procedural accountability, and stronger inter-institutional coordination—each aimed at reinforcing the effectiveness and legitimacy of the Carry Over mechanism within Indonesia’s legislative process. Studi ini mengkaji mekanisme Carry Over dalam kerangka hukum Indonesia, dengan fokus khusus pada desain institusionalnya, tantangan implementasi, dan dimensi proseduralnya. Menggunakan metode yuridis normatif yang dilengkapi dengan pendekatan hukum komparatif, penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana mekanisme Carry Over berfungsi dalam praktik dan implikasinya terhadap kelanjutan legislatif antar periode parlemen. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun konsep Carry Over menawarkan jalur untuk mempertahankan pembahasan legislatif melampaui satu periode legislatif, implementasinya di Indonesia masih terhambat oleh sejumlah hambatan struktural dan teknis. Hambatan tersebut meliputi ketidakpastian hukum yang persisten, pergeseran arah politik setelah perubahan komposisi parlemen, dan pertanyaan mengenai legitimasi demokratis melanjutkan rancangan undang-undang tanpa pengawasan publik atau legislatif yang diperbarui. Sebagai tanggapan atas kekhawatiran ini, studi ini mengusulkan serangkaian reformasi kebijakan, termasuk pembentukan kerangka regulasi yang lebih jelas, peningkatan akuntabilitas prosedural, dan koordinasi antar lembaga yang lebih kuat—masing-masing bertujuan untuk memperkuat efektivitas dan legitimasi mekanisme Carry Over dalam proses legislatif Indonesia. Abstract

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) are rights that provide official protection to creators and inventors for their unique and creative works. Indonesian law regulates IPR, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, industrial designs, trade secrets, and geographical indications. Each type of IPR has distinct characteristics and protections, aimed at enabling rights holders to receive fair financial compensation and recognition for their works. Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright protects works of art, literature, and science; Law No. 13 of 2016 on Patents protects inventions in the field of technology; and Law No. 20 of 2016 on Trademarks and Geographical Indications protects distinctive signs for goods or services. In addition, there is also a comprehensive set of laws for various types of intellectual property regulated by Law No. 31 of 2000 on Industrial Designs, Law No. 30 of 2000 on Trade Secrets, Law No. 32 of 2000 on Integrated Circuit Layout Designs, and Law No. 29 of 2000 on Plant Variety Protection. These legal provisions not only ensure the protection of individual rights but are also aimed at fostering creativity and innovation in Indonesia.

Abstract

Konsumen dalam transaksi e-commerce mempunyai posisi tawar yang lemah, sehingga konsumen perlu mendapatkan perlindungan hukum dari tindakan pelaku usaha atau penjual yang merugikan konsumen. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen dalam perjanjian jual beli pada e-commerce di Indonesia. Penulisan ini mengunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Menurut penelitian ini bahwa hak-hak konsumen dalam transaksi e-commerce memerlukan perlindungan dari tindakan pelaku usaha atau penjual, di antaranya dalam Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik, dan Peraturan Pemerintah Penyelenggaraan Sistem dan Transaksi Elektronik yang memberikan jaminan hukum bagi konsumen dan mengatur tanggung jawab atas kerugian yang dialami oleh konsumen jika penjual melakukan wanprestasi
