Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi akan terus menjadi hal terpenting dalam kehidupan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasi yang akurat, tepat dan cepat. Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi telah membawa dampak besar terhadap kemajuan pengolahan data dan penyampaian informasi, salah satu wujud nyata dari dampak kemajuan Teknologi Info masi ini dapat dilihat pada proses pengirim Tenaga Kerja Indonesia ke luar Negeri (Kusnita Yusmiati, 2020:19), tepatnya pada Kantor PT. Hendrarta Argaraya di Kota Malang. Pada PT. Hendrarta Argaraya pendaftaran dilakukan secara manual dan belum memiliki sistem yang mengatur untuk pendaftaran PMI. Dalam proses pendaftaran PMI, Pada PT. Hendrarta Argaraya sistem pencatatan data juga masih kurang efektif dalam pendataan data pendaftar PMI karena staff masih menginputkan secara mandiri data pendaftaran ke dalam server, hal ini akan mengakibatkan terlambatnya pengolahan data pendaftar PMI. Melihat permasalahan tersebut diatas maka penulis tertarik membuat sistem yang dapat membantu mengatur data pendaftaran PMI, maka dibuat “SISTEM INFORMASI PENDAFTARAN PMI BERBASIS WEBSITE” website ini merupakanan website untuk pendaftaran yang dapat mempermudah pihak PT. Hendrarta Argaraya maupun calon PMI dalam melakukan proses pendaftaran.

Abstract

The Community Service Program intends to support the Empowering School Certification Program by establishing computer network infrastructure at the Islamic High School in Malang's Kepanjen region. According to analysis studies, the current network falls short of the online access criteria for certification tests. This intervention employed two essential approaches. The first option entails installing standard-based computer networks in the school laboratory facilities. The second option gives information technology (IT) educators extensive network management support. The Community Service Program Team of the State Polytechnic of Malang runs the initiative, which focuses on creating a reliable network topology and increasing the skills of the school's IT staff. This intervention is expected to increase overall educational quality and develop network infrastructure that will allow certification programs to be implemented. The accompanying seeks to provide expertise to Kepanjen's Islamic High School Team so that they can manage the network more independently. This community service project is designed to optimize the digital learning ecosystem, improve education and evaluation processes, and prepare students for the complexities of the digital age. This will be accomplished through collaboration between the Community Service Program team and the Islamic High School of Kepanjen District Malang.

Abstract

The limited availability of cellular networks in remote areas such as mountain trails and highland regions requires the development of a reliable, low-power, and easily deployable communication system. This study presents the design and implementation of a LoRa repeater based on the Ebyte E220-400T22D module to extend data communication coverage under both line-of-sight and non-line-of-sight conditions. The system utilizes an ESP32 microcontroller that controls two LoRa transceiver modules through a store-and-forward mechanism to retransmit data automatically. Experimental results show that the proposed repeater system effectively increases the communication range under various terrain conditions while maintaining signal stability and transmission reliability. The delay observed in data transmission remains within an acceptable range, confirming that the repeater operates efficiently without significantly affecting system performance. Overall, this work demonstrates that the Ebyte E220-400T22D-based LoRa repeater provides a practical and energy-efficient solution for long-range wireless communication in areas with limited telecommunication infrastructure.

Abstract

Dalam era digitalisasi yang berkembang, penandatanganan elektronik semakin vital dalam menanggapi kebutuhan bisnis dan gaya hidup modern. Proses ini memungkinkan transaksi dan persetujuan dokumen tanpa batasan geografis, mengatasi tantangan jarak jauh, menghemat waktu, dan mengurangi birokrasi. Regulasi yang semakin mengakui keabsahan tanda tangan elektronik mendorong organisasi beralih ke solusi ini, meningkatkan produktivitas dan memastikan keamanan transaksi. Penandatanganan dokumen elektronik menggunakan kriptografi, seperti algoritma RSA atau ECDSA, menciptakan tanda tangan digital yang unik. Proses ini mempercepat alur kerja, meminimalkan birokrasi, dan memungkinkan transaksi bisnis yang efisien. Standar PKI dan format dokumen seperti PDF/A menjamin keamanan dan interoperabilitas, sementara klaster Kubernetes memberikan layanan tanpa henti dengan otomatisasi penjadwalan, penskalaan, dan toleransi kesalahan. Implementasi ini dapat menjadi solusi efektif dan aman untuk kebutuhan penandatanganan dokumen digital di dunia bisnis dan komunikasi modern.

Abstract

The implementation of a firewall-based network security system has become increasingly important in maintaining data integrity and availability within educational institutions. The Community Service Program (PPM) conducted by Politeknik Negeri Malang aims to enhance the network security infrastructure at SMA Islam Kepanjen, Malang Regency, through the implementation of Wazuh as a cybersecurity solution. This approach includes the installation and configuration of network infrastructure, security audits, and training for IT staff on independent firewall management. The implementation methodology involves site surveys, network topology design, hardware and software installation, system testing, and technical mentoring. The outcomes achieved include increased awareness of cybersecurity issues and improved capacity of partner personnel in managing the network infrastructure. With the implementation of Wazuh, it is expected that SMA Islam Kepanjen will be able to proactively address cyber threats and serve as a model for information technology implementation in other schools across Malang Regency.

Abstract

Bandungrejosari Village RT.05/RW.09, located in Sukun District, Malang City, is vulnerable to flooding due to its proximity to a river and has also faced increasing motorcycle theft. These conditions have raised community concerns and emphasized the need for preventive measures through technology. This program introduced the installation of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) to support flood mitigation and strengthen neighborhood security, while also providing technical training and awareness on technology-based monitoring systems. The implementation followed a participatory and educational approach, involving stages of preparation, planning, training, installation, and evaluation. Residents actively participated in site surveys, practical device installation, and system simulations, ensuring community ownership of the initiative. Evaluation was conducted through direct observation and questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents. The results indicate that CCTV installation at strategic points effectively assisted in monitoring river conditions and areas prone to crime. Most residents expressed satisfaction, felt supported, and showed willingness to maintain the system. Overall, the program not only improved community preparedness and security but also enhanced collective awareness and participation in sustaining technological solutions for local challenges.

Abstract

Dawis (Dasa Wisma) Dahlia adalah kelompok ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Perum GPA Karangploso Malang yang memiliki hobi berkebun. Tempat tinggal mereka di lingkungan perumahan menjadikan lahan pertaniannya terbatas, sehingga untuk mengembangkan hobinya mereka menyampaikan keluhannya ke pengabdi. Permasalahan ini menjadi tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian yaitu edukasi bertani di lahan sempit menggunakan sistem hidroponik. Tahapan kegiatan diawali dengan mengenalkan sistem hidroponik, kelebihan dan kekurangan serta mengenalkan jensi-jenis tanaman yang dapat dibudidayakan secara hidroponik. Pelatihan dimulai dengan mengajarkan bagaimana menyiapkan instalasi sistem hidroponik karena keberhasilan budidaya ditentukan oleh kelancaran sirkulasi dan kestabilan kandungan nutrisi air termasuk cara mengukurnya. Beberapa jenis tanaman telah dilatihkan diantaranya budi daya kangkung. Antusiasme terpancar dari aktivitas mereka dalam mengikuti pelatihan dan merawat tanaman. Pendampingan telah dilakukan sejak mulai tanam sampai dengan saat panen. Beberapa kendala mereka temukan diantaranya masalah penyemaian bibit karena diperlukan kesabaran dan ketelatenan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah pemahaman sistem hidroponik dan cara budidaya sayuran. Karena keterbatasan lahan yang digunakan maka hasil kebun masih terbatas, namun demikian mereka telah memahami keuntungan yang diperoleh dari budidaya hidroponik. Kegiatan ini telah berhasil menuntaskan budi daya kangkung secara hidroponik. Dengan menggunakan lahan seluas kurang lebih 2x3=6 meter persegi, dengan jumlah lubang tanam sekitar 350 lubang maka dalam sekali panen dengan usia tanam sekitar 30 hari telah dihasilkan kangkung sebanyak kurang lebih 200 ikat dengan diameter ikatan 4-5 cm. Kangkung yang ditanam secara hidroponik memiliki kelebihan diantaranya kesegaran lebih tahan lama dan kerenyahan setelah dimasak selain tanaman lebih bersih dibandingkan dengan kangkung yang dibudidaya di tanah. Karena kelebihan-kelebihan tersebut, maka tanaman hidroponik memiliki harga jual lebih tinggi dibandingkan kangkung yang ditanam di tanah atau di aliran sungai. Dengan asumsi harga jual kangkung Rp. 2.500,-  per ikat, maka dengan lahan 6 meter persegi  akan dihasilkan dana Rp. 500.000,- per sekali tanam.

Abstract

Tempe is a traditional Indonesian food whose fermentation process is highly influenced by temperature, humidity, and soybean quality. Inadequate environmental conditions can lead to fermentation failure, reducing product quality and causing economic losses. Traditionally, quality assessment of tempe has been carried out manually by artisans, which is subjective and inconsistent. This study aims to develop an automatic tempe quality recognition system based on YOLOv8, implemented on a Raspberry Pi 4B with a Logitech C270 camera, monitoring webserver, and buzzer as an early warning system. The YOLOv8 model was trained to detect two main categories, namely good tempe and failed tempe, through real-time visual analysis. Experimental results show system performance with an average accuracy of 93.1%, precision of 93.5%, recall of 91.2%, and mAP@50 of 94.7%. Confidence score analysis indicates that the model is more certain in detecting failed tempe (0.94–0.95) compared to good tempe (0.80–0.86), due to clearer visual differences.
