Abstract

Evaluation of educational programs is an effort to find out the goals of education, it can also be interpreted as an effort to provide information that will later be conveyed to decision makers. This study is intended to review how evaluation of educational programs can play a role in optimizing the quality of learning. By using a qualitative ethnographic research approach in which we conducted direct observations and interviews with one of the teaching staff at the target school, this study found: First, evaluation activities were carried out regularly on a weekly basis. Second, the method used in evaluating madrasas is through standards of infrastructure, curriculum and financing. Third, the educational program implemented is a question and answer pattern regarding children's talents and interests. This makes it easier for educational staff to find out which programs are suitable to be implemented. Thus, evaluation of educational programs plays a very important role in improving the quality of learning.

Abstract

Abstrak Surat dianggap sebagai sarana komunikasi yang efektif karena memungkinkan penyampaian pesan secara jelas, terperinci dan dapat diperiksa kembali oleh penerima. Kajian ini dimaksudkan untuk meninjau bagaimana surat menjadi sarana komunikasi yang efektif dengan memahami pentingnya bentuk serta jenis yang sesuai. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan  yang mana kami melakukan literatur baik dari buku, catatan maupun laporan hasil penelitian dari penelitian terdahulu kajian ini menemukan: Segala sesuatu yang ditulis di dalam surat wujudnya dibedakan menjadi tujuh jenis, yaitu surat terbagi atas surat bersampul, kartu pos, warkat pos, telegram , teleks atau faksimile, memo dan nota. Yang mana berdasarkan tingkat kepentingannya surat dibedakan menjadi tiga jenis, yaitu surat biasa, surat kilat dan surat kilat khusus. Kata Kunci : Surat, sarana komunikasi   Abstrak Letters are considered an effective means of communication because they allow the message to be conveyed clearly, in detail and can be checked again by the recipient. This study is intended to review how letters become an effective means of communication by understanding the importance of appropriate form and type. By using a library research approach where we conducted literature from books, notes and research reports from previous research, this study found: Everything that is written in a letter is divided into seven types, namely letters divided into hardcover letters, postcards, scripts. post, telegram, telex or fax, memo and note. Based on the level of importance, letters are divided into three types, namely ordinary letters, express letters and special express letters. Kata Kunci : Letters, means of communication

Abstract

This research discusses the Urgency of Ummi Method Tahsin Teachers in Improving the Quality of Al-Qur'an Reading for Students. The Ummi method is a method of memorizing the Al-Qur'an quickly and accurately in recitation. The Ummi method is an approach developed to facilitate the process of learning the Al-Qur'an. This method is designed by considering students' basic abilities and placing emphasis on correct pronunciation in accordance with tajwid rules. The role of the tahsin teacher is very crucial in implementing the Ummi method. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, by interviewing relevant sources and also making observations at the destination. And the results obtained from this research are that tahsin teachers using the Ummi Method have great urgency in improving the quality of students' reading of the Al-Qur'an. This method helps students understand and master the rules of recitation in a systematic and easily accepted way. Although there are several challenges, such as time constraints and variations in student abilities. Therefore, the presence of trained and competent tahsin teachers is very important in efforts to improve the quality of Al-Qur'an reading among students.

Abstract

Tentu saja, tanggung jawab utama kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin pendidikan di sekolah adalah merancang lingkungan belajar yang memungkinkan guru mengajar secara efektif dan siswa belajar. Direktur sekolah harus dapat mengawasi rencana pelajaran, layanan khusus, dan fasilitas terbaik untuk memastikan bahwa guru dan siswa senang berada di lingkungan kerja mereka. mengajar. Untuk itu, sudah selayaknya kepala sekolah memiliki pengetahuan yang mendalam tentang pendidikan. Kepala sekolah tidak hanya terbatas pada mempelajari teori-teori kepemimpinan, tetapi juga harus mampu menerapkan keterampilannya dalam situasi praktis. Ia sependapat dengan pernyataan Wahyosumidjo bahwa keberhasilan sekolah merupakan representasi dari hasil dan pencapaian sekolah.

Abstract

Stuting menjadi isu yang mendesak untuk diselesaikan karena berdampak pada kualitas sumber daya manusia indonesia di masa depan. Studi ini bertujuan melihat upaya penanganan dan pencegahan stunting di kabupaten batu bara, kecamatan air putih, desa pematang panjang. Yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisa deskriptif. Sumber data berupa analisis dokumen, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penilitian menunjukkan bahwa di desa pematang panjang masih terdapat anak anak yang terkena stuting, ini disebabkan oleh penanganan stunting di desa pematang panjang bahwasannya masih belum stabil dalam menangani gejala stunting yang terjadi di desa pematang panjang. Dengan adanya data stunting yang masih ada di desa pematang panjang, perangkat desa berupaya untuk menurunkan dan berupaya untuk menanganin gejala stunting di desa pematang panjang, dengan melakukan dan memberikan sarana dan prasana yang baik untuk kesehatan, rutin sosialisasi mengenai kesehatan dan gejala stunting, mengadakan program makan bergizi di setiap hari selama 3 bulan. Itu sudah menjadi bentuk upaya perangkat desa pematang panjang untuk menurunkan gejala stunting yang ada di desa pematang panjang.
