Abstract

This research investigates the implementation of the Sistem Aplikasi Keuangan Tingkat Instansi (SAKTI) in the financial reporting process of government agencies using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) approach. The study was conducted on 60 work units within the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Lampung Province, involving 179 respondents, including treasurers, GLP operators, and fixed asset and inventory BMN operators. This research examines the influence of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions on individuals' behavioral intentions to use SAKTI and its impact on usage behavior. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence positively affect behavioral intention, while facilitating conditions have a more direct impact on usage behavior. These findings provide practical implications for the government to enhance the adoption of accounting information systems and strengthen transparency and accountability in public financial management.

Abstract

Roads are one of the means of land transportation and will continue to develop as one of the transportation infrastructures to meet the needs of the community in carrying out various activities. Road development is one of the things that continues to experience progress in terms of technology and the mindset of the people who use it, so that roads are an important place for the community. Jalan Tanding Marga to SEI Dua, Karang Tanding Village, North Penukal District is also a frequently used access road where the current condition still does not have a pavement construction so that planning is needed for the geometry and type of pavement. The research method carried out through several stages, namely topographic surveys, investigations of existing conditions, geometric planning of roads in the Geometric Planning Procedures for Roads issued by the Directorate General of Highways No.038/BM/1997 and determination of the thickness of the road pavement according to SNI 03-1732-1989. The results of the study showed that the design speed plan was 40 km/hour which met the technical requirements. The results of the analysis show that the recommended types of flexible pavement layers can use the AC-Base, AC-BC and AC-WC types with thicknesses of 150 mm, 60 mm and 40 mm respectively.

Abstract

Character development education for children remains largely overlooked, with the majority only receiving instruction within elementary school classrooms, lacking practical activities to enhance their awareness. In our community empowerment project at the Baitul Hidayah Foundation, we endeavored to address this gap by providing materials, educational sessions, games, and project activities centered around children's character development, employing the 4-color character approach. Our efforts were guided by research focusing on children's character education and its impact on their comprehension of the significance of possessing good character to nurture positive relationships with peers, siblings, and others. Furthermore, following the outcomes of the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) involving the Baitul Hidayah Cijantung Foundation and Group 6 members, it became evident that the Baitul Hidayah Foundation had previously neglected character development education for its students, to the extent of never incorporating it into their curriculum. Therefore, our Community Empowerment Group 4 set out to rectify this deficiency by educating students at the Baitul Hidayah Foundation about the importance of character and providing guidance on its practical application.
