Abstract

This research aims to examine how the principal at Al Hijrah IT Middle School 2 develops and manages effective communication by exploring the strategies, approaches, and challenges faced. This study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. This method presents data as it is, without manipulation. Researchers used an interview guide with pre-arranged questions and explored in-depth information about the informants' experiences, perceptions, and motivations. Researchers also collected documents related to the research, such as field notes, photos, videos, artifacts, and official documents. Qualitative data analysis was conducted continuously during the data collection process. To ensure data validity, researchers used triangulation, a combination of data collection techniques (interviews, observations, and documentation) to obtain more complete and convergent information. This research was conducted at Al Hijrah IT Middle School 2, Kec. Percut Sei Tuan, Kab. Deli Serdang, with the subject being the principal of Al Hijrah IT Middle School 2. The urgency of an effective communication culture in education is crucial as it influences the success of the teaching and learning process. The research findings indicate that the principal of Al Hijrah IT Middle School 2 has implemented various strategies and approaches to strengthen an effective communication culture, significantly contributing to the performance and success of school programs.

Abstract

This research explores strategies for empowering village communities through the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with a focus on anti-mosquito spray products. The aim of this research is to increase the economic capacity and production skills of village communities through sustainable MSME initiatives. The methods used include technical training on making anti-mosquito spray, providing equipment and raw materials, as well as marketing support to expand market reach. It is hoped that the results of this program will increase the income and welfare of village communities, as well as provide solutions to health problems caused by mosquitoes. By empowering village communities through the development of MSMEs, it is hoped that economic independence will be created and a sustainable quality of life will be improved.

Abstract

This research discusses the Urgency of Ummi Method Tahsin Teachers in Improving the Quality of Al-Qur'an Reading for Students. The Ummi method is a method of memorizing the Al-Qur'an quickly and accurately in recitation. The Ummi method is an approach developed to facilitate the process of learning the Al-Qur'an. This method is designed by considering students' basic abilities and placing emphasis on correct pronunciation in accordance with tajwid rules. The role of the tahsin teacher is very crucial in implementing the Ummi method. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, by interviewing relevant sources and also making observations at the destination. And the results obtained from this research are that tahsin teachers using the Ummi Method have great urgency in improving the quality of students' reading of the Al-Qur'an. This method helps students understand and master the rules of recitation in a systematic and easily accepted way. Although there are several challenges, such as time constraints and variations in student abilities. Therefore, the presence of trained and competent tahsin teachers is very important in efforts to improve the quality of Al-Qur'an reading among students.

Abstract

Sistem pendidikan Indonesia telah mengalami sebelas kali pergantian kurikulum. Seiring berjalannya waktu, berbagai alasan dan rasionalisasi menyebabkan kurikulum di Indonesia berubah seiring berjalannya waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami peran wakil kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka di SMPN 8 Percut Sei Tuan. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan wakil kepala sekolah yang bertanggung jawab atas kurikulum, guru yang mengajar dengan pendekatan kurikulum 2013, serta guru yang menerapkan kurikulum merdeka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wakil kepala sekolah memegang peran yang sangat penting dalam penerapan kurikulum mandiri di SMPN 8 Percut Sei Tuan, berperan aktif dalam bimbingan dan pengawasan. Wakil kepala sekolah di bidang kurikulum selalu menjaga komunikasi yang baik dengan kepala sekolah. dan guru. Keberhasilan penerapan kurikulum merdeka sangat didukung oleh komunikasi yang lancar, fasilitas yang disediakan sekolah, pengembangan profesi yang diikuti oleh guru, serta bimbingan dan kepemimpinan yang diberikan sekolah.
